What Xtremepush is
Xtremepush describes itself on its about page as "an Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform powered by a built-in CDP" that lets brands "leverage real-time data, AI and gamification to deliver highly personalised, lifecycle-specific customer journeys that drive conversions at scale." Its tagline is "CRM and Loyalty Marketing Powered by AI." Email is one of several channels, next to SMS, web push and landing pages, and much of the site speaks to betting and gaming operators, with "players" in place of customers. A separate eCommerce CDP offer covers online retail, and the menu also names a publishing CDP.
The about page says the company is "Headquartered in Dublin, and with offices in London, New York, and São Paulo," and that "Xtremepush is used by 250+ brands worldwide."
The platform
The "Why Xtremepush" page says Xtremepush "is the only platform that combines real-time CDP, Omnichannel Activation, AI Optimisation, Gamification Engine and Advanced Intelligence in a single platform." Each part has a short description:
- Real-time CDP: "Collect customer data from all sources, touchpoints and devices in real time," then "Unify customer data and create a Single Customer View (SCV), enabling you to build granular audiences ready for activation." The homepage adds that player data is unified "in real time (milliseconds)."
- Omnichannel activation: experiences "personalised for every customer but also relevant and consistent across all channels."
- AI optimization: "Predict customer behaviour, value and preferences" with what the site calls transparent and flexible AI, marketed as InfinityAI. The homepage says it helps "Identify potential VIPs early, prevent player churn and deliver precisely targeted offers."
- Gamification engine: free-to-play games that distribute rewards and bonuses based on "real-time customer behaviour, value, or lifecycle stage."
- Advanced intelligence: analytics that "enrich your SCV with additional customer data."
The site also promotes XpertOS, described as an "AI-native operating system for regulated customer engagement," which it presents as the intelligence layer on top of Xtremepush, and a consent management module to "manage customer consent data to stay compliant." The homepage says customers can "Start with the capabilities you need and add more as you grow."
The email page is titled "Optimise personalised email experiences with AI." Its features:
- Behavioral triggering: email "based on real-time player behaviour, triggered by bet placed, abandoned betslip, or other events."
- AI Copywriter, which "analyses past successful campaigns and user interactions" and suggests subject lines and body copy.
- Email Personalisation 2.0, using Single Customer View data to "Move past 'Hi_first name' personalisation" toward behavior-driven content.
- Intelligent split testing, which tries versions on a small sample of the audience and then sends the winning message to the rest of the segment automatically.
- Responsive design and testing of campaigns "for various devices and channels."
On deliverability, the FAQ says the platform "is equipped with advanced email delivery optimization tools," that "We continuously update our system to adapt to the latest email filters," and that it "can adjust sending parameters based on the recipient's email server and preferences." It also says email replies can automatically create tickets in a support system. The Head of Consumer Marketing at DAA is quoted on the eCommerce page: "The email builder tool is intuitive to use and allows us to create new campaigns quicker than ever before."
SMS, web push and microsites
The SMS page covers transactional messages "for delivering critical information that cannot wait," including player verification, plus personalized retention messages. The SMS Builder has "built-in character count and URL shortener," and SMS can be added to omnichannel journeys.
Web push is covered in the company's blog, which says an average web push campaign "with some level of relevancy injected into it, will be clicked on by 5-10% of recipients," against up to 3% for strong promotional emails, and suggests using web push as "an excellent fallback channel" for people who do not read their email. The blog says Xtremepush is "one of a select few official, certified partners with Google Tag Manager," so existing GTM tags can be used in push campaigns.
Microsites are landing pages built in a WYSIWYG drag-and-drop editor, "without coding," with custom forms that capture zero-party data and "store it in your CDP for instant activation." They can be combined with email or push to drive traffic.
eCommerce
The eCommerce page presents Xtremepush as "Your real-time eCommerce CDP," combining "a real-time CDP, AI Optimisation, Gamification, Omnichannel Activation, and BI." It names "Out-of-the-box data integrations with Shopify, Magento, and other ecommerce platforms," RFM modeling and predictive analysis, and a Customer Intelligence module for churn reduction. Its use cases include personalized product recommendations by email, abandoned cart campaigns, price-drop notifications, seasonal promotions and post-purchase surveys.
Results, recognition and compliance
The homepage lists customer results: Betsul "saw a 600% increase in annual revenue," Superbet "reached open rates as high as 90%," and Oddschecker "gained a 20% Increase in active user base." Another customer credits push messaging around Cheltenham with a 20% rise in active users and "an increase of 18% in bettors," and one says a unified platform helped it "reduce our costs by 50%." A homepage testimonial says "the quality versus price ratio was very fair." A media customer says Xtremepush increased "the number of return visitors to our website and apps," and that "the breaking news alerts have been a vital way for us to connect with our audience."
The site says Xtremepush is recognized on "G2 and Forrester" and has won awards for "Marketing & Services Provider of the Year" and "Online Initiative of the Year." On compliance, DAA's Head of Customer Marketing says Xtremepush "simplified the challenge of staying GDPR compliant." The about page mentions partnerships with service providers and third-party agencies, and the menu links to a technology partner and integrations library.
Pricing
The site publishes no prices. Buyers are invited to "Get in touch," book a demo, or try an interactive demo at their own pace.
Who it suits
Xtremepush fits CRM and loyalty teams at betting, gaming and casino operators, where its triggers, gamification and VIP prediction are built around player behavior. Retailers on Shopify or Magento who want a CDP with email, SMS and push on top are the second audience. A newsletter sender or a small shop wanting a self-serve plan will find the sales-led, data-platform approach more than it needs.
