ワイメール

Tap a star to rate

ワイメール, which its domain renders as Y-ML, is a hosted email delivery and newsletter system run by Igreks Inc. (株式会社イグレックス), whose company details give an address in Hachioji, Tokyo. It sends newsletters, step emails and loop emails, scheduled campaigns and automated messages tied to events such as a booking or a shipment, and its headline promise is a completely flat monthly fee with no extra charges however many subscribers you have or emails you send. The home page says it has more than 5,000 implementations and a contract continuation rate above 99%, both measured by the company as of the end of September 2025, and it counts government offices among its users.

What the system is for

The home page lists the jobs it is built for: automating follow-up emails to customers and prospects, sending a confirmation email automatically before a customer's reservation date, mailing only the people who need a message (for example by class), sending emails in step with a purchase or shipment, creating attractive HTML emails easily, running several newsletters and step-email programs at one flat rate, sending from a dedicated environment without worrying about server management or cost, and announcing limited-time campaigns to email members. Newsletters and step-email stories can be created in unlimited numbers, and reminders and scheduled sends can be automated.

Sending environment

The feature the company leans on hardest is isolation. Each customer gets its own dedicated IP address and an independent sending environment, with its own domain, that other companies' sending cannot affect. The site lists SPF and DKIM support and an automatic IP warm-up function, and customers can brand the system as their own. The FAQ is candid about speed: there is no speed limit, and as a rough guide plain text emails of about 10KB to PC addresses, with error addresses under 1%, go out at around 10,000 in 10 to 15 minutes. Because each customer sends from a dedicated environment, the FAQ adds, speed does not rise in proportion to volume and can drop with continuous mass sends, many unknown addresses, resource limits or a congested backbone. It asks readers to see ワイメール as a service that puts deliverability and cost performance ahead of raw speed. Emails and signup forms carry no advertising, which the FAQ contrasts with free services.

Features

The home page shows a sample of what it calls more than 90 standard features. For creating email there is a high-function HTML editor that needs no specialist knowledge, more than 40 templates you can use as often as you like, HTML email support with automatic multipart for text clients, mobile emoji support, file attachments, test sends and draft saving. For targeting there is filtered sending on any condition (the FAQ's example is unmarried men), name insertion through merge tags such as %%FULLNAME%%, A/B tests, multi-language support and management of several newsletters in one account.

For timing there are scheduled sends up to 30 days ahead in 10-minute steps, with no limit in principle on the number of reservations, plus step emails and loop emails. The site says step emails and loop emails come with no option fee and no limit on the number of step-email scenarios. Delivery controls cover send speed adjustment, pausing and resuming a send, holding a send, and SMTP designation with distributed sending. The column page adds click measurement, open rate measurement, segment sending, automatic processing of error mail and a limited-time page feature. The latest release noted in the news section is version 2.35, published in August 2026.

Price and trial

The price table gives a flat 4,980 yen a month, covering usage and support, for the version with own branding and no options on monthly continuous payment, excluding tax, and a one-off initial fee of 10,000 yen. The initial fee pays for building your sending environment from scratch; it is charged only on a new or renewed application, never at renewal or on continuing payments, and not at all if you use only the free trial. The free trial runs 14 days, and the site says you pay nothing during it however much you send. Service can start the same day at the earliest and within 3 business days at the latest, and payment is by credit card, bank account transfer or Pay-easy. There is also a fully performance-based referral program for business partners.

Customers

The case studies span sectors. e-CHANNEL, an education and media company, reports that its site's bounce rate improved once it put its newsletter to better use. Infodio uses ワイメール to promote an OCR service. The coffee shop きゃろっと sold out 2,000 sets of its own roasted coffee on the same day with a step-email promotion. Voice, a publisher, runs detailed CRM for its customers through it, and the apparel company Diana passed 200% sales growth in overseas e-commerce using HTML newsletters. Four-D Corporation handles customer follow-up for its furniture brand STYLICS with it, Dreamone uses it in real estate sales, and Design Plus calls it the mail system behind 20% company growth. Futaba Town in Fukushima runs a town newsletter to get accurate information quickly to residents who have had to live away from their hometown.

Support and company

Igreks' business hours are 10:00 to 18:00, excluding weekends and public holidays, and contact runs through a contact form, a document request form and the company email address. The site has an online help, an FAQ, a basic-knowledge section and an official column, plus a page for reporting spam. The basic-knowledge pages cover the difference between cloud and on-premises delivery, how to write a newsletter and raise open rates, how step emails work and how to build them, uses of email delivery by industry, and how to avoid delivery delays and spam filtering. It states that Igreks has obtained Privacy Mark certification, and it notes that the company does not take commissioned web development work.

Who it suits

ワイメール suits small and mid-sized organizations that want to send large or unpredictable volumes at a fixed cost: shops running step-email promotions, service businesses sending reservation reminders, publishers with several newsletters and public bodies keeping residents informed. The dedicated IP and independent environment appeal to senders who worry about sharing reputation with other customers, and the 14-day trial lets you send real campaigns before paying the setup fee.

It is a weaker fit for teams that need the fastest possible delivery on huge sends, since the FAQ itself favors deliverability over speed, and the site, the help and the support are all in Japanese.
