Sueños Digitales
Tap a star to rate
Sueños Digitales Argentina is a Buenos Aires IT and web services company, and its Servicio de E-Mail Marketing is the bulk email product in its SaaS line. The service sends newsletters and announcements to your own lists from your own domain, runs entirely in the browser on the company's cloud ("No tendrá que instalar nada en su computadora", you will not have to install anything on your computer), and is paid for with a one-time account fee plus prepaid send credits in Argentine pesos. The page says the platform is used daily by companies and government bodies as a core communication tool, and the homepage says the company has spent 29 years delivering solutions and counts more than 400 client companies in different countries. Email marketing sits beside a long list of other services: web development, WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, hosting, domains, dedicated and virtual servers, IT consulting and security.
Building a campaign
The editor is drag and drop. The page describes dragging text, images, columns and buttons into place without knowing HTML, and it offers more than 250 pre-designed templates sorted into design categories, so a small business does not need to hire a designer. Designers and developers can switch to an expert or advanced mode with a full HTML editor. Social network icons are dragged in the same way once you know your profile addresses.
Several practical details are handled for you. Attachments such as images and documents reach subscribers as download links rather than as files in the message, which the page says keeps the email from bouncing for being too large. A plain-text version is generated by default from the HTML and sent alongside it, presented as good practice so receiving servers do not bounce the mail as spam, and you can edit that text if you want. Bloggers can build a newsletter in seconds from an RSS feed: enter the blog address, pick the content, and the built-in RSS reader drops it into the newsletter design.
Personalization works through "%etiquetas de personalización%" (personalization tags) that the system replaces in the subject line and body for each recipient. Custom fields store extra contact data, and the page names first name, last name, country and profession as examples, which can then drive both personalization and segmentation. Before sending, a preview shows the campaign in a browser or as a sample email to any address you choose.
Lists and segmentation
Contacts are imported in seconds from a CSV file or directly from a Yahoo! or Gmail account. On import the tool removes invalid and duplicate addresses automatically so you do not spend credits on them. You can keep several lists, create new lists from how subscribers behaved in earlier campaigns, and copy, move, delete or export contacts to CSV. Bounce handling can purge hard bounces automatically, along with addresses that reach a set number of soft bounces. An exclusion feature blocks a specific address or a whole domain from subscribing, and mass unsubscribes save time when a large group has to be removed.
Segments are built by applying filter criteria to a list. The page gives three examples: inviting subscribers in a particular city to an event, sending a coupon to the people who open your emails most often, and segmenting by subscription date to send new contacts a welcome email. Subscription forms are created in a few clicks, styled to match your colors and design, and published on your website or Facebook page.
Sending
You can send at once or schedule the start to the day, hour and minute. A calendar view shows campaigns already sent and lets you schedule new ones with a click. A campaign that did well can be resent with changes, or to other lists, in one click. Finished campaigns can also go into a public campaign archive, with a permalink you can post on your site so visitors can read it and search engines can index it. The system has a mobile version that works on phones and tablets.
Reports
Reporting is the area the page spends the most time on. Real-time reports show who opened, when and where, which links or buttons were clicked and which subscribers shared the email. Advanced analytics add forwards, location, email client, date, time, bounces, subscriptions and unsubscriptions. A click map called Zonas Calientes (hot zones) marks the most-clicked areas of the mailing with scores and colors, geolocated statistics show when and from where in the world subscribers opened each campaign, and bounce statistics show in real time which addresses bounce and why. Each subscriber has an activity history across campaigns covering bounces, opens, clicks and forwards.
The platform integrates automatically with Google Analytics so you can follow what subscribers do on your site after clicking. Statistics for every send can be exported to Excel for use in a CRM or your own reports, and reports can be shared with a client or colleague without giving them access to your account, which the page points out for agencies that offer email marketing to their own clients.
How pricing works
You sign up and pay once for "Alta de Cuenta" (account setup), which includes 1,000 welcome credits and permanent access to the system. After that the only charge is the credits you buy, from the same page or from the client area. Credits accumulate across packs and never expire, test sends are free, and the more credits you buy the less each one costs. Prices are in Argentine pesos per purchase with VAT included ("IVA Incluído"):
- Alta de Cuenta, including 1,000 sends: $50,000
- 3,000 sends: $60,000
- 5,000 sends: $90,000
- 10,000 sends: $165,000
- 25,000 sends: $330,000
- 50,000 sends: $585,000
- 100,000 sends: $950,000
- 250,000 sends: $1,650,000
- 500,000 sends: $2,000,000

Payment through MercadoPago is offered on the site.
Company and support
The company lists its office at Rincón 452, 4th floor, office E, in the City of Buenos Aires, and its copyright line runs from 1997. The homepage says the team has worked around the clock, 24 hours a day and seven days a week, for 29 years, and it lists a methodology of meeting and quote, functional analysis, design and development, and delivery. Clients log in to the email marketing service from a dedicated access panel, and the mi SDA management center lets them view invoices, make and report payments and open customer service tickets. Client testimonials on the homepage come from law firms, a production company, a translation agency, an advertising firm and others, several describing relationships of seven years or more.
Who it suits
Sueños Digitales fits an Argentine business, agency or organization that sends campaigns irregularly and would rather prepay credits in pesos than hold a monthly subscription. The credit model rewards occasional senders because nothing expires, while the report sharing, click maps and Google Analytics link make it practical for agencies reporting to clients. It is also a natural choice for a company that already buys hosting, domains or development work from Sueños Digitales and wants one supplier. The site is entirely in Spanish, and the email marketing page focuses on campaign tools; it names no developer API.
