Wooxy is a marketing automation platform that sends email, SMS, web push notifications and messenger messages on Telegram and Viber from one workflow builder, with an AI assistant called AMI (Artificial Marketing Intelligence) built in. The home page pitches it as an AI marketing team in one platform, where AMI replaces dashboards and data overload with smart suggestions, instant workflows and ready-to-launch campaigns. Much of its blog advice is aimed at startups and small teams, and the home page says more than 5,000 businesses around the world have trusted it.
Workflows and the Marketplace
Automation is the core of the product. Wooxy's drag-and-drop workflow builder ships with pre-built templates, and the company's startup guide says a founder can go from a blank canvas to a live automation in an afternoon without custom code. The Marketplace holds 100+ ready-made workflow templates and 1,000+ pre-built trigger events. Two named examples are a "Welcome message after registration" workflow and an "Inform your users about their new messages" workflow, which nudges a contact about something waiting for them. The guide's suggested starter set is onboarding right after signup, a check-in when someone has not logged in for a week, and a nurture sequence for visitors who looked at pricing without converting, each triggered by what a contact does or does not do.
The product menu lists segmentation, personalization and event tracking as the marketing activities behind those workflows, along with activation and customer journey solutions. The guide describes the basic loop the platform handles: you write a message and pick a list or segment, and the platform sends it and logs who opened it, who clicked and who unsubscribed. Its advice is to segment by behavior, such as pages visited or trial status, rather than company size alone. Once the first automations are stable, the guide suggests adding a win-back sequence for lapsed trial users and a referral nudge for happy customers, and it points to Wooxy's own re-engagement guide and its Digitec Conference case study as worked examples.
Channels
Email is one of five channels. The blog says Wooxy runs email, SMS, web push, Telegram and Viber from one place, so switching channels does not mean switching tools, and that Viber becomes available on a plan that includes it. It suggests SMS and web push alongside email for time-sensitive messages that should reach people who check their inbox less often. Wooxy's own client data, as the blog reports it, shows brands using more than one channel get 32% higher engagement than email-only campaigns. The home page puts the volume across all channels at 950M+ messages delivered to users each month. Wooxy's trends data, as the same article cites it, puts mobile email reading at 60 to 80% of users depending on the audience, which is the case it makes for mobile-first messages.
AMI, the AI assistant
AMI sits at the center of the current pitch. The home page says it analyzes your business 360°, generates a unique action plan and personalized insights, uses AI and machine learning to scan all campaigns around the clock, and learns from results to suggest your next best move. You tell AMI your goal, for example boosting webinar signups, and Wooxy generates campaigns and workflows across email, ads, SMS and more for you to review and launch in minutes. AMI also keeps messages on brand, matching your tone of voice and guidelines and creating visuals in line with your brand design system, and it scans your market and competitors to adapt campaigns to what works now. The home page promises you can plan your month in 3 clicks.
On the blog, AMI drafts the emails for one segment, such as a loyalty club, in minutes and ready for review, and it can help build a contact base, put together templates and plan a month of campaigns without coding. The trends article says it works "like a team member who's always available", and that Wooxy plans with AMI start at €5.99 a month. Wooxy's CEO, Hayk Hayrapetyan, is quoted there saying the company wants even small businesses to reach enterprise-level AI without coding or connecting dozens of separate AI tools and agents.
Sending rules and security
Wooxy builds some deliverability rules into the product. The startup guide says it will not send email from a domain without valid SPF and DKIM records, which protects the sender's reputation before the first campaign goes out, and that every email carries an automatic unsubscribe link. The blog also explains the recent DMARC specification updates for business email. The Why Wooxy menu has pages on GDPR and compliance, role-based permissions and email authentication, and the home page says Wooxy applies role-based access control and that "A global team of cybersecurity engineers works around the clock to maintain Wooxy defense". For scale, the home page claims 99.9% uptime on a highly scalable and redundant setup, 170M+ API requests per day peaking at 5,000 requests a second, and 250M+ real-time user behavioral triggers activated daily.
Plans, support and developers
The home page says Wooxy provides a free plan so you can test its effectiveness before paying. The startup guide calls it the Trial plan and says the Starter plan starts at €5.99 a month once you are ready to send at real volume, and the free trial needs no credit card. Support is described as "Fanatical 24/7 support", from a dedicated team ready to help around the clock, and larger buyers can use a Contact Sales form or book a demo. For developers there is API documentation and an integrations page, and the knowledge base, FAQ, first-steps guide and Wooxy Academy cover setup and day-to-day use. Free tools on the site include an email marketing ROI calculator and a QR code generator.
Who it suits
Wooxy fits startups and small marketing teams that want automation and AI help more than a bare newsletter tool: a founder who wants welcome, onboarding and win-back sequences running from templates, or a team that reaches customers on SMS, web push, Telegram or Viber as well as by email. The free plan and the €5.99 Starter entry point keep the cost of trying it low, and teams that want the AI to draft and plan campaigns will get the most from it.
Senders who only need plain newsletters may use a small part of the product, and anyone planning Viber campaigns should look at which plan includes that channel before committing.
