Setrow is a Turkish digital marketing platform that sends bulk and automated email alongside SMS, WhatsApp messages and web push notifications, and adds on-site tools such as smart pop-ups, smart banners and a product recommendation engine. The home page describes it as a SaaS product with strong CRM tools, built to gather every tool a marketer needs in one modular center, and says Setrow has served hundreds of leading organizations for more than 12 years. The company behind it is Teknolog Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Sistemleri A.Ş., with an address in Ataşehir, Istanbul. The site says it offers its services in Turkey first, as well as in the UAE, the UK and the Netherlands. The site is in Turkish, and the pages address retail, automotive, tourism, media, finance and food and drink businesses.

What a sender gets

The email product page promises management from design to segmentation and from optimization to reporting, on an email infrastructure it describes as developed with AI. Campaigns are built in a drag-and-drop design editor that, according to the page, produces mobile-friendly emails in a few minutes without any coding. The bulk mail guide lists a template library of 100+ ready templates, responsive design, and personalization through dynamic content and variables. Basic personalization fields named there are name, company, location and sector; behavioral personalization draws on purchase history, website activity, previous interactions and subscription date.

Segmentation is one of the stronger claims. The email page says customers are split into segments automatically and scored by their actions using RFM, and that you can build more than 100 criteria and hundreds of thousands of dynamic segments from how customers interact across online and offline channels. Segmented sending is presented as a way to manage the customer lifecycle by behavior, win customers back and lower unsubscribe rates. Conversion optimization rests on sending personalized dynamic content at each user's high-engagement times and on A/B tests that pit emails against each other; the guide lists subject line, content and send time among the things you can test.

Automation runs through a scenario module. The home page describes scenarios built from user actions that keep you in touch with customers across different channels, and the email page talks about adding email to multichannel scenarios built with other Setrow products. The AI features listed in the bulk mail guide are smart segmentation, content optimization suggestions, prediction of the optimal send time, and behavioral triggers.

The guide lays out a campaign in 4 stages: preparation (list cleaning and segmentation, content planning, choosing a template), design (checking the responsive layout, setting up personalization, running a spam test), testing (setting up the A/B test, checking how the email renders, testing links), and finally sending and analysis with scheduling, live tracking and reporting.

Reporting is real time. The email page says you can see results as a summary report and per user, and export the reports you need; the guide lists open rates, click rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes and complaint rates. The home page adds detailed reporting with city and location based product analysis.

Deliverability tools

The bulk mail guide sets out the sending side: SMTP integration, IP warming with gradual sending for new accounts, preventive spam tests and smart send scheduling. Automatic spam testing includes SpamAssassin integration, content analysis, a blacklist check and a spam score. The same guide claims delivery rates of 98% and above for the bulk mailing service; that figure is the company's own.

SMS, WhatsApp and on-site channels

SMS is sold as its own module. The home page says you can send scenario SMS integrated with the other modules, or operational SMS, to your permission-based SMS data without needing another platform. WhatsApp Marketing sits in the product menu with the promise of combining email, SMS and WhatsApp on Setrow's infrastructure. Push notifications reach customers through your website with personalized content.

The on-site tools go beyond email. Smart Pop-up can be set up in a few minutes with a wide range of actions to manage site traffic and lift conversions. Smart Banner places call-to-action banners that push discounts and special campaigns. The Recommendation Engine suggests products on the pages you choose, based on each visitor's previous and real-time behavior. Local SEO is offered as a service to help a business rank in Google searches in the area it serves. Exclusive Reports and a Rapid Paket also appear in the product menu.

Integrations, API and İYS

The bulk mail guide describes a cloud-based architecture with SSL encryption, API access and webhook integration. Integration options named there are ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), website forms and mobile apps. For Turkish senders the key integration is İYS, the İleti Yönetim Sistemi (message management system), which appears in the product menu and in the list of services Setrow provides. Setrow also sells training and consulting, design and newsletter coding, and system integration as services, and invites technology companies and agencies to become partners.

Plans and pricing

The pricing section of the bulk mail guide compares three packages by feature rather than by price. Başlangıç (Starter) covers 10,000 monthly sends, 50+ email templates, basic segmentation and email support. Profesyonel covers 50,000 monthly sends, 100+ templates, advanced segmentation and chat plus email support. Kurumsal (Enterprise) covers 250,000+ monthly sends, unlimited templates and a dedicated manager. The site publishes no prices for the packages, and the home page directs you to get in touch to start.

Security and compliance

The guide lists AES-256 encryption, DDoS protection, regular backups, role-based access and audit logs. On the legal side it says the service is KVKK compliant, GDPR compliant and CAN-SPAM compliant, and it walks through what Turkey's KVKK requires of email marketers: explicit consent with stored consent records, clear sender identity and contact details, easy unsubscribing, and respect for the right to deletion. The footer links to an anti-spam policy, a KVKK disclosure text, and quality management and information security management policies.

Support and learning

According to the guide, support comes by live chat and email, with phone support for enterprise customers and separate technical support. Free resources include email marketing guides, video training series, the template library and API documentation. The Setrow blog publishes articles on audience analysis and personalization.

Who it suits

Setrow fits Turkish brands, especially retailers and ecommerce stores, that want email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and on-site personalization from one vendor with İYS integration built in. The RFM scoring and dynamic segments suit teams with purchase data to work with, while the recommendation engine and pop-ups serve stores that want to act on visitors before they ever reach a list. The main caveat for international buyers is that the product pages are in Turkish.
