Brokerkit

Tap a star to rate

Brokerkit is software for real estate brokerages whose email goes to agents rather than to home buyers: the agents a broker wants to recruit, and the agents already on the roster. The homepage says "Brokerkit helps real estate brokers accelerate their growth by improving their agent recruiting, onboarding and retention", and its slogan is "Growth, made simple." The product menu lists Real Estate Recruiting Software, Real Estate Retention Software and BrokerBoost Recruiting Lead Generation. The company trades as Brokerkit Services Inc., and the customer voices on the homepage come largely from Keller Williams market centers.

What a sender actually gets

Email in Brokerkit comes in three forms, which the homepage lists in one line: "Send 1-on-1, bulk and campaign emails." A broker can write to a single candidate, send one message to a whole group, or put agents into a campaign that follows up on its own. Email is connected to the broker's real mailbox. The integrations page says a broker can "Send and receive email replies with Gmail" or with Outlook, and single sign-on works with a Google or Microsoft account. Calendar appointments sync with Google Calendar or the Outlook calendar, and the homepage adds that a broker can "Book appointments with candidates right from brokerkit."

Automation is the center of the recruiting pitch. The section headed "Follow-Up Automation" promises "Set it, forget it, and watch it scale", and says Brokerkit lets a broker "Create intelligent, personal campaigns to build relationships and do the following up for you." For a recruiter, that means a candidate who is not ready today keeps hearing from the brokerage until they are, without the broker having to remember each touch. The recruiting section adds the practical result: "Transform countless overdue follow-ups into a clear, focused daily call list."

Texting and calling sit alongside email. A broker can "Send text from Brokerkit, and reply right from your phone", and outbound calling works the same way, with replies forwarded to the broker's phone. Video is a third channel: the homepage says brokers can "Record videos and send video emails and texts." Messages do not have to be written from scratch, because Brokerkit includes "Generative AI to help you write messaging", and the blog announces a feature called AI Assist.

Agent Alerts are what keep the lists moving. The homepage says the alerts "notify you daily when agents make market moves" and are "delivered fresh to your mobile." In recruiting, the site calls them "Agents Alerts that turn market changes into Recruiting wins"; in retention, "Agent Alerts that transform success into stronger teams." A broker can use an alert about a rival agent's move as a reason to email, and an alert about a team member's milestone as a reason to congratulate them.

The mobile side covers the rest of the day: update call notes and look up candidates on a phone, then "Crank through email replies, calls, set appointments, and much more on your laptop." The platform also serves as the team's central hub for document management.

Recruiting and retention in one list

Brokerkit uses the same tools for both halves of a brokerage's growth. The retention section says a broker can "Onboard your agents effectively to help them produce, prosper and stick around" and "Build and manage relationships with your entire agent roster using the same, proven tools used in recruiting." The recruiting section frames the goal as "Find and land your ideal agents", and the homepage promises to "Keep track of every follow up & never lose track of a recruit again." A general manager quoted beside the retention section sums it up in four words: "BrokerKit keeps you focused." In email terms, the candidate who joins moves from a recruiting campaign to onboarding and retention messages in the same system, with the full history of the relationship intact.

Integrations

The integrations page is the most detailed part of the site. Beyond Google and Microsoft, it lists:

  • Relitix, which uses "AI and machine learning to identify top agents in your market", with data exported in the Brokerkit import format
  • Courted, whose agent intelligence data imports with a Courted API key, with saved searches and watchlists synced in nightly imports
  • Terradatum BrokerMetrics, for MLS agent production data
  • MarketView Broker from ShowingTime, to identify talent and import MLS data
  • Zapier, set up from inside Brokerkit, to bring leads from Calendly, WizeHire, Facebook Lead Ads "and 9,000+ apps"
  • WizeHire, pushing recruiting applicants from job postings into Brokerkit through Zapier
  • Wright Brothers Recruiting, which captures agent recruiting leads
  • SmartSetter, whose professional appointment setters' bookings are added to Brokerkit via Zapier
  • Third Pool, for automated pre-screening

The page also offers professionally managed recruitment marketing with leads handled inside Brokerkit. For anything else there is the Brokerkit API, used to "connect your website, job boards, or other tools in your tech stack" and to push recruiting leads, job applications and agent data in automatically, and Zapier covers no-code automation, "no developer required."

Pricing, support and resources

The menu has a pricing page, but the homepage itself quotes no prices; its calls to action are to contact the company or schedule a demo. Around the product, Brokerkit runs webinars, the Broker Growth Accelerator Podcast with podcast videos, a Broker Growth Community, a public changelog and a blog with posts on agent onboarding and office management.

Customer quotes carry the case. Jim Reifeiss, a general manager at Keller Williams, says: "We're a recruiting powerhouse, and Brokerkit is now making retention a breeze." A team leader at Keller Williams McKinney reports "over 30 referrals from our agents in the first week" and praises the "phenomenal support", and a market director calls it the "Best recruiting platform so far."

Who it suits

Brokerkit fits brokers, general managers and recruiting leaders who treat recruiting and retention as the engine of the business and want every candidate and agent in one pipeline with email, text, calls and video follow-up automated. The Agent Alerts and MLS data integrations give recruiters a steady supply of reasons to reach out, and Gmail or Outlook sync keeps the conversation in the broker's own inbox.

It is not a tool for an agent emailing buyers and sellers. Its lists, alerts and integrations are built around agents as the audience, so a brokerage that wants consumer newsletters or listing campaigns would run those elsewhere.
