Curaytor
Tap a star to rate
Curaytor is a marketing platform and service team for producing real estate agents, and its email tool is the part that keeps an agent's database warm. The homepage describes it as having "the people, the plan, and the platform" to help agents stay visible and grow. Asked on the pricing page whether it is software or an agency, it answers: "It's both. Curaytor gives you the technology to run your marketing and a team that helps with the planning and execution. You won't receive a login and be left to figure out the rest on your own." The company works from Manchester, NH, and operates as Curaytor Inc. under a trademark license from Curator, LLC.
What a sender actually gets
The email tool's pitch is "Keep your database warm without writing a single email from scratch." Curaytor's team writes the content: market updates, seasonal touchpoints, new listing announcements "and other timely pieces", which the FAQ says are "delivered to your account ready to send." An agent can use them as they are, tweak them to sound like themselves, or skip them and write their own, and the FAQ adds that "Most clients use a mix." Templates can be changed completely: swap the copy, add a photo, change the subject line, put a personal note at the top.
The feature list on the email page is short and practical:
- done-for-you emails written by the Curaytor team
- a drag-and-drop visual editor for custom campaigns
- a plain-text mode for one-on-one outreach
- a template library with market updates, holidays and listing blasts
- open, click and reply tracking
- list segmentation by source, type and engagement
- CRM integrations with Lofty and Follow Up Boss
The plain-text mode is a thoughtful detail for agents, since a personal note to a past client should look like a personal note and not a newsletter. Reply tracking sits beside opens and clicks, which fits the company's argument that the point of email is to start conversations.
The CRM integrations sync contacts, segments and engagement data automatically. For an agent on another CRM, the FAQ says Curaytor "can import your list and keep it in sync manually." The email page argues for frequency too: "At minimum once a month. Twice a month is better. Weekly is where the compounding really shows up", and it says the tool is built to make a weekly send feel like "a 10-minute task, not a three-hour one."
Deliverability
Deliverability is one of the four named parts of the plan. The pricing page says Curaytor gives agents "the tools to create and send email, along with the monitoring and support needed to protect your sender reputation", plus visibility into who is engaging. The email FAQ is more specific: the team handles the technical side of deliverability, naming authentication, reputation management and list hygiene, "so your sends don't end up in spam," and the templates are built to match what inbox providers look for in legitimate sender behavior. For an agent who has never set up email authentication, having that handled is a real part of the value.
Campaigns, content and the rest of the platform
Campaigns by Curaytor is a collection of marketing tactics across multiple channels, covering email, direct mail, text messaging, phone scripts and social media. Together with a tool called Brain, the campaign library "tells you exactly what to create and when", and multi-step campaigns can be added to the calendar in a few clicks. The homepage calls it "a searchable database of proven campaigns that are working in real estate right now."
The Weekly Content Marketing Plan adds weekly blog posts, promotional and direct response emails, social media templates with text, graphics and scripts for vertical video, and a library of assets. Agents can customize the plan or "hand our team the keys", and the team will publish on their website and social channels. Local Lens, a weekly content training the homepage says takes about 30 minutes, helps agents add hyperlocal material.
Around the email tool sit branded websites, "SEO and AEO ready at launch", and Listing Studio, described as "AI-powered tools that make marketing each property simple." Agency services include Buyer and Seller PPC ("We build, test, and manage your Google ad campaigns"), SEO and AEO work, a Marketing Content Plan, and Listing Promotion: "Hand us the listing. We build the landing page, write the posts, launch the ads, and email your database." A Full-Service Retainer covers video production, daily content sprints, custom AI workflows, and strategy and consulting.
Pricing and availability
Curaytor publishes its price. The pricing page says "Curaytor is $1,300 per month", including the platform and ongoing support across Content Studio, Managed Growth, Email Deliverability and the Marketing Plan, and adds "We publish the price because you should know the number before you book a call." The figure is not quite consistent across the site: the homepage FAQ says it "starts at $1299 a month for the platform", listing website, email tool, Listing Studio, CRM integration and coaching, and one pricing FAQ puts custom agency projects outside a "$1,399 monthly price." Custom agency work is available only to Curaytor clients and is scoped and priced separately. The homepage says there are "No long-term contracts" and that most clients are live and marketing in under a month.
Availability is limited by design: "We limit how many clients we partner with in each zip code to ensure our team can deliver maximum impact." Prospects fill in a form, and the team checks the market and comes back with a recommendation before the first call.
Who it suits
The pricing FAQ says Curaytor works with "producing solo agents, agents with an assistant, and real estate teams", and the homepage is clear that it is built for agents who are already doing deals, "not agents starting from zero." It suits an agent with hundreds of past clients and sphere contacts who knows they should email every week and never finds the time: the team writes the emails, the tool tracks who replies, and deliverability is handled.
The monthly price is aimed at producing agents rather than a part-time agent looking for a cheap newsletter tool, and an agent in a zip code where Curaytor is already at capacity may have to wait.
