What WPFunnels is
WPFunnels is a WordPress plugin for building sales and lead funnels, sold together with Mail Mint, the same company's email marketing automation plugin. Together they send email campaigns, email sequences and automated follow-ups triggered by what a visitor does in a funnel, from inside the WordPress dashboard. The home page pitches "a compact solution for marketers & digital creators to generate leads, convert prospects, and drive sales using conversion-optimized funnels and email automation campaigns in WordPress."
The site describes its complete solution as a combination of the two plugins: you plan the funnel journey and its pages in WPFunnels, and on the same canvas define the email automation workflows that Mail Mint then runs. Because both are plugins on your own WordPress site, the pair sits in the self-hosted part of this directory. A third product from the same team, Creator LMS, covers online courses and has its own automated emails.
The email side: Mail Mint
Mail Mint is where the email marketing happens. Its feature menu lists:
- Email Campaign Builder, to create and send regular campaigns and email sequences.
- Email Automation, with visual email automation workflows.
- Abandoned Cart Recovery, which tracks abandoned carts and follows up with automated emails.
- Lead Capture Forms, to create forms and collect leads.
- Email Templates, ready-made designs to use on the go.
- AI Email Writing, which connects with ChatGPT to generate email content.
- Contact Management, with what the site calls 360 contact data for tracking leads.
- Integrations with several tools, counted as 10+ on the Mail Mint menu.
Mail Mint also supports double opt-in. A guide on the WPFunnels blog describes it as an email marketing automation tool in WordPress that lets you use double opt-in emails, optionally, when you capture leads with its own opt-in form. The same guide explains the flow: a new sign-up is added with a pending status, receives a confirmation email with a link, lands on a confirmation page after clicking it, and is then marked as subscribed.
The guide also suggests treating the confirmation page as a marketing step rather than a dead end, which fits the funnel approach: add social links to win followers, show testimonials, present a limited-time upsell or complementary product, tease upcoming content, invite referrals, personalize the offer to the subscriber's interests, or embed a short thank-you video with a next step.

Automations tied to the funnel
The home page sums up the approach in three steps: build funnels in minutes with the visual builder, run automated email campaigns with Mail Mint based on user actions, and collect more leads and sales. Email workflows are set up on event triggers inside the funnel, for lead nurturing and follow-ups based on buyer decisions. A lead generation funnel collects and segments leads and feeds automated campaigns, and revenue features such as exclusive discounts and automated coupons work alongside the emails.
Funnel building
The funnel builder is the other half. A visual drag-and-drop canvas works as both a funnel planner and the editing dashboard, so you see the whole journey at once. Every funnel has the basic steps of landing, checkout and thank-you pages, and can be extended with a custom checkout page built in a visual editor, an order bump at checkout, one-click upsell offers, downsell offers, conditional step control and exclusive discounts for each offer. WooCommerce funnels send buyers from your shop into custom funnels based on conditions you set. A/B split testing runs on every funnel step, and a funnel dashboard shows analytics on traffic, conversion and revenue for each step.
Templates and page builders
The FAQ says WPFunnels comes with many niche-specific funnel templates and email templates, designed so you can choose one, update the content and publish without design or coding work. If you prefer to design your own pages and emails, you can use your own page builder. The FAQ names full integration with WooCommerce, the Elementor page builder, the Gutenberg block editor, Divi, Bricks and Oxygen, and says shortcodes let you design funnel pages with most other page builders.
Integrations
The WPFunnels menu counts 20+ integrations, grouped on the home page into CRM, page builders, form builders, LMS and eCommerce, and the site says you can connect funnels to your favorite WordPress plugins and CRMs. A reviewer quoted on the home page points to the self-hosted angle: because it is built on WordPress, you own and control everything from the canvas to the pages.
Plans, agencies and guarantee
The site links to a pricing page, and the pages behind this entry do not show plan prices. The home page advertised a limited-time Spring Sale with 20% off. For agencies, the FAQ says there are exclusive plans for using WPFunnels and Mail Mint to serve clients, and recommends the Large Bundle plan for offering funnel building as a service. The home page lists a 15 days money back guarantee, priority support and regular updates.
Support and track record
Resources include documentation, video tutorials, a community group, a public roadmap for each product, a changelog, a blog and a contact page. The home page says the plugin is trusted by 10,000+ active users with 100+ five-star reviews and is rated 4.9 out of 5. The FAQ adds that the WPFunnels team wants a working sales funnel to take as little as 15 minutes to build, without monthly costs piling up. Reviews quoted on the site praise the visual canvas. Chris Lema, VP at Liquid Web, notes that a visual builder suits non-technical customers who want to copy a previous funnel and make a quick tweak, and another reviewer likes that you can start designing a funnel by going straight to canvas mode. One user says a quick funnel built for a client generated around 10k in a few days with an 11% conversion rate.
Who it suits
WPFunnels with Mail Mint suits WordPress and WooCommerce sellers, course creators and digital creators who want their landing pages, checkout offers and follow-up emails in one place, and agencies that build funnels for clients. The email tools are strongest where they connect to the funnel: follow-ups based on checkout decisions, abandoned cart emails and lead nurturing. The caveats: it runs only on WordPress, it is a funnel builder first with Mail Mint as a companion, so buyers who only want newsletters get more funnel machinery than they need, and plan prices have to be checked on the pricing page.
