Yespo
Tap a star to rate
Yespo is an omnichannel customer data platform (CDP) for online retailers. It sends email campaigns and automated flows, SMS, web and mobile push, Viber and Telegram messages, in-app messages and app inbox notices, and it runs pop-ups, banners and product recommendations on the retailer's own site, all fed by one customer profile. The homepage pitch is "Get more ecommerce sales from existing customers" by turning every customer communication into revenue. The same product appears under the eSputnik name on esputnik.com, whose Ukrainian and Russian pages carry the same menu, the same channels and the same customer figures. According to both sites, 3,500 customers get more online sales with it every day, and its NPS figure is based on 2361 customer votes. The English site is also offered in Bulgarian, Romanian and Polish.
What a sender gets
Email editor and templates. The eSputnik email page lists a no-code drag and drop editor, an HTML/CSS editor for professionals, 1600+ ready design templates, a product card generator, automatic multi-language emails, personalized product recommendations and AI texts with email subject optimization. The eSputnik homepage adds 300+ ready blocks for the editor, and a Yespo blog post links to 300+ free adaptive email templates. Emails can carry images, video and interactive elements without coding.
AMP interactive email. Both sites support AMP for email. eSputnik lists what a reader can do inside the message without visiting the site: choose products from those currently available, browse catalogs, leave a product review, book a hotel or complete a survey. A Yespo blog post describes an AMP test with 23 thousand recipients in which the interactive version received 5,2 times more form submissions than the ordinary one, and explains that recipients whose mail client does not support AMP see a standard HTML version instead.
Automations. The homepage offers "TOP-20 Ready-to-Use Ecommerce Automations" that recover carts and browse sessions, send back-in-stock messages and keep customer profiles current. eSputnik's omnichannel scenario editor sets when, to whom, on which channel and under what conditions a message goes out, and scenarios start automatically from real-time events: abandoned views, abandoned carts or order frequency. Automated RFM analysis splits the base into VIP, loyal and lapsed customers, notes when someone moves between segments and launches retention or reactivation scenarios.
Multilingual sending. One template can hold the content for several languages, so a single scenario speaks to each subscriber in their own language. Dynamic content in the same template can insert the right language, price or products per recipient.
SMS and the other channels
SMS sits beside email in the same scenarios, and eSputnik says one flow can combine email with any of its 8 other channels. The channel list covers SMS, web push, mobile push, app inbox, in-app, pop-ups, Telegram bot, Viber and website recommendations, with WhatsApp and an offline store channel marked as coming soon. A quote from the CEO of Gold.ua on the eSputnik homepage credits using email, push and SMS together for reaching customers in the format they prefer.
Forms, pop-ups and landing pages
For list growth, the homepage describes built-in onsite subscription forms and gamified pop-ups that grow the list without developers, followed by onboarding workflows, viewed-item reminders and abandoned-cart recovery. The eSputnik email page says forms, pop-ups and personalized emails can be created without developers, and that new users get an email template and a subscription form as a gift at signup. A Yespo blog post names the landing page among the places to put a subscription form. Exit pop-ups and intent-based offers are part of the reactivation toolkit.
AI features
Yespo describes itself as AI-powered. GenAI in the message editors drafts, refines and localizes text, with multilingual translation, grammar checks, tone control and subject and preheader improvements. Product recommendations come from 200+ ready-to-use algorithms, driven by a transformer model combined with an LLM, and refresh as intent changes. Predictive segmentation identifies who is ready to buy or about to leave, and automated A/B tests run inside workflows and promote the highest-converting version. AI agents are listed as coming soon.
Integrations and API
Ready plugins cover Shopify, WooCommerce and OpenCart on Yespo, and eSputnik adds Wix and Horoshop. There is an API with a getting-started guide, developer guide and API keys, an SDK for apps, and 300+ apps via Zapier. The eSputnik email page speaks of combining data from a CRM, the website and 750+ services, and the CDP FAQ lists external sources such as Google Sheets, CRMs, BigQuery and offline events.
Plans, deliverability and support
Yespo has a pricing page with a "Choose a plan" option and a "Try Now" signup, and eSputnik invites users to try its email service for free. The eSputnik FAQ says the price depends on the size of the contact base and on how many channels and AI tools are used, and names 4 plans: Basic for small e-commerce projects starting with CDP and personalization, Extended for growing businesses using segmentation without behavioral data and AI, Professional for behavioral personalization and AI recommendations in messages, and Universum for mature omnichannel businesses. A calculator page gives the price.
The eSputnik email page claims 99,6% deliverability, with domain warm-up and sender reputation work, and says the platform keeps email running even under peak loads and during sales. Support is 24/7 online, with a chat reply within 10 minutes and personal managers for large companies; Yespo promises 24/7 live support, a dedicated integration team and personal customer success, and says a retailer can start getting more sales in 14 days. Support is offered by chat, email and phone at every stage, and an in-house marketing agency can set up scenarios and segmentation for teams without their own staff. Yespo states compliance with GDPR, CCPA and CASL.
Results the company cites
The homepage cites PUMA growing the order share from AI recommendations from 2% to 20% in 14 months, Foxtrot gaining +33% CTR and doubling traffic with recommendations for 13 million customers, and Winetime, a chain with 30+ locations across Ukraine, lifting email revenue by 199%.
Who it suits and who it does not
Yespo suits online retailers, marketplaces, fashion, DIY, travel and ticketing businesses that want email, SMS, messengers and onsite recommendations on one customer profile, with ready automations and AI recommendations rather than a blank canvas. Stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart or Wix can connect through plugins, and multi-language shops get one-template localization. It is more platform than a newsletter writer or a service business without a catalog needs, and much of its feature set assumes product and order data.
