Voyado
Tap a star to rate
Voyado is a customer experience suite for retailers, which its homepage calls "The Agentic CX Suite for Retail". It sends marketing email and SMS or RCS messages, runs loyalty programs and digital wallet cards, and adds onsite search, recommendations and advertising audiences, all on one customer view that joins online and in-store behavior. The homepage says Voyado helps retailers "achieve a unified customer view through AI-powered CRM, loyalty management, product discovery, and advertising to increase customer lifetime value", and that it is trusted by 500+ retail brands and rated 4.7/5 on G2. The site is published in English and German, and its solution pages are organized by retail vertical: fashion, electronics, cosmetics and beauty, and furniture.
What a sender gets
Email. The email marketing channel is described as "highly relevant emails powered by real-time customer data, AI-driven content, and automated journeys that adapt to each shopper's behavior. At scale and across markets." The Yotpo migration page lists retail marketing automations, AI-assisted targeting and tactics, omnichannel data management, customer intelligence and insights, and multi-market support among the platform's building blocks. Its migration plans show that Voyado handles both marketing and transactional messaging over email and SMS, and that basic sends can run on event-based triggers. The company's blog post on Salesforce Marketing Cloud alternatives describes Voyado's core strengths as a native loyalty engine, predictive audiences, site and app personalization, POS prompts, holdouts and cohort lift, and fast rollouts, and suggests starting with automations such as browse abandonment or tier acceleration.
SMS and RCS. The SMS/RCS channel is meant to "reach customers instantly with timely, personalized messages", from order updates to offers that drive immediate store or online visits. The Björn Borg case study linked from the migration page is about reaching a 5% conversion rate with SMS.
Onsite messaging, search and recommendations. Onsite messaging guides shoppers in real time with nudges, reminders, offers and content across the site. Search and browse uses AI-powered search and navigation that understands intent, product context and business priorities. Recommendations are served "based on shopper intent, product performance, and retail context", aimed at conversion and basket size. The homepage groups these under product discovery, with algorithmic merchandising and conversational, guided discovery paths.
Loyalty, wallet and in-store. Loyalty management is built in, with points and gamification; the blog comparison lists points, tiers and vouchers. The digital wallet delivers loyalty cards, offers and rewards to customers' mobile wallets. In-store tools carry personalized offers, loyalty interactions and recommendations into the physical shop, so a store visit can use what the customer did online.
Advertising and retail media. Voyado syncs real-time customer segments to channels such as Meta, Google and TikTok for lookalike audiences and retargeting. A separate retail media capability lets retailers sell advertising on their own traffic.
The AI layer
Voyado leans hard on AI. The homepage says its AI is "built for retail and trained on real retail data" and names four areas: Agentic Marketing (intent signals and proactive insights driving campaigns), Algorithmic Merchandising, Agentic Discovery and Agentic Loyalty. For an email team the practical parts are AI-driven content in emails, predictive audiences and AI-assisted targeting.
Two further themes run through the menu. Multi-market efficiency is about working with marketing, merchandising and loyalty across several markets, which matters for a chain that sends in more than one language. Sustainability is pitched as customer journeys that remove obstacles and nudge shoppers toward more sustainable choices. For measuring what a campaign actually adds, the blog points to built-in cohort testing and holdout control, and it claims that Voyado's out-of-the-box integrations let a retailer prove value in a pilot of weeks rather than months.
Integrations, API and security
The integrations menu lists technology partners, consultancy partners, and developer guides and API docs, and the footer links two separate sets of API documentation, one of them for the Engage product. The blog describes prebuilt retail and POS integrations and integrations with major e-commerce, POS and ad platforms, plus BI-ready data exports. The footer links a Security & Trust center and legal documentation.
Pricing, migration and support
Voyado has a pricing page in its main menu but, on the homepage, directs buyers to a tailored demo. Its own blog describes its pricing as "Transparent retail packaging with lower SI reliance" and "Simple, usage-based tiers", without figures. For retailers leaving Yotpo, the migration page offers a price match guarantee ("we'll price match what you pay for Yotpo today"), scoped migration packages and guidance on IP warming and deliverability best practices. The packages come in three sizes: Small for basic email and SMS with event-based triggers, Medium for marketing and transactional messaging over email and SMS, and Large with a fully tailored onboarding and implementation plan that moves communication, loyalty and data. The same page promises everything "From intuitive self-service to expert-led onboarding" and claims "the highest rated support in the industry". Help comes through a help center, the Voyado Academy, product updates and product tours. The contact listed is +46-8-562 699 30 and info@voyado.com.
Results the company cites
The homepage quotes a 109% increase in full-price shoppers for By Malene Birger, 25% increased online sales for MQ Marqet and 27% increased online conversion for Dormy. The migration page adds that Jack & Jones "increased average order value with 33%", and the blog says Samsøe Samsøe achieved a 24.6% increase in average purchase value within months. Further case studies cover Megaflis growing reviews by +900%, Pour Moi on search and personalization, State of Art on loyalty and Outnorth on product recommendations.
Who it suits and who it does not
Voyado suits established retailers with both stores and web shops that want email, SMS, loyalty and onsite personalization to share one customer record, especially fashion, electronics, beauty and furniture brands running several markets. Retailers with a loyalty program that sits apart from their email tool, or those planning to join POS and online data, get both in the core product. Teams leaving Yotpo get a defined migration path and a price match.
Voyado says itself that it is "Not built as a generic enterprise suite for non-retail verticals", so B2B, SaaS and publishing senders will find little built for them. A small shop or solo newsletter writer who wants a self-serve email tool with a published price list is also not the target: the buying path runs through a demo and a tailored proposal.
