VibeTrace
Tap a star to rate
VibeTrace is a customer experience and marketing automation platform built for agencies that serve e-commerce and retail clients, and for retailers that use it directly. It sends automated and bulk email campaigns, SMS and web push notifications, runs onsite popups, landing pages and product recommendations, and sits on its own customer data platform. The homepage frames the offer as a "White-Label Customer Experience Platform" that lets an agency sell these tools under its own brand. The footer gives offices in Bucharest, Romania, and Zurich, Switzerland, plus a partner in Boston in the US, and a blog byline names Alex Rada as the founder, working in tech and data since 2005.
What a sender gets
Email. The platform lists automated email marketing, bulk email campaigns, a visual email editor and a gallery of emails and popup email collectors. Predefined campaigns and ready-made automation workflows are meant to get a store running without building flows from scratch, and the homepage FAQ says the product was built "with marketers in mind" for people who are not technical. The Swiss page lists A/B testing to find the winning offer, remarketing email campaigns based on behavior and profiling, and abandoned cart campaigns. For reporting, VibeTrace tracks subscribe and unsubscribe rates, hard bounces, spam, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate and sales.
Other channels. SMS (listed as automated text message software), web push notifications and WhatsApp messaging are separate products in the menu, alongside Facebook Ads automation software. The homepage groups them as "Email Marketing, SMS and webpush" and promises cross-channel communication through marketing automation.
Onsite tools. A popup maker, micro polls, embedded content forms, an advanced data collector and a landing page builder handle lead capture. Web personalization and a product recommendations engine change what each visitor sees on the store, and customer feedback software runs surveys. Visual editors cover these interactions as well as email, so popups and widgets can be designed without a developer.
The customer data platform
VibeTrace puts its customer data platform at the center. According to the homepage, it tracks visitor behavior, extends profiles and stores data for later use; its lead attributes and events collector let merchants segment an audience and personalize content across channels. Event collection covers standard e-commerce events, website events and custom events. The FAQ says data arrives "through real-time events, APIs or data files" and is cleaned and transformed to power campaigns, and that a client can use the CDP out of the box or extend it. Segments can be built by customer value, lifecycle activity or engagement. The analytics module, which the site calls complementary to Google Analytics, reports on user activity, shopping sessions and conversions, catalog searches, categories and items, and campaign performance. Data can be imported and exported, audiences included.
The white label model
For agencies, the homepage FAQ lists what the white label version brings: custom branding with no reference to VibeTrace, easy-to-install integration modules for the common CMS platforms clients already use (Shopify and Magento are named), an automatic invoicing system with different pricing methods for charging the agency's own customers, built-in onsite personalization, email and push tools so the agency pays for one platform, and auto-generated reports that show clients the revenue generated for them. The Swiss page adds unlimited accounts for the agency, invoicing through Braintree and PayPal with custom pricing models, and standard event integrations with PrestaShop and WooCommerce plus custom event tracking. The FAQ describes two ways to work: a white label solution the agency rebrands entirely, or a dedicated instance in which VibeTrace manages every technical aspect. An enterprise version is available in the cloud or on-premise, with managed services.
Switzerland, data and compliance
A dedicated Swiss page describes VibeTrace's local presence. The FAQ there is written from Thalwil and says the team can visit offices near Zürich, Bern, Zug, Basel, Lausanne, Luzern and Lugano, with support in German, French, Italian and English. The page calls VibeTrace "GDPR ready" and says clients with sensitive financial or health data are safe with it; its past clients include Swiss banks and health insurance providers. Under Swiss data compliance, it says all data is handled with local providers and clouds with local presence, and that the infrastructure can run in the client's private cloud or with public cloud providers that have Swiss data centers: Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS. Through BYOP (Bring Your Own Provider), VibeTrace can deliver email through a client's existing local email provider rather than its own. Multilingual campaigns, sending different content by user language, are part of the segmentation. The Swiss team also works as an agency, offering consultancy, implementation, custom modules and training.
Pricing, trial and support
VibeTrace has a pricing page in its menu and invites visitors to "start a Free Trial" or register directly. The Swiss page speaks of subscription pricing and a separate Swiss pricing offer, and custom work is billed as consultancy on a daily rate. Support runs over email and chat, with documentation and a knowledge base, and demos are booked through the site.
Results the company cites
The homepage claims "up to 35% digital revenues influenced on a monthly basis" and "$2.000.000+ in assisted revenue every month". A testimonial from the head of e-commerce at Bryan Digital reports a 45% increase in sales from email; another, from an agency founder, calls the platform "A bit hard to get used with so many features" while praising what those features allow.
Who it suits and who it does not
VibeTrace suits digital agencies that want to resell email, SMS, push and onsite personalization under their own brand, with built-in invoicing for their clients and no VibeTrace logo in sight. It suits Swiss retailers, banks, insurers and travel businesses that need data kept in Switzerland, multilingual campaigns and a local team, and online stores on Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop or WooCommerce that want a customer data platform and product recommendations next to their email. Enterprises that need on-premise deployment have that option too.
It is a heavier choice for a solo newsletter writer or a small shop that only needs a campaign editor: the breadth of the platform is its point, and even a happy customer admits it takes time to learn. Developers after a transactional email API or SMTP relay are not the audience either, since the site describes marketing and lifecycle email, not an API for application mail.
