edrone is a CRM and marketing automation platform built only for online stores. It sends email and SMS newsletters, automated flows such as abandoned cart recovery and product recommendations, push notifications and WhatsApp messages, and it adds on-site tools like pop-ups and a customer support inbox. Its home page headline is "Boost eCommerce retention with AI-powered CRM & Marketing Automation", and its line on who uses it is "Online stores of all sizes trust edrone". The site runs in English for an international audience and in local versions for Brazil, Poland and Mexico. The privacy notice names edrone LLC as the administrator of personal data.
What a sender gets
edrone organizes its product into three areas, which it calls Automate, Nurture and Grow.
Automate. The site promises "20+ ready-made e-commerce automations", covering everything "from recovering abandoned carts to increasing newsletter subscriptions". A newer set called Ready Flows added "7 new Ready Flows scenarios", described as "designed to keep your customers engaged, developed according to stores' needs". The same area covers automated product recommendations "on & off-site", meaning on the store's pages and inside emails, and "fully-automated loyalty and referral programs". The company's Polish blog adds cross-sell and upsell campaigns, abandoned cart monitoring and automatic generation of discount codes to that list.
Newsletters. The feature list includes "Email & SMS newsletters", and the Polish blog describes edrone's newsletters as "piękne i spersonalizowane" (beautiful and personalized), sitting on a platform that also offers dynamic banners and advanced customer segmentation.
Segmentation. Advanced Segmentation is flagged on the home page as a new feature: "Engage your target audience with segmented emails". The Grow area adds "smart segmentation" and "targeted messages to convert visitors into customers".
Live Events. Marked as a favorite feature, Live Events is a "Real time, interactive view of your customers' activity", used to track behavior, collect insights and get action recommendations. It pairs with the real-time reports the site promotes under "Stay informed with real-time insights and reports".
Nurture: CRM and support. This is where edrone goes beyond an email tool. The site says merchants can "Easily manage your customer support activities in one place", "Auto-reply, tag and assign conversations across your team", and get a 360-degree view of each customer's purchase and interaction history. The footer lists this as a "Customer support hub" with a "CRM Inbox".
Grow: other channels. The platform sends on several channels: SMS, push and "Social Proof notifications", and "Integration with WhatsApp" is announced with the line "Reach your customers anywhere". The Grow area also offers "ready-to-go social ads campaigns" to reach new audiences, and on-site tools include pop-ups and "Animated on-site layers" for collecting subscribers.
AI. The Polish menu has a section on AI in edrone that promises to let the AI take over analysis, customer service and campaigns. The blog says AI drives product recommendations and content personalization based on each customer's behavior, so that each email or pop-up reaches the right person at the right moment.
Ease of use. The Polish blog describes edrone as a comprehensive marketing automation tool that combines advanced features with simple operation, shows its "Prosty i intuicyjny dashboard" (simple and intuitive dashboard), and says it allows full personalization of the customer experience both in email and on the store's website. The English home page makes a similar promise about speed of setup: "Get started as quickly as possible and see important metrics increases from the first month on."
Integrations
The menu says edrone integrates with "25+ e-commerce platforms", or a store can "use a custom integration tailored to your needs". The Polish blog names Sky-Shop, Shopware, PrestaShop and WooCommerce as examples, and mentions an integration with Landingi.com for building landing pages that collect sign-ups. The full list sits on a separate integrations page.
Pricing and free account
edrone has a free entry point. The home page says "Try now for free No credit card required" and "Start using Freemium!", and invites stores to "Create a free account and test our tool!" The Polish site is more specific about its free account: "Ratuj porzucone koszyki od 0 złotych. Korzystaj ze 100 darmowych SMS-ów." (Save abandoned carts from 0 zloty. Use 100 free SMS messages.) Paid plans are listed on a separate Pricing page; the home page itself gives no plan prices. A free demo can be booked through the Polish site.
Results the company publishes
The headline claim is "Edrone customers report ROI in 7 days and 7× by month three". The case studies on the home page give store-level figures. Mosquito, a fashion brand, reports a 90%+ open rate on welcome emails and a 42% impact rate of edrone features. Nemira, a Romanian book publisher, reports a 30% open rate generating more than €2,000 every month, €2,100 revenue per 1,000 emails sent and €5,300 a month in sales that would otherwise be lost. Leifheit Polska reports 700 additional newsletter subscribers each month, a 73% open rate on recommendation emails and €5,500 revenue for every 1,000 emails sent. The site also says users recognized edrone among "Best Commerce Products". The Polish site invites stores to join "ponad 1000 sklepów" (more than 1,000 stores) that build their success with edrone.
Support and onboarding
Under Support and Services, edrone promises "dedicated onboarding, special training and expert services", and the home page says its support team "is ready to help you get the system up and running, improve your campaigns and get the most out of edrone at all times." There is a help center, a blog, case studies and a partner program for agencies that want to earn by bringing clients. The footer links to terms and conditions, a Data Processing Agreement, a cookies policy and a privacy policy.
Who it suits
edrone suits small and mid-size online stores that want email automation, SMS, WhatsApp, on-site pop-ups and a support inbox from one vendor, and that value ready-made flows over building everything by hand. Stores in Poland, Brazil and Mexico get local versions of the site. The free entry point, with free SMS on the Polish site, lets a shop try cart recovery before paying. A creator, a B2B company or anyone without an online store is outside its focus, since every feature assumes a product catalog and purchase data.
