VOXmail
Tap a star to rate
VOXmail is a hosted newsletter service run by Void Labs Snc, and the company's site describes it as an Italian email-sending service delivered by an Italian company headquartered in Italy. It sends email campaigns and newsletters to lists that its customers upload and manage themselves, and it is built for people who want to send without technical skills: the home page promises that you need no technical expertise and do not have to worry about spam filters. The offer runs from a free account for small lists to subscriber-based Flat plans, prepaid credit packs and an Agency edition with white labeling.
The home page gives three figures for the service's scale: "250 milioni di email annue, 30.000 redazioni attivate, 15.000 newsletter al mese", which is 250 million emails a year, 30,000 newsletter accounts (redazioni) activated and 15,000 newsletters a month. Another page says hundreds of companies use VOXmail every day, and the home page says thousands of people send email with it.
How a campaign gets made and sent
The home page lays out the workflow in five steps. You choose a template for the campaign, write the newsletter content in what it calls the new block editor, check the message and send it in an instant, watch the campaign results in real time, and segment the people subscribed to your newsletter. In plainer terms, the site sums it up like this: you load your contacts, compose the newsletter, choose who receives it and send it. Within a few minutes the email reaches all recipients, and you can see who clicked and when.
The features section breaks the product into eight areas: creation and sending, subscriber management, results analysis, an "Easy Opt-in" subscription feature, antispam management, mailing list management, a page explaining why VOXmail is a hosted service rather than installed software, and a plugin for WordPress. The WordPress plugin is the one named integration on the site, and it lets WordPress publishers manage their newsletter from the site they already run. The pages do not list other integrations, an API or an SMTP relay, so VOXmail reads as a campaign tool rather than a platform for sending application mail.
Before signing up, a public live demo lets you try how newsletter creation and management works. Registration is free, and the site says you can create an account and compose your first newsletter right away.
Speed, reporting and deliverability
Speed is one of the four reasons the home page gives for choosing VOXmail. It says newsletters are delivered in a few minutes, with an average sending rate from a minimum of 15,000 emails an hour up to 30,000 emails an hour and more on the advanced solutions, which it presents as a guarantee of timely delivery to the whole list.
Reporting covers every send. For each mailing VOXmail produces a summary report on the number of emails opened, clicked or not delivered, and in every version of the service you can also open the detail for each recipient: when that person opened, what they clicked and any delivery errors. That per-recipient view is useful for cleaning a list or following up with the people who engaged.
On spam filtering, the home page names three things VOXmail does: multiple optimizations of its servers, sends that are differentiated by recipient, and relationships with the main Italian and international mailbox providers. On that basis it says it guarantees effective delivery and high delivery rates. The blog keeps customers up to date on the rules that affect delivery: an October 2025 post explains that Yahoo has started refusing more mail from unauthenticated senders and says domain authentication is no longer a mere recommendation but an indispensable condition.
Plans and prices
Prices are in euros, and the price list on the home page has four editions.
- Free: no charge, up to 1,000 subscribers and 6,000 emails a month. The site says it includes all the features of the paid versions, with a few limitations that let the company keep offering a free version.
- Flat: a quarterly price from €35, up to 100,000 subscribers, unlimited emails. The fee is based on the number of subscribers to your newsletter service, and paying annually brings a further 25% discount.
- Premium: packs from €50, from 5,000 credits, where one credit equals one email. It is meant for people who send less than one newsletter a month, and the site compares it to a prepaid phone card.
- Agency: a quarterly price from €60, with white labeling and a custom domain, for communication agencies or clients who run several different newsletters for themselves or for others.
All four sit under the same policy line: no paid options, no advertising to subscribers, no automatic renewals and no hidden costs. The lack of automatic renewal matters for budgeting, since a plan ends unless you choose to renew it. Because every paid price is a starting price, what you pay above the entry point of each edition depends on the list size or credit volume you pick.
Hosted service and data ownership
A long feature page explains why VOXmail is a hosted service rather than downloadable software, and it doubles as a description of what the customer gets. There is nothing to install. Sending runs on VOXmail's own hardware, configured and optimized only for sending newsletters, so the customer's computer is not loaded down during a send. You use it from any common browser (the page names IE, Firefox and Safari), and the terms of service let you work from any workstation rather than one licensed machine. VOXmail handles system administration and manages sending for efficiency, and its servers run around the clock, which open and click tracking and subscribe and unsubscribe handling depend on. Updates are continuous and none is charged for, within the limits of the plan you have.
The same page addresses the usual worry about third-party services using subscriber data. All data stored on VOXmail's servers belongs to the customer, from the subscriber database to each newsletter sent. You can export a complete copy of the subscriber list at any time, and the page says VOXmail will never use your subscribers' data to send communications unrelated to your service.
Support
The Italian angle is also about support. The home page says VOXmail is not just a web service in Italian but an Italian email service from an Italian company, and that if you do not understand something or want more detail you can get in touch with its technical support. The site also has a help section, a user manual, a contact form for comments, suggestions or help when the answers on the site fall short, and a partnership page.
Who it suits
VOXmail fits Italian small businesses, associations, publishers and freelancers who want a simple hosted newsletter tool with support in their own language and a price list they can read at a glance. The free edition covers a list of up to 1,000 subscribers, the Premium credit packs suit someone who mails a few times a year, and the Flat plan suits regular senders with lists up to 100,000 subscribers who would rather not count emails. Agencies running newsletters for several clients get white labeling and a custom domain in the Agency edition, and WordPress site owners get a plugin that keeps the newsletter close to their site.
It is a narrower fit for teams that need a wide integration catalog, a developer API or transactional sending, since the site names only the WordPress plugin. Buyers who want the interface and support in a language other than Italian should also note that the whole site is written in Italian.
