Sigma Móvil is a Colombian company, based in Cali, whose platform AIO (short for All In One) sends email marketing campaigns alongside SMS, WhatsApp Business API messages and automated calls. The home page headline is "Comunicación por Email, SMS y WhatsApp para empresas" (communication by email, SMS and WhatsApp for businesses), and the pitch is that a company can connect with its users and manage all of its communication from one place. The platform sends notifications, reminders and personalized mass messages automatically. Besides the channels themselves, AIO includes smart segmentation, surveys, decision trees, forms and landing pages, and the site credits artificial intelligence with picking send times. The whole site is in Spanish, and the customer success team offers strategic and operational support that the email page describes as "100% en español".
What a sender gets
The email marketing page sets out a campaign in three steps. First you upload the contacts the campaign is aimed at, as a .csv file or by adding them manually, including by dragging and dropping the file. Contact records can carry up to 12 custom fields. Second you design the email in a drag-and-drop editor, or use HTML code if you prefer; you can create your own templates in the editor, write them in HTML, or adapt one of the preset templates. Third you send, either scheduling a date and time or launching straight away.
Segmentation is presented as the way to make mass email personal. The page's own line is "Crea comunicaciones personalizadas para cada grupo de clientes" (create personalized communications for each group of customers), with the aim of raising interest by sending each group information that is relevant to it. The home page sums it up as segment, personalize, build loyalty, and adds that mass does not have to mean impersonal.
The AI feature is aimed at timing. The email page asks what it would be like if the platform also predicted the ideal day and hour to send your campaigns, and credits artificial intelligence with doing so.
Automation needs no code: you build flows by dragging and dropping. The page calls them funnels and names abandoned cart, purchase and dispatch, welcome, and repurchase and loyalty as examples, among others. The home page says the automation lets you interact with customers at every stage, from the moment someone is a lead through to after-sales service, and that adding SMS to your email automation raises open and read rates.
Measurement is described as "100% medible" (100% measurable). Results can be viewed globally, filtered by period, by campaign, and down to the one-to-one behavior of individual contacts.
Channels and use cases
Email is one of four sending services. SMS Marketing, Call Blasting and WhatsApp Business API sit beside it in the menu, and the notice on sending hours also lists IVR among the channels the platform handles. Forms, surveys and landing pages cover data collection.
The home page lists what companies do with AIO across these channels, which gives a clear picture of the platform's typical customer. The examples include personalized SMS with the customer's name, purchase or service order number, delivery date and delivery place; appointment confirmations and date reminders; payment links for tuition and for medical appointments; notices of changes to class schedules; personalized promotion of complementary products, coverage and insurance; reminders for physical and virtual events; invitations to student events; collections reminders about payment dates and late payments; promotions; purchase receipts; and updates on the date and status of admission applications. On the forms and survey side it lists rating the in-store experience, post-service satisfaction surveys, collecting customer data, registration forms, event sign-ups and logging PQRs (petitions, complaints and claims).
Integrations
AIO is described as adapting to your business rather than the other way round. The home page says it integrates with the applications you use every day and names Shopify, WordPress, Facebook Leads, your CRM and your ERP.
Plans and pricing
The email page has contact forms for three plans, Básico, Estándar and Premium, and asks for your company, sector, city and database size (fewer than 2,000 contacts, 2,001 to 10,000, 10,001 to 50,000, or more than 50,000). The site publishes no prices; the forms route you to the sales team. The home page invites you to get started without a credit card, and the email page has a "Pruébalo ahora" (try it now) button.
Alongside the platform, Sigma Móvil sells complementary services: creative management, send management, a success consultant and technical support. The menu lists AIO and a separate AIO Plus, customers log in to AIO 2.0, and the home page offers an advisory conversation in which you describe what you need and the team points you to a setup.
Colombian law on sending hours
The most specific compliance statement on the site concerns Colombia's Ley 2300 de 2023, which the notice says took effect on October 10, 2023. To help its Colombian customers comply, Sigma Móvil has built sending windows into AIO2 for every kind of mass digital message (email, SMS, WhatsApp and IVR): Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm, Saturdays from 8am to 3pm, and no sending on Sundays or public holidays. A campaign scheduled outside these hours is canceled automatically by the platform, without any charge, unless the customer has asked beforehand and stated that it holds authorization to process data outside the hours the law allows. For SMS, the company says it has put several technical measures in place to check how saturated the mobile carriers' networks are, so that queued messages do not arrive outside the permitted hours; it adds that it works to mitigate this but does not control it.
The footer links to the company's information processing policies, a framework agreement on the transmission of personal data, and terms and conditions. The site also keeps a resources section on Ley 2300, alongside an FAQ, a blog and ebooks.
Who it suits
The contact form's sector list gives a sense of the audience: ecommerce, training and education, events, financial and legal services, government bodies, real estate, media, health and beauty, HR, software, telecoms, tourism, retail and marketing agencies. Sigma Móvil fits Colombian businesses that want email, SMS, WhatsApp and calls handled by one Spanish-speaking vendor, with sending hours that follow Ley 2300 enforced by the platform itself. Schools, clinics, insurers and stores sending reminders, receipts and payment links will recognize their own use cases in the list above. A buyer who needs published prices will have to go through the sales team first.
