FunnelKit

Tap a star to rate

FunnelKit is a set of WordPress plugins for WooCommerce stores: a funnel builder for checkouts, order bumps, upsells and thank-you pages, and FunnelKit Automations, which sends email and SMS broadcasts, abandoned cart reminders and post-purchase sequences from inside the WordPress dashboard. The FAQ describes it as "a drag and drop sales funnel builder plugin for WordPress" and says you need "a hosting account on WordPress with WooCommerce installed and activated."

For an email buyer, the interesting part is the automation side. The menu groups it as "Marketing Automations" with the tagline "Create broadcast and automated campaigns without leaving WordPress," and the features page lists email and SMS marketing, rich contact profiles, workflows and integrations, segmented broadcasts, revenue tracking, transactional email and abandoned cart recovery. A customer review on the homepage calls it "A full-fledged WooCommerce CRM in my WP dashboard!" The footer names the products as FunnelKit Funnel Builder, FunnelKit Automations, FunnelKit Sliding Cart and a subscriptions plugin called Sublium, and states that FunnelKit is a registered trademark of Wisetr INC.

Email and SMS campaigns

Campaigns come in two forms. Broadcasts let you "Send or schedule one-time marketing broadcasts via email or SMS to your segmented list." Automated workflows cover, in the features page's words, "your entire customer flow, from welcome emails and cart recovery to post-purchase follow-ups and re-engagement." The homepage adds that you can "Import pre-built automation recipes with one click. Or build sequences from scratch for abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase upsells, renewal reminders, and more."

Post-purchase follow-ups are called out on their own: "Send thank-you emails, upsell offers, review requests, and more, automatically." Dynamic coupons generate "unique, time-sensitive discount coupons for each user," which fits win-back and repeat-purchase flows. SMS is a first-class channel rather than an add-on, with the site pitching it for time-sensitive promotions, order updates and reminders, and abandoned cart recovery runs over both email and SMS.

Emails are built in a visual drag-and-drop editor ("No coding required, just creativity and results"). The same plugin also takes over WooCommerce's transactional mail: the features page says you can customize "order confirmations, receipts, and shipping updates, with your brand's style and voice." The template library covers emails and automation recipes alongside checkout, upsell, sales and thank-you page templates, each importable with one click.

Contacts, segments and forms

Every contact gets a profile. The features page lists "basic details, purchase history, entered funnels, automations, sent emails/SMS, and more in one place," and the homepage describes "a complete 360-degree view of your contacts," from the last email open date and time to orders placed, AOV and items bought.

Segmentation works on store data: behavior, purchase history, tags and custom fields, per the features page, while the homepage mentions smart filters by gender, location, past purchases and average order value for segmented broadcasts. A reviewer on the homepage also points to rule-based automations, audiences for segmenting lists, and the option to input data into FunnelKit Automations via webhooks.

List building happens through inline and popup lead forms, which can be triggered by clicks or time-based actions and send lead notifications, and through opt-in pages and opt-in funnels. The FAQ suggests course sellers pair opt-in pages and pop-ups to capture leads and nurture them into paying customers.

Checkout, bumps and upsells

The funnel builder is what the rest of the product hangs off. It replaces the default WooCommerce checkout with one-step or multi-step checkout pages, a checkout field editor, Google-powered address autocomplete and express pay options. Order bumps sit on the checkout page as one-click add-ons, with percentage or fixed discounts, multiple bumps per page, a choice of placement (above or below payment, inside the mini cart, under the order summary) and rules based on cart items, coupons, total spend, location, past purchases, date, time and user role. One-click upsells follow the purchase without re-entering payment details. Thank-you pages can be swapped per funnel and chosen by product, coupon, user role or "20+ other smart rules."

Simple, variable and subscription products all work as bumps, upsells or main products, and the FAQ states FunnelKit is "fully compatible with the official WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin." Checkouts and order bumps support every gateway WooCommerce supports, and the FAQ says one-click upsells are "supported by over 15 payment gateways," naming PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Authorize.Net CIM, Braintree and SagePay. A sliding cart plugin adds a slide-out cart with upsells, cross-sells and milestone rewards such as free shipping.

Reporting

Campaign reporting covers "open rate, clickthrough rate to revenue made, orders placed & more," according to the homepage. Cart abandonment tracking plots "the recoverable cart, recovered carts, lost carts, potential revenue and more, all plotted neatly on graphs," with a cart recovery rate to watch over time. On the funnel side, analytics show views, conversion rates and revenue for every page in the funnel, UTM reporting tracks traffic sources and exports reports, and A/B tests can split traffic across headlines, layouts, prices, offers and designs.

Integrations

The homepage says FunnelKit connects "with 100s of apps such as Slack, Zapier, Twilio, WordPress plugins like LearnDash, WooCommerce Subscriptions, etc." The features page describes connections to CRMs, LMS tools and membership platforms. For course sellers the FAQ names LearnDash, LifterLMS and TutorLMS, integrated via WooCommerce. Thank-you pages can be designed with Elementor, Divi, Bricks, Oxygen or the Gutenberg block editor, and developers get hooks and filters for custom scripts, CSS and PHP. For multilingual stores the site names WPML, Polylang and TranslatePress and says customers can be served in 15+ languages.

Pricing, refunds and support

FunnelKit sells annual licenses. The thank-you page product page prices the individual plugins it says FunnelKit replaces (checkout templates at $99/Yr, a sales funnel builder at $149/Yr, multi-step checkout at $79/Yr, order bumps, one-click upsells, a slide cart and a thank-you page plugin at $99/Yr each) and then states that FunnelKit "Starts At $99.5/yr," adding "You'll Save at Least $822/yr." The FAQ confirms the Funnel Builder and FunnelKit Automations "can be purchased as separate products," or together as a suite. The homepage advertises a "Risk-free 14 Days Money Back Guarantee."

There is a free tier as well: the FAQ says FunnelKit "offers a free version of the WordPress sales funnel plugin," and the support form distinguishes "Pro User" from "Lite User." The pages do not spell out which email and SMS features the free version includes.

Support runs through a ticket form with separate tabs for technical issues and pre-sale queries; the form notes that tickets are "served through our support desk hosted by our service provider teamwork.com." The site also points to documentation, blogs, video tutorials and a community of users, and says "Over 1001+ 5 star reviews show that FunnelKit users trust our top-rated support for their online business." Its footer banner invites you to "Join 40,300+ successful store owners who trust FunnelKit to power their businesses," and the rating shown is 4.9/5 on WordPress.org.

On security, the FAQ says FunnelKit "integrates securely with WooCommerce payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, and others" and "uses the highest encryption standards to ensure that customer payment data is handled safely." Because FunnelKit runs as plugins on your own WordPress install, your contact list sits in your own site rather than in a separate cloud account.

Who it suits

FunnelKit suits WooCommerce stores that want email, SMS, cart recovery and checkout optimization in one place inside WordPress, and that care about tying campaigns to revenue: bumps, upsells, recovered carts and post-purchase flows all report into the same dashboard. The FAQ says it is designed "for even multi-product WooCommerce stores," and course creators selling through LearnDash, LifterLMS or TutorLMS are named directly. Stores that sell subscriptions through WooCommerce Subscriptions get renewal reminders and subscription-aware checkouts.

It is a poor fit for anyone not running WordPress with WooCommerce, since that setup is a stated requirement, and for senders who only want a standalone newsletter tool: the automation engine is built around store events, orders and carts rather than editorial publishing.
