TruVISIBILITY is an all-in-one digital marketing suite for small businesses, run by TruVISIBILITY, LLC from an office on West Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Its email side covers blasts, autoresponders and drip campaigns, and the same account adds SMS, landing pages and websites, chatbots and live chat, forms and a CRM. The homepage tagline is "Easy-to-use marketing software for the small business," and the pitch is consolidation: instead of "using marketing software from different vendors that do not work efficiently, and effectively together," a business runs everything on one platform. Signing up is free, needs no credit card and, according to the homepage, gives "full access to our entire digital marketing suite."
Email and SMS messaging
Email and SMS live in the Messaging app, which the homepage describes as "Email and SMS blasts, autoresponders, drip campaigns." For people who are not designers, the suite offers "a high-converting design from our mobile-optimized Email Template library," and the homepage says customization to your brand "takes minutes, and even less time to schedule in a campaign." Results appear in real-time tracking reports and an analytics dashboard, which the site presents as the way to refine a strategy over time.
SMS is framed as a companion channel. The homepage suggests using the SMS Messaging app "in conjunction with other tools to create the impression of 'high touch' service with your audience," and for anyone who is not a skilled texter there is a library of SMS templates for writing effective messages in minutes. Because email and texts come from the same app, a business can run a newsletter, an autoresponder sequence and a text reminder without moving contacts between tools.
Landing pages, forms and the email link
The Sites app builds landing pages "that focus visitors on a single goal... and turn them into revenue," and multiple-page websites that deliver your complete marketing message without prior website building experience. High-converting landing page and website templates are there for anyone short of design ideas or time. Forms are a separate app in the suite.
The company's guide to building a landing page with email automation explains how the pieces are meant to connect. A landing page exists mainly to collect a lead's information, and the guide argues that sending a message "almost immediately upon receiving a lead's email address is vital." The steps it lays out are to put contacts into groups, such as new leads and a repeat audience, so current customers do not get messages meant for new ones; build the page from a template chosen by color theme or by the kind of message; place a form that asks only for what you need; and add an automation that fires when the form is completed. From the form, the guide says, you should be able to send one of your autoresponder campaign emails, notify a contact already on your list, and add contact tags for grouping and segmentation. The final step is a test: have a colleague submit the form with a real address and check that the autoresponder arrives.
The guide also describes a longer path the suite supports, in which a chatbot directs a customer to a landing page and the form there triggers an email automation welcoming them to the subscription list. The company notes that its all-in-one suite, covering email, the page editor and chatbots, is available for free, and says it is "free to sign up, create a website, and launch the site."
Chatbots, live chat and the CRM
The Chat app builds chatbots without coding and adds live chat with live agent mobile apps, so a small team can answer website visitors from a phone. The homepage calls it an "AI-driven Chatbot app" and pitches bots for routine tasks "24/7, 365 days a year," with Ready-To-Go Chatbot Templates for first-time builders to adapt. A creative director quoted on the homepage says the tool lets him "sketch out the design on a canvas, build it, craft it, test it and then deploy it," and a founder credits a custom TruCHAT chatbot on his website with more leads and more closed sales.
Lead management ties the apps together: contacts and leads are unified across all apps, with upload and download, which also makes it straightforward to bring an existing list in or take it out. The CRM appears in the suite alongside sites, blogs, landing pages, email automation, chat and forms. The homepage also lists "Unlimited API usage" among the features included with a free sign-up.
Pricing, data protection and support
The homepage headline for pricing is "Free To Start. Affordable As You Grow." The homepage shows no plan prices and links to a separate pricing page. Signing up gives full access to the whole suite, and the homepage promises you can "communicate with your market like the Fortune 500 giants" without the overhead, staff or technical knowledge big companies need.
On data protection, the homepage says the security of customer data is a top priority and states that "Prior to the implementation of the GDPR on May, 25th 2018, TruVisibility took all the required steps to ensure the rights of our customers and their users, in accordance with the new compliance laws." It points customers to a Customer Compliance policy for details of its system controls. Support is reachable by phone and by email at support@truvisibility.com, and the site runs a blog and a weekly newsletter with marketing tips.
A general manager quoted on the homepage says that after switching his email hosting to TruVISIBILITY the service felt "a lot more personal than with larger, well-known companies," and that his business has grown with the platform over the years.
Who it suits
TruVISIBILITY suits small businesses and solo owners who want email, texts, a website, landing pages and a chatbot from one login rather than stitching several vendors together. A local service business can capture leads on a landing page, reply automatically by email, follow up by SMS and answer questions through live chat on a phone. Because sign-up is free with full access, it is easy to try the whole suite on a real campaign. A business that wants plan limits spelled out before choosing will not find them on the homepage, which keeps to the free-to-start promise and leaves plan details to the pricing page.
