RedEye
Tap a star to rate
RedEye is a marketing automation and customer data platform for B2C brands, run by Red Eye International Ltd, a company registered in the UK. It sends email, SMS (including two-way SMS), web push and mobile app push, and it adds audience retargeting on Meta, Google and display networks, website personalization and direct mail on top. The homepage describes the offer as "a platform that can do it all including Email, SMS, Push, Audience Retargeting and more" and calls RedEye "the UK’s longest established marketing automation platform." The industries it names are e-commerce and retail, travel, hotels and transport, sports clubs and associations, automotive dealerships, nonprofits and charities, museums and attractions, and further and higher education.
What a sender gets
Everything starts with the customer data. RedEye says it will connect "and combining all your customer data into a unified single customer view," pulling in transactional and behavioral data, with integrations that take feeds "from your data warehouses, CRM’s, CMS & more." That single customer view feeds the Segment Builder, which the web push page says you can "combine with customer behaviour to create highly targeted messages." The automotive page shows the kind of segments it has in mind: interests and buying signals such as preferred vehicle features or stage in the buying process, and demographics such as age, income, location and family status.
Emails are built in a drag-and-drop email builder with display conditions for personalization and the ability to copy content blocks. The automotive page lists Saved Rows and Synced Rows, so a block of content is updated in one place and changes everywhere it is used, which the page pitches at dealerships working with several manufacturers that each have strict brand guidelines. The builder supports embedded video and a range of mobile-friendly templates, and the web push page says the editor works "with or without the ability to code."
The campaign and workflow builder puts every channel on one canvas. In the homepage's words: "send an email and follow it up with an SMS, Web Push, App Push all from one screen." The automotive page gives examples of the automations a dealership might run: abandoned inquiry and abandoned test drive follow-ups, service reminder SMS, workflows to raise test drive or service bookings, and campaigns to shift stock "from the forecourt." It also describes sending an SMS about an urgent vehicle recall and following it with an email, and using two-way SMS for post-service surveys.
Web push is a native channel. RedEye's web push page describes it as a way to "retarget customers who have abandoned their basket, a product page or to announce a new product launch," targeting subsets of subscribers rather than everyone who signed up, and timing messages to reach people "when they’re back online." App push notifications, website personalization for specific segments, and ad retargeting through Google Ads, Facebook and Criteo integrations (exporting segments for audience retargeting) complete the channel list. For direct mail, an address match integration cleans address data before segments are sent automatically to your mailing house.
API messaging is listed among the platform's capabilities, and the automotive page says RedEye "can build custom dataflows or APIs" for a client's systems.
AI and reporting
RedEye's AI works in two places. For prediction, the homepage offers "8 out-of-the-box predictive models. Including favourites such as prospect conversion, predicted churn and predicted VIPs," built to predict future customer behavior so campaigns can act on it. For reporting, a pre-built intelligent reporting Liveboard lets you drill down from any report and ask questions "using natural search language," and you can ask AI to find trends and patterns and summarize "how and what has changed." The site describes the natural language querying as a way for anyone to build complex customer analysis and dashboards "through a simple search prompt."
Integrations
The industries menu names three integrations directly: a "Native integration with Shopify" for e-commerce and retail, a "Partnership with Sport:80" for sports clubs and associations, and "Integrations with Dealerweb" for car dealerships. The automotive page says RedEye has "For over 4 years" worked closely with Dealerweb and other dealer management systems, and the retargeting channel runs through Google Ads, Facebook and Criteo integrations. No total integration count is given. The same menu attaches a short promise to the other sectors: "Over 15 years of experience" in travel, hotels and transport, "Donor automation specialists" for nonprofits and charities, "Increase repeat bookings" for museums and attractions, and "Recruitment drive solutions" for further and higher education. One homepage headline also points to how fast a client can get running, citing "A full data-driven platform in just six weeks!"
Support, pricing and compliance
Support is the part RedEye stresses most. The homepage says "You’ll be allocated your own Customer Success team who you can call, email or video conference," and that the team is there "to offer you advice and guidance on email marketing strategy too." Testimonials back that up: Get The Label credits RedEye's guidance with repairing its Gmail domain reputation, and Fragrance Direct reports email revenue "up by 72%" compared with its previous supplier.
The site menu has a Pricing entry, but the pages publish no prices; a tour is booked through the Get in touch form. A compliance and accreditations page and a list of customer data processors are linked in the footer.
Results on the homepage include "On average our clients achieve a 38% increase in revenue within the first year," an 8.8% increase in retention from churn models, a 518.7% increase in revenue from reactivation campaigns and a 40% increase in email revenue year on year, the last from Travelodge, whose eCRM manager credits "RedEye’s Contour platform." Hayloft reports "305% ROI within the first year," and allbeauty says sales from customers who would have lapsed rose by 414.6% after it applied the predictive churn model. Sky, England Lacrosse, Travis Perkins and Magnet Trade also appear among the named customers. The footer shows a rating of 4.2 on G2, and the homepage says G2 recognizes RedEye as a leader, High Performer and Easiest To Do Business With.
Who it suits
RedEye fits a consumer brand with customer data spread across systems and a marketing team that wants to run email, SMS and push from one workflow, with a success team on the phone rather than a ticket queue. Retailers on Shopify, travel and hospitality brands, sports bodies on Sport:80, dealerships on Dealerweb, charities and colleges all have a named starting point on the site. The predictive churn and VIP models suit brands with enough purchase history to feed them.
It is not built for a solo newsletter or a business that wants to sign up and start sending the same day: there is no self-serve plan on the pages and no published price, and the platform's value depends on connecting your customer data first.
