AnoMail is a Polish desktop program for bulk email and newsletters that runs on the buyer's own Windows computer or server and sends through the buyer's own mail server. Because of that model, the home page says, "nie ma u nas abonamentu ani opłat za każdą wysłaną wiadomość" (there is no subscription with us and no fee for each message sent). The contact list lives on the user's computer, and the program also sends SMS campaigns. The company behind it is AnoMail SOFTWARE dr Przemysław Rusiecki, at ul. Zabrska 15 in Katowice, and the footer runs from 2002 to 2026. The product page describes AnoMail as "całkowicie polskim produktem" (an entirely Polish product) aimed at "mikro i małych firm" (micro and small businesses) that want to keep sending costs to a minimum.
The site is in Polish, and so is the program's positioning: it is sold as a low-cost alternative to online email marketing platforms.
What a sender actually gets
Editor and templates. Emails are built in a WYSIWYG editor that the product page compares to Word, with no HTML knowledge needed. The home page says AnoMail has two built-in graphical editors for creating templates or modifying external ones, and it imports templates in HTML, EML, MSG and ZIP (HTML plus images). The product page adds that AnoMail integrates the Stripo visual editor for designing responsive templates. Messages can be sent as text, graphic or mixed format.
Embedded images. AnoMail embeds images directly in the email by default, so they display without the recipient clicking "Pobierz obrazy" (download images) in clients such as Outlook. The company argues that emails with embedded graphics are treated better by spam filters. Built-in tools crop large images into smaller parts, and a graphics analyzer warns when images, for example overly wide ones, may trigger filters.
Personalization. The home page says dozens of personalization fields can be used in the body or subject line. The program declines first names in Polish, uses gender-dependent phrases, recognizes first and last names and company names from email addresses, and supports rotating subject lines and random text blocks. Personalization extends to attachments (each recipient can get a different file, such as a VAT invoice), named discount coupons generated as PDFs, dynamic QR codes that differ per recipient, and personalized graphics.
Security features. Every message can be digitally signed with S/MIME, and the site links to free S/MIME certificates from Actalis. The Premium option can protect attachments with individual passwords, and users can encrypt whole messages under S/MIME. Custom headers, such as Precedence: Bulk or CRM tracking codes, can be added.
Sending. AnoMail handles multiple mail accounts and sender identities and can slow large sends. It protects against sending the same message twice to one recipient and keeps a mailing history. The home page says the program adds nothing to identify itself, so "odbiorcy nie wiedzą (ang. Whitelabel) z jakiego systemu mailingowego wysyłacie" (recipients do not know which mailing system you send from), and the product page says it adds no logo or footer about AnoMail.
Reports. After a send, AnoMail shows who did not receive the mail and why, such as a full mailbox, a nonexistent account or a spam block. Campaigns can be tracked through click and open statistics and reports, and the program supports A/B tests and follow-ups.
Autoresponder and consent. A built-in autoresponder can reply to customers and send offers automatically. Consent collection can be automated by placing "Tak" (yes) and "Nie" (no) links in a message, and online forms handle sign-up and unsubscribes. Every version supports an unsubscribe link.
AI. Content can be written with GPT, and the feature list names "Sztuczna inteligencja GPT do pisania zapytań ofert oraz zimnych maili" (GPT AI for writing inquiries, offers and cold emails). In AnoMail Premium, an AI assistant reviews a cold email's substance, structure and persuasiveness, points out weak passages and can propose an optimized version. The help section also lists an AI newsletter template generator.
Lists, cleaning and cold email
AnoMail is as much a list tool as a sender. It imports addresses from TXT, DOC and CSV files, spreadsheets, databases, and even the inbox or sent items of Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird. It can collect addresses from websites and directories or by keyword search on Google. Cleaning tools verify addresses, flag spam traps and "risky" addresses whose owners use global anti-spam protection, and apply a "Brak zgód" (no consent) list of addresses and domains that tend to report offers as spam. A classifier sorts a bought list into company, employee and private addresses, and an Emailable integration in Premium verifies addresses at reduced cost.
The product page recommends cold email over blind bulk inquiries, and AnoMail Premium is pitched for "w pełni spersonalizowanych wiadomości e-mail, których celem jest nawiązanie kontaktu biznesowego" (fully personalized emails aimed at starting a business contact). The FAQ puts responsibility on the user: asked whether recipients' consent must be confirmed, it answers that the company supplies the tool and the user decides which addresses to load.
Mail servers and replies
Users send through their existing mail server. For inquiry campaigns the company also offers its own mailing servers, so cold outreach can be separated from regular customer mail. For occasional sends, the product page recommends pairing AnoMail with turboSMTP on a pay-as-you-go basis. Replies can be handled inside the program through a built-in Roundcube webmail integration.
Pricing and licensing
AnoMail is sold as a "licencja wieczysta" (perpetual license): pay once and use it for life, with no subscription, no per-email fees and no fees tied to list size. The menu offers a license, upgrades, setup packages with a server and an expert message audit. AnoMail Premium can be tested free for 30 days.
Data and requirements
All data, including recipients' personal data, stays on the user's computer, and the home page says that for this reason no data processing agreement is signed with AnoMail. The product page argues this is more in line with RODO, the Polish name for the EU data protection rules, because contacts never go to an outside server. The program requires Windows 8, 10 or 11, 32 or 64 bit.
Support
The hotline answers on (+48) 32 441-60-14 and 22 203-56-66, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 (UTC+01). Email addresses cover general questions (biuro@anomail.pl), technical support (pomoc@anomail.pl), training (szkolenia@anomail.pl), invoices (faktury@anomail.pl) and abuse (abuse@anomail.pl). There are onboarding guides, video tutorials and individual training.
Who it suits and who it does not
AnoMail suits a small Polish business that wants to send newsletters, offers and personalized cold email from its own mail server without a monthly bill, and that values features such as S/MIME signing, personalized PDF attachments and address cleaning. It does not suit Mac or Linux users, teams that need a cloud tool reachable from anywhere, or anyone who wants the platform to take responsibility for consent and sending reputation.
