Tap a star to rate

Related Digital is a marketing technology company whose platform, Related Marketing Cloud, sends email, SMS, push notifications and WhatsApp Business messages and adds a customer data platform, product and search recommendations, web and mobile personalization and gamification. Its site runs in Turkish and English, and the Turkish email marketing page promises "Türkiye’nin en tecrübeli e-posta pazarlama çözümlerini" (Turkey's most experienced email marketing solutions). A banner across the site says "Related Digital is providing services to 2000+ brands in 30+ countries now," while the homepage headline speaks of "1000+ Brands." The homepage frames the offer as turning audiences into customers and customers into loyal users with AI-powered "cross-channel solutions that connect all your data sources to create personalized experiences for your customers."

What a sender gets

The Turkish email marketing page describes Related Marketing Cloud as a comprehensive toolkit for any kind of email campaign: behavior-based emails, automatic follow-up emails, time-triggered emails and more, which you can set up, launch and automate on the platform. Segmentation is the starting point, so each group only receives content it is likely to care about, and time-triggered sends and automation handle demand generation and retention.

The page names the building blocks of the email product as responsive content, Email Reco, A/B testing and automated campaigns. Responsive content matters because, as the page notes, most people now read email on a smartphone. Email Reco is the recommendation engine applied to email: the page says it suggests new products, reminds shoppers of unfinished purchases and sends low stock alerts, with modules for complementary products, a low stock Recobox and replenishment emails. Automated campaigns cover stock and price changes and forgotten baskets, shown on the page as "Şimdi Stokta" (now in stock), "Fiyatı düştü" (price dropped) and "Sepet Terk Edildi" (basket abandoned). A/B testing is pitched as a way to find the right audience for a campaign and spot its weak and strong points.

The FAQ on the same page lists the kinds of email the automations can cover across the customer journey: birthday, welcome, thank-you, payment confirmation and article or newsletter mailings. Reporting follows each campaign in real time, and Related Digital says its reports show with graphs who viewed a campaign, who shared it and where it was viewed. The FAQ adds that success is judged on open, click and conversion rates together with revenue contribution, and it names click rate, share rate, conversion rate, bounce rate and list growth rate as the metrics every email program should watch. The page also says a team of global deliverability experts helps customers track and measure delivery using current best practices, working to get each email into the inbox as expected. The homepage makes the same point in English: "Emails are ensured to reach the right people, at the right time, to maximize campaign performance."

Beyond email, the homepage lists Omnichannel Automation covering "email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp Business." Reco delivers "personalized recommendations based on behaviors across web, email, and push channels," Gamification and Target combine real-time targeting with game modules, and Search Recommendation personalizes the on-site search to highlight more products. Web Personalization and Mobile Personalization round out the solutions menu.

Customer data and journeys

Related Digital's CDP is sold as a 360-degree view of customer behavior. The homepage says it can "unify data from all channels under one roof" and provide "real-time segmentation and data-driven personalized actions." The Customer Journey Manager tracks journeys at every step and automates interactions. The homepage maps the journey in four stages: an unknown visitor, whose behavior is tracked and whose contact details are captured "at the moment of interest"; a known visitor, who gets personalized content across channels; a retained customer, whose purchase or interaction data is matched "to create micro-segments for deeper personalization"; and a loyal customer, for whom the platform builds a journey "that rewards behavior and strengthens emotional bonds."

On AI, the homepage says "With 24 years of experience and millions of data points, predictive AI-powered analytics are enabled." It also lists white label solutions as a competitive advantage, explaining that "The world’s most successful marketing tools are integrated into our panel," without naming them.

Send limits, data and compliance

The Turkish FAQ answers the question of send limits directly: sending limits vary with the infrastructure used and are optimized to protect system performance, a setup the page says is designed for high deliverability and sustainable communication. No fixed number is given. On data collection, the FAQ says email data is gathered through permission-based forms, membership processes and user interactions.

The site footer links to policy documents for ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and ISO 22301 (as the Turkish footer lists it), GDPR with a GDPR FAQ, KVKK (Turkey's data protection law), an anti-spam policy, a privacy policy for the RMC product and an integrated management system policy. For installation and day-to-day use, Related Digital publishes RMC product documentation, and the menus link to services and support, a customer support page and a partnership program.

Pricing and results

The site publishes no prices; both the English and Turkish pages route buyers to a demo request form. What the homepage offers instead is a set of headline results by industry: a 2.4x increase in orders in e-commerce, a 36% revenue contribution in retail, a 34% add-to-cart rate in cosmetics and healthcare, a 42% conversion rate in hospitality, food and beverage, and a 67% completion rate of customer journeys in automotive. Case studies, e-books and a blog in both languages support the sales process.

Who it suits

Related Digital fits a retailer or e-commerce brand, particularly one selling in Turkey, that wants email campaigns tied closely to product data: abandoned basket reminders, back-in-stock and price-drop alerts, replenishment emails and recommendation blocks inside the email itself. The industries on its homepage (e-commerce, retail, cosmetics and healthcare, hospitality and food and beverage, and automotive) show where it has results to point to. Teams that also want WhatsApp Business, push, on-site personalization and gamification from the same vendor get all of it in one panel, and companies that must meet GDPR or KVKK can read the policy documents the footer links to.

A small sender who wants to sign up, pick a plan and start sending will not find that path here, since every route runs through a demo, and a business that only needs a simple newsletter would be using a small corner of a much larger marketing cloud.
