Smoove (the company writes it "smoove") is a marketing automation platform that sends email newsletters, automated email journeys, SMS and WhatsApp messages from one account, and adds a landing page builder and a digital course tool on top. Its English homepage pitches it as "The Marketing Automation system that will make your life easier and your business more profitable. Fast, simple, efficient." The site runs in English and Hebrew and speaks to three kinds of user by name: small business owners juggling many tasks, ecommerce managers trying to raise traffic and ROI in an online store, and marketing managers who want quality leads and stronger customer loyalty on any budget. The customer stories on the site feature a stylist, a college's digital manager, course creators and other small businesses, the Hebrew site has a section for smoove users in Israel, and the Hebrew homepage says hundreds of thousands of businesses and companies have chosen smoove.

Building and sending email

The email editor is a no-code, drag and drop builder. The Hebrew email marketing page describes an "AI studio" beside the drag and drop workspace: an AI editor that produces the structure and the marketing copy of an email, plus dozens of ready-made templates matched to different business goals, all designed mobile first. Senders drag purpose-built blocks onto the canvas for text, images, videos, products from their store, events and more. A feature called Magic Tweak rewrites and sharpens wording with one click. The FAQ on the same page says no technical or design knowledge is needed to build an email, and that the templates can serve as a base and be edited as needed. A newsletter gallery on the site shows designed templates that only need the sender's own content.

Personalization runs on segmentation and custom fields, and the page says each contact sees only the content that is relevant to them. All contacts live in one system, where they can be split into lists, given personal fields holding individual data, and segmented as needed. Emails can carry personalized content per recipient, and "smart links" record clicks and trends so the conversation can continue based on what each recipient did.

Reporting covers sending data, open rates and clicks (CTR). The FAQ adds that the real-time statistical reports include opens, clicks and bounces. Senders can schedule messages for the hours that work best and run A/B tests, which the page presents as the way to learn what actually works and make data-driven decisions. On deliverability, the FAQ says smoove meets international sending standards such as DKIM and SPF to maximize arrival in the customer's inbox, and it points readers to a separate article with tips on the subject.

Automation

Marketing automation is the product smoove leads with. Customer journeys are built with a drag and drop method, and the site says automations let a business manage a personal relationship with each customer, convert more leads and save the time lost to repetitive manual tasks. The email FAQ describes the automation as trigger-based: a journey starts from a customer action or from a schedule set in advance. The examples it gives are a welcome email, reminders, purchase and abandonment processes, and content series with tips and tutorials. Automated email series can bring in SMS and WhatsApp as extra channels, so a lead gets one continuous conversation with personal content arriving at the right moment.

The homepage lists the kinds of process customers build with it: an automated follow-up process for price quotes, dedicated automations for ecommerce management such as recovering revenue from abandoned carts and driving repeat purchases, a data-driven personalized customer journey, and an automated collections process that gets unpaid customers to settle their payments. One of the Hebrew customer stories walks through building an order management and event registration process with automation, and another describes managing complex distribution lists and automations without outside help.

Landing pages, SMS, WhatsApp and courses

The landing page builder also works from ready-made templates. Pages can carry data collection forms, payment and product purchase, event registration management, contact buttons and automated customer journeys that run behind the scenes. A landing page gallery sits beside the newsletter gallery.

SMS is sold for wide distribution: personalized messages, surveys and content-focused smartphone campaigns. SMS campaigns can include "Smart Links" that start automated processes and customer journeys. The Hebrew homepage description also mentions mobile campaigns with QR codes.

WhatsApp for Business lets a company send marketing, service and operational messages through what smoove calls the most direct and convenient communication channel. The Hebrew SMS page groups WhatsApp and SMS together for sending to a wide audience.

Digital Courses is the less common part of the package. The site pitches it as a way to share knowledge independently of time and location and add a steady income. The tools cover registration, password-protected access where needed, control over the pace at which lessons are released, automation processes connected to the course, ongoing contact with participants, and collection and analysis of participation data. One customer story describes using smoove's content portal as the platform for a digital course, and another covers running digital courses, online workshops and a customer club in one system.

Free account, pricing and integrations

The free account is the clearest published offer. The English homepage says "Free for 100 contacts. Keep your credit card in your wallet," and the Hebrew pages describe it as the first 100 contacts free, with a closing line that the service is easy, simple and costs nothing to start. Opening an account asks only for an email address. Paid plans are listed on a separate pricing page; the homepage and feature pages give no figures for them.

For connecting other software, smoove offers a REST API and an integrations directory, both linked from the site footer. The same footer links a features overview, the newsletter and landing page galleries, a knowledge center, a FAQ, a blog, a partner program and an expert community. The blog mixes smoove's own posts with pieces by outside marketing specialists, such as a guest article on raising open rates and a list of newsletter ideas that give readers value.

Who it suits

Smoove fits small businesses and solo operators who want email, SMS, WhatsApp and landing pages under one login without hiring a developer; the no-code editor, the AI studio and the drag and drop journey builder are aimed squarely at them. Ecommerce managers get store product blocks in the email editor and automations for abandoned carts and repeat purchases. Service businesses that send quotes or chase invoices can use the follow-up and collections automations the homepage describes. Coaches, consultants and course creators have the rarest fit: the digital course tool keeps lessons, access control and student email in the same account as the rest of their marketing.

The free account for 100 contacts lets a new sender try the editor and automation before paying anything. Two caveats are worth knowing. Much of the site's editorial material, including the blog and several customer stories, is in Hebrew. And a developer who wants a detailed API reference or a list of named connectors should open the REST API and integrations pages, as a larger sender should open the pricing page, before moving a list across.
