さぶみっと!メール配信

Tap a star to rate

さぶみっと!メール配信 (Submit! Mail Delivery) is a Japanese email newsletter service run by e-365 Co., Ltd. under its さぶみっと! brand. It sends newsletters and direct mail to lists of registered readers, and the product page bills it as "低価格No.1メール配信システム" (the number one low-price mail delivery system). The same company sells a second, developer-facing product, API Mail, which is a pure sending engine connected to a customer's own system by API. This entry covers both. The mail page says the service has more than 20 years of history and has passed 6,000 accounts, used by individuals, organizations, clubs and large companies for newsletters, seminar and event announcements and member contact lists. The whole site is in Japanese, with a machine-translated switcher (via the company's own shutto翻訳 tool) into English, Chinese, Korean and French.

Who uses it

The mail page lists the kinds of customers it serves: school corporations, incorporated associations, government bodies and local municipalities, dental clinics, beauty salons, student clubs, parents' associations, real estate firms, restaurants, event businesses and other service companies. Customer stories on the page come from a business named Benoit, a company named Cosmo ICT and a neighborhood residents' association, and two of the three name price and ease of use as the deciding factors. The page gives three reasons to choose the service: setup is simple enough that most customers never need to contact support, the servers have been reinforced so that sends do not slow down when many customers mail at once, and there is no initial fee on any plan.

What a sender gets

The feature overview on the mail page covers the core of a newsletter tool:

  • HTML mail editor. Clear icons let you insert images and place buttons without knowing HTML, and several ready-to-use templates are included.
  • Format choice. Send as HTML, plain text, or multipart (text plus HTML).
  • Target delivery (reader groups). Filter registered readers by specific conditions and mail only that group.
  • Merge fields. Reader fields can be inserted automatically into the body of a newsletter.
  • Back numbers. Past newsletters can be published as a public archive, with each one set to public or private.
  • Click count. Measures clicks on each URL in an email; the FAQ says this shows which articles readers are most interested in.
  • One-click unsubscribe. A List-Unsubscribe link is added automatically, which the page ties to the sender guidelines of Gmail and other mailbox providers.
  • Delivery management. You can check scheduled sends, stop or change a delivery, and see the total number sent, the number of errors and the list of addresses for each.

The FAQ adds that any address can be used as the From address.

Deliverability options

The service applies third-party signature DKIM as standard. For better inbox placement it recommends the author-signature DKIM option, which signs mail with your own domain to reduce spoofing warnings and spam classification. It costs 1,000 yen a month (1,100 yen with tax) on the Light through Gold plans and 3,000 yen (3,300 yen with tax) on Platinum and above, with no initial fee. A second option, DB連携 (database link), connects the customer data in your own system to the reader list automatically. It costs 50,000 yen up front (55,000 yen with tax) and 20,000 yen a month (22,000 yen with tax).

Plans and pricing

Prices on the mail page are monthly, excluding tax, with the tax-inclusive figure in brackets and an initial fee of 0 yen on every plan:

  • Light: 1,170 yen (1,287 yen), up to 1,000 registered addresses and 1,000 emails a month
  • Basic: 2,600 yen (2,860 yen), up to 6,000 addresses and 50,000 emails
  • Bronze: 3,900 yen (4,290 yen), up to 10,000 addresses and 100,000 emails
  • Silver: 7,800 yen (8,580 yen), up to 20,000 addresses and 250,000 emails
  • Gold: 13,000 yen (14,300 yen), up to 30,000 addresses and 500,000 emails
  • Platinum: price on request, from 30,001 addresses and 500,001 emails

The company's portal page advertises newsletter delivery from 900 yen a month, while the mail page's own banner says from 1,287 yen a month. A 14-day free trial is available, and a trial owner ID can be carried over to a paid contract.

The contract terms are strict. The minimum period is one year on Light and six months on every other plan. Payment is by bank transfer or credit card, in advance, for the whole contract period. Early cancellation is not refunded, contracts renew automatically unless you cancel beforehand, and the fee does not drop to a lower plan if your addresses or sends fall below the plan's limits. Signing up runs through a form, an invoice by email, prepayment, then an ID and password by email; the FAQ says the account is usable from the business day after payment is confirmed.

API Mail

API Mail (エーピーアイ メール) is for companies that already manage their customers in their own system. It supplies only the delivery engine: your database talks to it directly by API, so segmentation stays in your system, errors flow back automatically for list cleaning, and heavy sends no longer load your own web server. The page suggests keeping a platform's own email editor, or the one inside a CRM or marketing automation tool, and swapping only its sending engine for API Mail. Features include scheduled sending, per-user merge data (sent as CSV with a common template part and a personalized part), delivery status, error lists, open data through a tracking tag, link click data, SPF support and IP address restrictions on API access.

The headline price is 1通0.06円, about 0.06 yen per email, which the page calls the lowest in the industry based on the company's own research. Shared server plans cost 50,000 yen up front, then 30,000 yen a month for up to 500,000 emails, 60,000 yen for up to 1 million, 120,000 yen for up to 2 million and 180,000 yen for up to 3 million, with larger volumes quoted. A dedicated server costs 100,000 yen up front and 120,000 yen a month. Author-signature DKIM is free on API Mail. The page gives a guide speed of 50,000 emails per hour per server. Going over a shared plan's limit moves you up a plan from the next month rather than stopping delivery. The minimum period is six months, with the full period billed even on early cancellation, then monthly renewal; payment is by bank transfer only, billed at the end of each month. The API page credits 株式会社イー・エージェンシー with about 20 years in email delivery, and a recent notice announces a move to a holding company structure. Phone inquiries go to 03-4334-9096, weekdays 10:00 to 17:00.

The wider product family

さぶみっと! also sells a recommendation engine the site calls number one in Japan by installations, with more than 1,700 sites, the Contents Recommend service, CART RECOVERY for cart-abandonment email and retargeting ads, DATA CAST for scenario and follow-up mail built from shop data, KANAMETO for LINE messaging, and shutto翻訳 for website translation.

Who it suits

さぶみっと!メール配信 fits a Japanese organization that wants a cheap, simple newsletter: a school, association, clinic, salon or residents' group mailing a list of up to a few thousand readers, with archive pages and click counts included. Its trade-offs are the prepaid contracts, one year on Light, and a feature set centered on one-off newsletters rather than automated flows. API Mail suits a development team that already stores its customer data and wants low-cost, high-volume sending wired into its own system or into an existing CRM.
