SureContact

Tap a star to rate

SureContact is an email marketing platform and marketing CRM built for WordPress businesses. It sends campaigns and automated sequences, captures leads through its own forms and popups, and tracks opens, clicks and revenue, and the homepage sums it up as "Capture leads, send campaigns, track visitors and grow revenue." It comes from the team behind Astra, SureCart, SureForms and other WordPress products, and its FAQ says it is built for "WordPress creators, businesses, and membership sites" that want reliable email marketing and automation without extra complexity. It also works with sites outside WordPress: you can import contacts from other tools and send campaigns as normal, or pass data in through OttoKit and webhooks.

How it connects to WordPress

The FAQ is precise about where things run. SureContact "connects securely to your WordPress sites, while contact data and automations run in your SureContact workspace", which the company says keeps your site fast and avoids limits set by your hosting. You can connect several WordPress sites, WooCommerce stores, and SureCart or Easy Digital Downloads sites to the same workspace and keep contacts and events in sync, and users, customers and orders sync without extra plugins. Any form submission or order can become a contact, a tag or the start of an automation. The integration list covers WooCommerce, SureCart, Lifter, Tutor and LearnDash for commerce and courses, and SureForms, Gravity, Elementor and Formidable for forms.

Campaigns

Campaigns have unlimited sends with no throttling. The builder is drag and drop, with pre-built templates, saved blocks, a template marketplace included from day one and an AI template generator. You can A/B test subject lines and content, schedule by the recipient's timezone, set up recurring sends, and turn a blog into RSS-to-email digests. Branded tracking links on your own custom domain come at no extra charge, and the homepage lists six languages applied automatically out of the box: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Italian. The homepage adds that there is no watermarking anywhere in your emails, so they carry only your branding.

Automations

Automations use a multi-step visual builder with no coding and unlimited steps on every plan. The feature list names cart, course and form triggers; wait, tag, score and webhook actions; welcome series and drip sequences; and conditional splits and goals. The FAQ adds triggers from new orders, failed payments, form submissions and membership or course milestones, and the homepage says welcome, cart recovery and win-back flows are covered.

Forms, landing pages and contacts

Native Forms put lead capture inside SureContact: "Build capture forms inside SureContact. Every submission instantly triggers an automation. No forms plugin. No sync delay." Forms and popups embed anywhere with a shortcode, and a landing page builder is part of the feature list. On the contact side the feature list names unlimited lists, dynamic lists and smart segments, and an activity timeline for each person. Analytics cover opens, clicks and revenue on every plan.

AI and MCP

SureContact runs an MCP server so outside AI tools can operate it. The homepage says "Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can manage your contacts, campaigns and automations via natural language. No dashboard required," and calls the product "The first marketing CRM with AI built in." In practice that means running campaigns, managing contacts and pulling reports from those tools. Inside the product, the AI template generator drafts emails, and the support policy lists AI-generated content among the platform's features. Developers also get a REST API and webhooks.

Sending and deliverability

You can bring your own SMTP and send without limits, or use SureContact SMTP, which the FAQ says launched in June 2026. The SMTP page promises "No IP warming, no separate billing": a setup wizard hands you the exact SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to paste into your DNS, sending runs on reputation-monitored IPs, and bounces, spam complaints and suppressions are handled for you. Send-time optimization is listed too. On compliance, the FAQ says you can authenticate your domains, manage consent and include unsubscribe links and a physical address "to follow email regulations such as CAN‑SPAM and GDPR", and that data travels over encrypted connections between your site and SureContact with workspace access limited to approved team members. The team features add unlimited seats and workspaces, multi-site and agency management, role-based permissions, an audit log, data retention controls, and SSO and "HIPAA-ready" add-ons. The blog also runs a long guide to email deliverability with an audit checklist.

Plans and pricing

The pricing page's line is "Pay for Your List Size. Get Every Feature." Every plan includes every feature, prices are in USD, and you can change plans or cancel at any time.

  • Free: $0, 250 contacts and 500 emails a month, with every feature, MCP tools, native forms, multi-step automations, full analytics and a custom domain.
  • Starter: $29 a month billed monthly for 10,000 contacts and 20,000 emails a month on the built-in SMTP, or $149 for the first year on annual billing, renewing at $299. The homepage adds priority support and multiple workspaces.
  • Pro: $79 a month billed monthly for 50,000 contacts and 100,000 emails a month, or $399 for the first year, renewing at $799.
  • Business: 200,000 emails a month and a price that scales with contacts: $199 a month for 100,000 contacts, then $299, $449, $649 and $999 a month for 200,000, 500,000, 1M and 2M contacts. Annual billing runs from $999 for the first year (renewing at $1,999) to $4,999 (renewing at $9,999).

The page marks the annual prices as special introductory pricing, with every renewal at full price. There are also one-time lifetime deals: Lifetime Starter at $399 (or 10 payments of $49) for 10,000 contacts, Lifetime Growth at $699 (or 10 payments of $79) for 30,000 contacts, and Lifetime Suite at $799 (or 10 payments of $89) for 50,000 contacts. The first two are for use with your own SMTP, while Suite includes 100,000 emails on the built-in SMTP as a one-time allowance. Paid plans include a migration call, and the site offers a 14-day money-back guarantee: "If you’re not happy within 14 days, we’ll refund you in full."

Extra sending comes from SMTP add-ons. Starter SMTP costs $5.90 a month for 10,000 emails ($0.59 per 1,000), Growth SMTP $29.90 for 50,000 ($0.59 per 1,000) and Scale SMTP $49.90 for 100,000 ($0.49 per 1,000). One-time credit packs cost $59 for 50,000 emails ($1.18 per 1,000) and $109 for 100,000 ($1.09 per 1,000), promoted at 50% off for the first 500 users, and credits never expire. Monthly allowances reset each billing cycle and credits are used only after the allowance runs out. SureContact warns you at 80% and 100% of your allowance and then bills extra email at your plan's per-1,000 rate or lets you top up with a credit pack, whichever is cheaper. Every account includes 100 free sends on the built-in SMTP.

Support

The support policy promises "round-the-clock support, 24/7/365". The team aims to respond within 4-5 hours, and for licensed users to address tickets within 48 hours on weekdays and 72 hours on weekends. Tickets go through a support portal, an active license is needed for premium support, and the policy rules out phone and teleconference support and remote sessions over tools such as AnyDesk. A knowledge base with articles on general setup, CRM, migration, campaigns, automations and plugin integration, video tutorials, API docs and a user-run SureCrafted Facebook community fill in the rest.

Who it suits

SureContact fits WordPress businesses that want email, CRM and forms in one place: creators building an audience, coaches tracking students through courses, WooCommerce and SureCart stores that want order-based automations and revenue tracking, SaaS teams onboarding users, and agencies running several stores from one workspace and one login. Teams that work in AI assistants get real control through MCP, and the free plan is enough to test the full product on a small list. The main thing to plan around is sending volume, since each plan's email allowance is fixed and extra volume comes from SMTP add-ons, credit packs or your own SMTP.
