SMSGatewayHub is an Indian messaging company, SMSGATEWAYHUB Technologies Pvt Ltd of Indore in Madhya Pradesh, best known for bulk SMS and OTP delivery. Its bulk email service sits beside those channels as one more way to reach customers, and it sends promotional campaigns, newsletters and transactional mail such as OTPs and order confirmations, either from a web portal or through a REST API. The bulk email page calls the company "India's No.1 Bulk Email Service Provider" and describes a service "that puts your brand in every inbox that matters." Its customers range, in the site's words, "from seed-stage startups to listed enterprises," and the copyright line on the site runs from 2009.
What the email service does
The bulk email page lists the jobs it is built for: promotional and offer emails, weekly and monthly newsletters, transactional and OTP emails, order and shipping confirmations, welcome and onboarding sequences, festival and occasion wishes, webinar and event invitations, and re-engagement or win-back campaigns. Its FAQ separates the two kinds of mail clearly. Transactional emails are triggered by a user action such as an OTP, an order confirmation or a password reset and are sent one to one; promotional emails go to a subscriber list to market products, services or events. Both are managed from the same platform.
Campaigns are designed in a visual drag and drop builder, which the page says needs no HTML knowledge and lets a sender build templates in minutes. Personalization is meant to go beyond first names: dynamic placeholders can be filled either through the API or in the portal, so each message carries content specific to its recipient. Campaigns can be scheduled up to a year in advance.
List management happens in one dashboard that holds subscribers, segments, custom fields, list forms and pages. Automatic bounce handling and suppression lists are built in to protect the sender's reputation, and a custom sending domain feature lets a customer add its own sending and tracking domains so mail goes out under its own brand. Autoresponders cover automated welcome sequences, drip campaigns and follow-up emails triggered by subscriber actions.
Reporting is real time. The feature list names opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes, and the service overview adds conversions, delivery reports and analytics dashboards.
API and developer side
The email platform is also sold as an API product. The page says enterprises can reach millions of customers worldwide "through a single, easy-to-use API," and its FAQ says the REST API works with PHP, Node.js, Python, Java or any language that can make HTTP requests. Customers create API keys so external applications can add subscribers, trigger campaigns and pull delivery reports. The homepage adds that developers use the API to sync contact data to their preferred CRM, shows quick-start code in those four languages, and links full API documentation. A banner across the site promises API integration in under five minutes.
The other channels
Email is one channel in a wider messaging stack. The homepage FAQ describes the core platform as sending transactional SMS, promotional SMS, OTP SMS, voice and WhatsApp messages, with API integration, DLT compliance and real-time delivery reports. The channel list also takes in RCS messaging, international SMS, two-way messaging on long and short codes, missed call services, Google Verified SMS, a Truecaller messaging solution, cloud telephony with IVR, toll free numbers and SMPP connectivity. The WhatsApp Business API supports chatbots and automated messages, and the site says an account can be activated within minutes. International SMS reaches more than 180 countries, according to the homepage. For SMS there are also an Excel plugin, a desktop application, WordPress and other plugins and a WooCommerce plugin, and a white label reseller program lets partners resell SMS credits to their own customers.
Indian regulation shapes the SMS side. Before sending SMS in India, businesses must register their sender ID, templates and headers on a DLT platform, a TRAI process the company helps with through a dedicated DLT support line. Transactional (Service Implicit) messages reach numbers on the Do Not Disturb register; promotional (Service Explicit) messages reach only non-DND numbers and only within permitted hours, which the FAQ gives as typically 10 AM to 9 PM.
Figures, compliance and pricing
The bulk email page publishes its own headline numbers: a 99% inbox rate, more than 1.8 million emails a day, an average ROI of 8 times, and a 99%+ inbox placement guarantee in its feature table. It also carries a "GDPR Compliant" badge. Across the site the company claims a 99.9% uptime guarantee, 10,000+ registered businesses, 2,000+ enterprise clients, 50K+ happy clients, more than 5.2 billion messages delivered, 10Cr+ SMS delivered daily and 200+ countries reached, with a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 1,400 reviews. The homepage ties its 99.9% uptime figure to three Indian data centers.
For data protection, the FAQ says the company uses SSL encryption, secure APIs and TRAI's DLT protocols to protect data and messages during transmission. The footer lists an ISO 27001 certification, TRAI compliance, DLT registration and Meta partner status, and links a refund policy.
Email prices sit on a separate Email Solutions Pricing page, while the bulk email page invites visitors to "Start emailing for free today" or to request a demo. The SMS side is priced in the open: the FAQ puts bulk SMS in India at ₹0.10 to ₹0.25 per SMS depending on volume slabs, with no setup fee and payment only for successfully delivered messages.
Support runs through a 24x7 technical support team, separate sales, account and DLT support lines, a knowledge base, a user guide, a reseller guide for the white label panel, an SMPP operating procedure and a blog. The company lists English and Hindi as its support languages.
Who it suits
SMSGatewayHub suits Indian businesses that already send SMS, OTPs or WhatsApp messages and want email from the same vendor, account and support team. Ecommerce, healthcare and banking are the case studies the bulk email page highlights: product offers and order updates for online retail, appointment reminders, lab reports, health tips and OTP emails for healthcare, and account statements, transaction alerts, OTPs and regulatory notices for banks. The homepage adds travel, automotive, fintech, retail, edtech and logistics to the industries its messaging serves.
Developers get a plain REST API with API keys and code samples, and marketers who want scheduled newsletters and drip sequences get a drag and drop builder, segments and autoresponders in the same portal. The main caveat is that the site documents the SMS stack in far more depth than email, so a sender planning a large email program should open the email pricing page or book a demo before moving a list across.
