What VinaHost Email Marketing is

VinaHost is a Vietnamese hosting and domain company, and Email Marketing is one of its email products next to business email hosting, email servers, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The service page describes it as software for sending email in bulk so a business can promote products and services, look after existing customers and find new ones, while saving time and marketing cost. The home page describes VinaHost as a provider of server rental and website hosting in Vietnam and abroad, with 17+ years of experience, 15000+ customers and 70+ industry experts, and says it is an official .VN domain registrar recognized by the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC).

VinaHost's blog roundup of email software says the tool builds on the company's server and hosting platform and its range of IP addresses, and describes it as friendly enough for beginners, with plans running from 5,000 to 100,000 emails a month. The email tool runs in the browser, so nothing needs to be installed. To sign up, a customer needs a domain name and its own list of customer email addresses.

Building and sending campaigns

The service page lists the building blocks:

• a library of 1000+ ready email templates, free to use and covering many industries
• a visual drag-and-drop builder for customizing emails without coding
• personalization with a recipient's name, birthday, gender, age or interests
• list management and segmentation using custom variables based on demographics or behavior
• scheduling for any time slot, or sending a campaign straight away
• statistics after each campaign: delivery success rate, opens, unsubscribes and bounces

One detail is worth knowing: the pricing page, updated in September 2026, lists the drag-and-drop builder, while VinaHost's own blog roundup of email marketing software still names the missing drag-and-drop editor as a drawback and points to the ready templates instead.

Deliverability tools get a lot of space. The page lists a spam keyword check that finds and removes words likely to trip spam filters, an email content score that it says is AI-integrated to raise the inbox rate, and an email verification step that removes nonexistent, malformed, unsubscribed and duplicate addresses before sending. VinaHost says its strong servers and reputable, clean IP addresses raise the chance of successful delivery, and the page title advertises "Inbox 99% - Not Spam".

Autoresponders send automatic replies to customers on a preset schedule. Replies to each campaign can be received at a personal email address rather than the address the campaign was sent from.

Sending identity and the SMTP option

Mail goes out under the customer's own domain. VinaHost requires a domain to authenticate the sender and will help create the sending address; a customer without a domain gets a free tenmien.io.vn domain. The service does not support sending from @gmail.com, @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com addresses, and marketing mail may only be sent from a single email account. The FAQ recommends using a separate address from the one used for daily mail, since heavy campaign sending can hurt that address's reputation.

For developers, VinaHost supplies SMTP details so a customer's CRM can connect (the page says through an API) and send email through the service, and the FAQ notes that existing customers already work this way. IPv6 connectivity is included free on every plan.

Plans and prices

Prices are in Vietnamese dong per month and exclude 10% VAT. Every plan allows 10 MB per email, includes 1 backup a day, SMTP integration with a CRM, autoresponders, reply collection, personalization, content scoring and sending statistics, and has a minimum payment of 1 month.

• Start: 190,000 VND a month for 5000 emails a month. Longer terms are listed too: 570,000 đ for 3 months, 1,140,000 đ for 6 months, 2,280,000 đ for 12 months, 4,560,000 đ for 24 months and 6,840,000 đ for 36 months.
• Silver: 340,000 VND a month for 10000 emails a month.
• Gold: 900,000 VND a month for 30000 emails a month.
• Platinum: 1,400,000 VND a month for 50000 emails a month.
• Diamond: 2,700,000 VND a month for 100000 emails a month.

An Additional Email Block adds 5000 emails for 140,000 VND per block. Plans can be upgraded as sending grows, paying the difference if the new plan costs more than the remaining balance. The policy notes that an Email Marketing plan cannot be converted into an Email Relay or Email Hosting plan. The backup is a free service with no data guarantee, and VinaHost advises customers to keep their own backups of important data.

A trial gives 30 free emails over 7 days after registering a VinaHost account, arranged through customer care by email or on hotline 1900 6046, extension 1.

Deliverability rules

The FAQ is candid about inbox rates. VinaHost says inbox placement depends on the content, the mail server's IP and whether recipients mark mail as spam, and it commits to providing clean mail server IPs. To reach an inbox rate above 90%, it tells customers not to send to many recipients inside the same company (a corporate firewall may treat that as a spam attack), not to send an email that is one large image with little text, and not to send bulk mail outside the marketing service. Customers must also follow its rules on using Email Marketing to avoid spam.

Support

Support runs through phone on 1900 6046 extension 1, the customer care email address and live chat, and the page links a video introduction, a usage guide and user documentation, plus a demo of the interface. VinaHost's blog roundup describes its support as fast and professional, reachable by email or phone. The site can be switched between Vietnamese, English and Simplified Chinese.

Who it suits

The service page names its intended users: businesses and individuals who need bulk campaigns to promote a brand, products or services; organizations that need to reach many prospects directly; companies running time-limited discounts or offers; and senders who have struggled with spam placement, sending caps or missing features in other tools. It singles out e-commerce and retail, technology, education and real estate. Monthly plans with a 1-month minimum suit a business that mails heavily during a promotion and less at other times. Vietnamese companies that already host their domain or email with VinaHost can keep marketing mail with the same provider and support team.
