ExpertSender is a marketing automation and customer data platform built only for online stores. It sends email campaigns and transactional messages, SMS, web push and mobile push notifications, and it runs on-site pop-ups, banners and product recommendations, all driven by the behavior it tracks on the store. The home page describes it as a "Marketing Automation & Customer Data Platform for e-commerce that want to turn customer data into real sales", and states plainly: "ExpertSender is a platform designed to drive e-commerce sales." The company is ExpertSender S.A., with its office at ul. Norwida 1 in Gdańsk, Poland, and the footer carries an ISO 27001 Certification badge next to the line "Your data is safe with us."

What a sender gets

Email. Email marketing automation covers both campaigns and transactional messages, and the site promises messages "tailored to customer profiles and behavior", without mass blasts. Content is dynamic, based on the Customer 360 Profile, purchase history and current behavior, so the same campaign reads differently for each recipient.

Workflows. The automation builder is drag-and-drop, with workflows "triggered by specific events", so campaigns go out without manual sending and without involving the IT department. The home page names the ground these flows cover, from first contact and abandoned carts to conversions and returning customers, and frames the goal as "Set up once and let it work every day." The site menu groups automation into scenarios, personalization and recommendations.

Product recommendations. Recommendations appear on site and in messages, and the pitch is that they show "products that the customer actually wants to buy", based on real behavior rather than bestsellers or random picks.

SMS. Text messages are positioned as perfect for time-sensitive offers, alerts and reminders "when response time matters". The integration menu lists an SMS gateway.

Web push and mobile push. Web push reaches shoppers "even after they leave your site", "without needing an email address". Mobile push sends short, personalized notifications to users of a store's mobile app. ExpertSender's blog explains the mechanics in detail: web push needs only a one-time opt-in in the browser, works in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari and Opera on desktop and mobile, and suits abandoned cart reminders, product availability alerts, promotions and order status updates.

On-site. Pop-ups, banners and the product recommendation engine run directly on the store's website, "Triggered based on user behavior."

Omnichannel logic. The blog describes how channels work together inside ExpertSender: automation scenarios can take into account behavior on the website and previous responses to other messages, so if a user has not responded to an email, the next step may be web push, or the other way round. Scenarios can control the frequency, order and exclusions of messages to avoid duplication.

Customer data and segmentation

The customer data side is the other half of the product. ExpertSender tracks user activity and says it can "connect anonymous traffic with real profiles". The Customer 360 Profile gives "the full customer history in one place", which the site argues "leads to better data and more accurate marketing decisions." Advanced RFM Segmentation groups customers by recency, frequency and monetary value to "Segment customers precisely based on their lifecycle stage" and to raise customer lifetime value. Dynamic segments are built on behavior and events and update automatically, "without manual work or guesswork." Data management features in the menu include data tables, a preference center and a product feed.

Integrations and migration

The home page lists integrations with Magento, PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, IdoSell and Shoper, "...and more", with a link to a full list. The team supports the entire integration process, from connecting the store and importing data to configuring scripts and plugins. For stores switching from another tool, the company says it takes care of the entire migration, from data and integrations to launching ready-made scenarios, with "No downtime. No lost sales."

Pricing and who qualifies

ExpertSender publishes a starting price: "from $450 USD" is shown in the section headed "ExpertSender is the right choice if…". The same section sets out who it is for. You run an online store. You get "at least 30,000 unique visits per month" and want to make full use of that traffic instead of letting it go to waste. You want to increase sales and are "not looking for just an email marketing tool". And you are looking for a partner rather than just a tool. A free consultation is offered by phone on +48 451 168 332, and the contact address is contact@expertsender.com.

Support and service

Service is a large part of the offer. Each customer has a dedicated account manager, "a dedicated point of contact who knows your business, understands your data, and helps design campaigns tailored to your customers." On strategy, the site says "You're not left alone with the tool", and the team helps plan sequences, segmentation and scenarios. On results, "We regularly review campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest new tests to improve results." The site contrasts this with vendors whose support stops at a dashboard, documentation and technical tickets. Resources include a blog, success stories, a partner directory, a partner program, and a knowledge base with free checklists, e-books, case studies and webinars.

Results the company publishes

Case studies feature Answear, Taranko and 4F, which the site says "achieved up to 12× ROI with ExpertSender through marketing automation." Answear's CRM manager, Marcin Nawrocki, is quoted saying that in just 30 days the company "rolled out marketing automation initiatives across 7 countries" right before the peak sales season. He adds that the team uses transactional data in its campaigns, with "a positive impact on customer retention and transaction volume", and expects "sales generated by marketing automation to double by the end of the year." The blog also publishes deliverability content, including a piece on email deliverability in 2026.

Who it suits

ExpertSender suits established online stores with meaningful traffic, at least the 30,000 monthly visits the company names, that want email, SMS, web push, mobile push and on-site messages driven by one customer profile, and that want a dedicated expert helping with strategy rather than a self-service tool. The published starting price of $450 USD and the traffic threshold put it out of reach for a new or very small shop, and it is built only for e-commerce, so service businesses, creators and SaaS companies are outside its scope.
