Rejoiner
Tap a star to rate
Rejoiner is a retention marketing platform for ecommerce brands that combines software for email, text messages, pop-ups and postcards with account management by its own team. The home page frames the offer against self-service tools: "With Rejoiner, you're not getting do-it-yourself software; you're gaining an intelligent platform that evolves with your needs and a team of retention marketing experts who are committed to your success." Its best-known product is abandoned cart recovery, and the cart abandonment page says Rejoiner is "Trusted by over 500 ecommerce brands". The company's blog identifies Mike Arsenault as Founder and CEO.
What a sender actually gets
Lifecycle triggers. The home page lists built-in journeys for abandoned cart, abandoned browse, new subscriber, price drop, win back, VIP, anniversary, replenishment and subscription. Each is described in terms of the data behind it:
- Abandoned cart runs "segmented, multi-stage abandonment journeys", and the page claims it can "Convert 15%+ of abandoned carts into customers".
- Browse abandonment targets product page abandoners, with a claim of converting 10% of window shoppers.
- New subscriber journeys are welcome series aimed at a first purchase.
- Price drop alerts connect purchase intent with price change events.
- Win back reacts to churn signals in purchase data.
- VIP offers trigger when a customer crosses thresholds for total spend, purchase frequency or RFM score.
- Anniversary journeys recommend complementary items after a purchase.
- Replenishment sends reorder emails when a customer is about to run out of a consumable SKU.
- Subscription journeys trigger on lifetime milestones, renewal dates, new subscriptions and cancellations.
The email builder. Emails are made in a drag-and-drop builder "connected to your product catalog and powered by your sales data". Saved modules let you build headers, footers and calls to action once and reuse them. Product recommendation components inject top sellers, new arrivals, complementary items and items frequently purchased together, and browse recommendations insert what a shopper added to their cart, browsed or viewed, alongside similar products. For brands that want it, templates can be "done-for-you custom design & copywriting".
Segmentation. The segment builder works on purchase history, on-site browsing behavior, email engagement, custom list fields, customer demographics, RFM scoring, partner data and custom metadata. Segments are dynamic and are used for targeting, exclusion, triggering journeys, sunsetting inactive contacts and ad audience sync.
Cart recovery in depth. The cart abandonment page describes "pre-submit tracking" that captures partial checkout submissions "even if users don't hit 'submit'", so shoppers can be identified before the cart platform knows about them. Browse, cart and checkout abandoners are segmented separately, and newsletter links are tagged to identify subscribers. Abandonment campaigns can be split by product category or specific SKU, with cart contents and recommendations injected dynamically and targeting by intent, cart value and engagement. Carts are synchronized across desktop, mobile and tablet so a shopper can resume checkout on another device. The page says Rejoiner allows "Unlimited emails with no restrictions on campaign structure or length."
Channels. Alongside email, the platform covers text messages, pop-ups and postcards, with account management listed as a channel of its own. The pages present these as one unified platform rather than separate tools.
Reporting. A dashboard gives real-time performance data, and the account team reviews results with you.
The managed service
The distinguishing feature is that Rejoiner's team does much of the work. The cart abandonment page sets out three steps. First, a discovery call of about 30 minutes and platform access; built-in integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2 take "as little as one hour of developer time", while custom platforms get Rejoiner's JavaScript deployed across the site, typically "a developer an afternoon". Second, 1 to 2 hours to review strategy and assets, after which the team designs, builds, tests and launches the campaigns; "Most clients have campaigns live and generate revenue within 7 days." Third, optional monthly reviews of about 15 minutes with a dedicated account manager, while the team keeps testing subject lines, designs, timing and calls to action. The FAQ says first campaigns can launch "in as little as 3-5 business days".
The home page adds bi-weekly performance reviews, ongoing strategy "with insights from 10+ years of retention marketing", and full migration "handled in-house" with "zero downtime, no lost data". Brands do not have to move off their current email provider: the FAQ says Rejoiner "can run in parallel", syncing opt-outs back and forth, and has integrations with many major email vendors. A free retention audit is offered with results in 48 hours.
Plans, trial and terms
The site publishes no prices. The pages describe a "Flat monthly subscription. Easy to budget for and no surprises", "Predictable, transparent pricing" and "Unlimited emails", and repeat "No contracts. No long-term commitments." The cart abandonment page offers a 14-day free trial and says "No ESP migration required". The FAQ adds that you can test Rejoiner "with no upfront cost or obligation. If we don't deliver results, you walk away risk-free."
Support, reliability and compliance
The site header lists "24/7 Sales & Support" by phone, and the cart abandonment page says dedicated account managers are "always available via live chat, email, and phone", with "White glove service for everyone". Reliability is stated as "99.9% platform uptime, AWS-backed scalability." On data protection, the FAQ says "Rejoiner is GDPR and CCPA compliant. Your customer data is encrypted and stored securely on enterprise-grade infrastructure. Never sold, rented, or shared." API documentation and a user guide are linked in the footer.
Results the site reports
The home page claims "30X ROAS" and brands driving "over $63M in revenue this year", with case studies including AuthenTEAK (revenue up 22% to over $2M), Ketone-IQ (70% of new orders as subscriptions) and Triumph (email revenue up 40% year over year). The cart abandonment page cites "12+ years in business, $500M+ revenue recovered" for brands including Hydroflask, Titleist, Etix, Humanscale and OXO, and 90+ five-star reviews. Its Etix case study reports $10.95M recovered in 12 months at 267x ROAS, integration in under 7 days, and a 14.45% click-through rate. A Titleist ecommerce director is quoted on "10-20X ROAS, with consistent open rates of 50-60%."
Who it suits and who it does not
Rejoiner suits mid-sized and larger ecommerce brands, including subscription and consumable businesses, that want sophisticated lifecycle email and SMS without hiring a retention team or an agency. Brands that want to keep their current email platform and add serious cart recovery on top can run it in parallel.
It is a poor fit for a small shop or solo seller looking for a cheap self-service tool with a published price, and for senders outside ecommerce such as publishers, B2B teams or developers who need a sending API. Marketers who want to control every campaign themselves will be paying for a service they do not use.
