Carrot quest is a marketing automation platform built to connect marketing and sales. Its home page opens with "Соединяем маркетинг и продажи" (we connect marketing and sales) and promises marketing automation from the first visit to the deal. It collects what visitors do on a website, stores every contact and conversation in one customer profile, and then reaches those people through triggered email chains, chatbots, pop-ups, live chat and push notifications. Email is one tool in that set rather than the whole product. The company's own blog puts it that way: email to the lead base is "один из инструментов" (one of the tools) that come with Carrot quest, alongside the website chatbot and pop-ups. The legal entity in the footer is ООО "КАРРОТ КВЕСТ".

What a sender gets

Data collection first. The home page explains the first step: Carrot quest gathers contacts, the history of every conversation and a visitor's actions on the site "еще до оставленной заявки" (even before they leave a request) into one customer profile, without duplicates. Everything in that profile can be passed to CRM systems and databases, and back again, to enrich analytics. The home page describes the loop in four stages: data collection, segmentation and triggers, scenarios and mailings, and analytics.

Segmentation and triggers. The company's 2023 review of email services on its blog lists what it sees as the platform's strengths: deep segmentation by the events the service collects itself, which lets you carve out narrow groups of users, and a high level of email personalization because all the data sits in the user card.

Triggered email chains. Email in Carrot quest is mostly automated sequences, "Триггерные email-цепочки" in the product menu. The blog review says you can build an automated chain yourself, that auto-funnels come with their own analytics, and that you can create and save your own templates. It lists 8 ready-made templates and scenarios with emails, including abandoned cart, viewed products and a welcome email. Its comparison table describes a block editor that works from a template or a blank layout, and subscriber import from CSV files. It is candid about one gap: there are no designer email templates.

Other channels. The platform menu lists a chatbot for the site and messengers, online chat, pop-up windows, and chat, pop-ups and push for iOS and Android apps. The blog review adds a mobile app and an SDK that brings marketing automation into your own app, and the footer offers apps for Windows, Android and iOS. One home page case describes personalized communication through a Telegram bot, with a 17.5% subscriber-to-sale conversion. A knowledge base product rounds out the support side.

The scenario editor. The home page's "Визуальный редактор сценариев" (visual scenario editor) lets marketers launch mailings, chatbots, pop-ups and email chains themselves, "без дизайнеров и разработчиков" (without designers or developers). It is no-code, with ready templates. The blog review also mentions many ready designs for email-collection forms.

A/B tests and analytics. You test hypotheses, compare channels and "считайте ROI каждого сценария" (calculate the ROI of each scenario). The blog's table says the service collects its own statistics and connects to Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics.

AI. Built-in AI models help write a personal message for each lead from its data and behavior. A feature marked new on the home page claims that AI agents qualify 82% of leads on their own, around the clock, without a manager.

Integrations. The home page promises "30+ интеграций с различными сервисами" (30+ integrations), with CRM and BI systems named as categories, an open API and setup without a developer. All incoming data becomes available for segmentation, scenarios and analytics. The blog review adds integrations with many CRMs and end-to-end analytics systems. An API section for developers and a partner program sit in the help menu.

Plans, pricing and trial

The home page links a pricing page but shows no prices. The company's 2023 blog review gives its own figures at the time: there is no free plan, but there is a 7-day trial with every feature. Pricing depends on site traffic rather than list size. The entry point was 1592 rubles a month for a site with 1,000 unique visitors a day and up to 250 emails a month, and the top example was 47 thousand rubles a month for 300 thousand unique visitors a day and up to 25 thousand emails a month. Treat those as a guide to the model rather than a current quote.

For large clients there is an on-premise option. The home page says Carrot quest can be installed inside a company's closed network for large banks, retail, telecoms and government projects, with deployment and clustering on-premise or in a private cloud, an implementation project with DevOps and a dedicated manager, a custom license based on data volume and throughput, and a dedicated technical account manager with a separate SLA. It says this suits systems with millions of monthly active users.

Reliability, data and support

The home page claims "99,9% аптайм" with round-the-clock monitoring and a public status page, and says the platform processes 42 873 605 events a month without delays. On data protection it states compliance with 152‑ФЗ, the personal data law, and says the platform is registered as a personal data operator and listed in the national register of domestic software (Реестр РФ ПО). A presentation for security teams is available to download.

Support runs in chat, and the site says the team tries "не просто ответить, а помочь решить задачу" (not just to answer but to help solve the problem). Every customer gets a personal success manager who advises on scenarios and metrics, and a growth team can take over setup, launch and tuning. The home page cites 500+ growth cases, including +14.9% revenue from the CRM channel, +44% site conversion with 2500% ROI, and +129 million rubles in revenue from personalized pop-ups, a lead bot and quizzes. The blog review says onboarding happens inside the product and by email, with training videos and the knowledge base.

Who it suits

Carrot quest fits online services, ecommerce, real estate, services and education companies (the case filters on the home page) that sell through their website and want to capture visitors, qualify leads and follow up by email, chat and bots from one profile. Teams whose sales depend on fast lead handoff get the most from the AI qualification and the CRM sync.

It is a poor fit for a newsletter publisher who wants designed templates and list-based pricing. The blog table lists the interface language as Russian only, pricing follows website traffic, and email is one channel among several.
