TrueEmailer
Tap a star to rate
TrueEmailer is an email platform built around AI agents that write campaigns, build automations and look after deliverability. The homepage says its agents "write your emails, block spam triggers, pick perfect send times, and track engagement," and the platform bundles sending infrastructure, domain warmup and interactive AMP email into one account. It sells by credits, meaning emails sent, rather than by contacts stored. The solutions menu names e-commerce and retail, SaaS platforms, marketing agencies, fintech and payments, B2B services, newsletters and demo booking, and the company's own blog describes the ideal user as a team or founder that wants strong inbox placement "without becoming email experts."
Writing and building campaigns
The Campaign Creator AI writes complete campaigns from a one-line brief: subject line, body copy, preview text and call to action, tuned to your brand voice and ready to review. The homepage shows the brief "announce our spring sale, friendly tone, one CTA" turned into a finished campaign with a personalized subject line, a spam score and a suggested send time. An AI Template Builder, a drag and drop builder and a template library cover design, and the comparison page lists A/B testing, drip and sequence campaigns and behavioral triggers among the features.
The AI Smart Scheduler picks "A personal send time for every single subscriber." The AI Workflow Builder turns a plain-English description into a trigger-based flow: the example "welcome new signups, follow up after 3 days" becomes a five-step automation, and the page names welcome series, re-engagement and nurture flows as typical uses. Segmentation and an email verification tool are listed in the product menu, and contacts come in through a static list you fill by hand, a CSV upload with one property per column, or the API through a webhook, which the dashboard marks as the recommended route.
Interactive AMP email
AMP is a central feature. TrueEmailer includes a native AMP builder with forms, polls, product carousels and live content, and the company says no external editors or AMP code are needed. Ready-made interactive templates cover lead capture, surveys, demo booking, product catalogs, quizzes, polls, carousels, RSS feeds, ratings, emoji feedback and countdowns. In Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Mail.ru, which support AMP natively, subscribers can book a demo slot, answer a survey or submit a form without leaving the email. For Outlook, Apple Mail and Android, TrueEmailer automatically sends an HTML version of the same campaign, so one design reaches every inbox.
Deliverability and sending
Deliverability is the other half of the pitch. Every domain you connect is verified with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and the blog says the platform sets these records up for you. The AI Warmup Agent "gradually builds your sender reputation," and the comparison page says built-in domain warmup is included on all paid plans, with automated warmup schedules, real-time monitoring of sender reputation and a DNS wizard that surfaces problems before they affect campaigns. Spam Shield AI checks each send for spam triggers, and bounce and spam management is part of the sending layer.
Sending infrastructure is integrated, so no external SMTP relay is needed before the first send, although the dashboard also lets you link your own SMTP server or a sender domain. The feature table lists a dedicated IP on the Enterprise plan. Reporting covers open and click tracking, in-email interaction analytics, revenue attribution and real-time campaign reports, and the Analytics AI Agent lets you "Chat with your campaign data and get instant reports."
Replies and the unified inbox
Replies are handled inside the platform. The Unified Inbox gathers every reply to every mailbox you send from in one place, threaded back to the campaign that started the conversation. AI Auto-Reply can answer, Lead Detection scores each reply for intent, and a shared team inbox lets several people work through the replies. The blog's product box also calls the platform "Cold outreach and campaign ready."
Plans and pricing
Plans are priced in monthly credits, and the comparison page lays out six tiers, with lower per-month prices on annual billing:
- Kickstart: free forever, 1,500 credits a month, 500 contacts, 2 domains and 1 workspace.
- Basic: $12 a month, or $10 a month billed at $120 a year, with 5,000 credits, 500 contacts, 2 domains and 1 workspace.
- Starter, marked most popular: $29 a month, or $26 a month at $312 a year, with 20,000 credits, unlimited contacts, 5 domains, 2 warmups, a team of 1 member and 3 workspaces.
- Pro: $59 a month, or $53 a month at $636 a year, with 50,000 credits, 10 domains, 5 warmups, a team of 3 members and 5 workspaces.
- Business: $119 a month, or $107 a month at $1,284 a year, with 150,000 credits, 15 domains, 10 warmups, a team of 5 members and 5 workspaces.
- Enterprise: $299 a month, or $269 a month at $3,228 a year, with 500K+ credits, unlimited domains and workspaces, 20 warmups and a team of 10 members.
Contacts are unlimited from Starter upward. The site invites you to start free with no card needed, and a credits usage page in the resources menu explains how credits are counted.
Agencies, onboarding and support
Workspaces let agencies "manage separate client accounts with isolated sending infrastructure, reports, and billing all from one dashboard," and the workspace count rises with the plan, from 3 on Starter to unlimited on Enterprise. For a team switching from another platform, the FAQ describes importing contact lists by CSV, rebuilding templates in the drag and drop builder, and an onboarding team that walks you through DNS and warmup configuration; the company says "Most teams are fully migrated in under 48 hours." The comparison page promises onboarding in under 10 minutes for a new account and direct team support on every plan, and the footer links to help docs and a support page.
The homepage shows a Trustpilot rating of 4.1 out of 5 based on 5 reviews. One reviewer uses TrueEmailer for a weekly newsletter and reports better engagement and open rates; another calls the AMP email part "really out of the box." On data handling, the homepage says the platform is "designed to meet the highest standards of deliverability and data protection, with total transparency."
Who it suits
TrueEmailer fits founders and small teams who want AI to draft campaigns and automations and who care most about landing in the inbox, since warmup, authentication and monitoring come built in. Senders who want interactive email, such as demo booking, surveys or product carousels inside Gmail, get an AMP builder without writing code. Agencies benefit from workspaces with isolated sending and billing, and growing lists benefit from credit-based pricing with unlimited contacts from Starter. The free Kickstart tier, with 500 contacts and 1,500 credits, is enough to test the platform on a small list before moving to a paid plan.
