Solutions Boutiques

Tap a star to rate

Solutions Boutiques sells management and marketing tools to independent retailers ("Solutions de gestions et marketing pour les commerçants"), and its email and SMS offer is an online tool called PHI MARKETING. The company describes it as "un outil puissant et intuitif accessible en ligne et accompagné d'une aide personnalisée pour les commerçants" (a powerful, intuitive online tool that comes with personalized help for shopkeepers). Email marketing is one part of a wider business: the company's core products are the Phimag point-of-sale and stock management software, in-store hardware such as touch terminals, printers and inventory scanners, an ecommerce module, a loyalty module, and training for shop owners. The homepage says the company has 30 years of experience, and its customer stories come from fashion boutiques, a furniture shop and other independent stores.

Building email campaigns

PHI MARKETING is pitched at shopkeepers rather than marketers, so the feature list starts with "Pas besoin de compétences en HTML" (no HTML skills needed). Campaigns are built in an intuitive newsletter editor with drag and drop, starting from a template gallery. Emails are responsive, the platform hosts your images, and campaigns can be shared on social networks.

The contact side covers custom fields, contact segmentation, and signup and unsubscribe forms you create in the tool. Contacts come in by file import, which the feature list pairs with unlimited contacts, while the plan table sets a maximum number of contacts per pack (see below).

Reporting runs in real time. The analytics section lists an analysis of openers and clickers with reactivity rate, links clicked and identification of the people who engaged, PDF and CSV reports, a heat map of where people clicked, and a breakdown by device and email client.

Automation scenarios

"Automatisez vos actions grâce au Marketing Automation" (automate your actions with marketing automation): the tool runs scenarios you define in advance. The page gives four examples:

  • Abandoned cart: send an email when a contact leaves a basket behind.
  • Birthday: send a yearly email to mark an important date for a contact.
  • Website event: send an email as soon as a contact takes a particular action on your site.
  • Page visit: send an email as soon as a contact visits a given page of your site.

Two of these depend on the shop's website, and the plan table lists website and CMS integrations to feed them.

Deliverability

A separate block covers getting mail delivered, under the heading "Améliorez la réception de vos emails dans la messagerie de vos clients" (improve the delivery of your emails to your customers' inboxes). It lists database cleaning, an authenticated IP address, reputation monitoring, SPF, DMARC and DKIM signatures, and a deliverability test. A dedicated IP is offered as an option on every pack.

SMS

SMS runs from the same tool, with advanced editing features, contact file import, filters for choosing recipients, campaign scheduling and results analysis. SMS credits are bought separately, through a dedicated page on the site, and the customer area has a direct link for buying them. One customer, a Skechers store, says in its testimonial that texts go out in a single click and that the effect on foot traffic is felt immediately.

Packs and prices

The site publishes three packs for email, SMS and automation, all priced per month excluding VAT ("ht/mois"):

  • Mini, 39€ a month: "Une formule simple pour envoyer des campagnes email" (a simple formula for sending email campaigns), with 2,000 emails a month and up to 2,000 contacts, plus 30 minutes of assistance a year.
  • Premium, 79€ a month: advanced marketing features aimed at campaign performance and conversions on an ecommerce site, with 10,000 emails a month, up to 100,000 contacts and 90 minutes of assistance a year.
  • Clé en main, 199€ a month: "Nous réalisons vos campagnes de A à Z" (we run your campaigns from A to Z), with 10,000 emails a month and up to 500,000 contacts.

The comparison table also lists the drag and drop editor, transactional email, reports and analytics, contact management, marketing automation, website and CMS integrations, setup and configuration, training and technical maintenance, and shows training as not available on Mini. The turnkey pack is the unusual one. Under the heading "On s'occupe de tout !" (we take care of everything), the company handles setup and personalization, designs the layout, writes the content and sends the emails and SMS. In the table this means one campaign a month: a template designed for your business, reused and adapted for each send, the send itself, and a statistics report afterward.

The site notes that several financing schemes are possible depending on your professional status, and that contributions to AGEFICE, OPCO or another collecting body can cover all or part of the cost; an adviser proposes a financing option suited to your profile.

Support and training

Support is part of the pitch. The assistance block lists a dedicated project manager, configuration and setup, fast remote intervention, help and troubleshooting, and an API and plugins. Prospective customers can try an online demo, fill in a form to be called back by an adviser-trainer with no commitment, or book an appointment online. The company also runs training for independent retailers covering AI tools, search and AI visibility, social networks, ecommerce, image and video creation in Canva, and e-marketing.

The testimonials show how shops use it. The manager of Maison Sevegrand, a furniture store in Dinard in Brittany, says "Nos campagnes emailing ont beaucoup de succès" (our email campaigns are very successful) and explains that he struggles to find time to design his own communications. The owner of the fashion boutique Belle et Rebelle says the training let her automate her email and SMS campaigns.

Who it suits

Solutions Boutiques suits independent shop owners who want email and SMS without learning a marketing platform on their own, and above all those who already run Phimag at the till or want one supplier for the register, the stock, the loyalty program and the newsletters. The Mini pack fits a small shop with up to 2,000 contacts and 2,000 emails a month, Premium adds room for a larger file and an ecommerce site, and the turnkey pack is for owners who would rather hand the monthly campaign over entirely.

The limits are volume and focus. The largest packs top out at 10,000 emails a month, which rules out frequent sends to a big list, and the offer is built around physical retail rather than online publishers or SaaS teams. The site and its support are in French.
