Sensorpro is an email marketing platform run from Ireland for organizations that care about consent, compliance and inbox placement. Its home page pitches it as email marketing for trusted organizations and says it is used by credit unions, pharmacies, hotels, universities, councils and government bodies across Europe. The About section says the company was established in 2002 by Chris Byrne, is self-funded and profitable with no outside investors or debt, and works from a 5,000 sq ft office in Plassey, Limerick. The platform is hosted in the Blacknight Data Centre in Dublin with the company's own dedicated sending appliances, and the company says it develops and owns all of the platform's intellectual property. For over 10 years, the About text adds, the US software firm Epicor has resold the platform under its own branding.
Access by approval
The most unusual thing about Sensorpro is that you cannot simply sign up. The site says it reviews every new account request before granting access, and the FAQ explains why: the company runs a protected sending network for legitimate, permission-based email, and screening keeps spammers, cold emailers and other high-risk senders from damaging the network's reputation. The home page describes Sensorpro as a consent-first platform. For a sender with a clean, opted-in list, the point of the gate is that the other customers on the same infrastructure have been vetted too. The company also stresses that it owns its sending infrastructure, which it says gives it more control over every aspect of inboxing.
What a sender gets
Campaigns are built in an editor that the FAQ says needs no coding skills, with ready-made templates and more than 80 design blocks. Teams that code their own email can create HTML themselves, or use an external tool such as Parcel, and paste the code straight into the Sensorpro editor. A testimonial from the Fitzwilton Hotel singles out the scheduling facility.
The AI features cover the whole campaign cycle. According to the home page you can create emails from prompts, turn blog posts and YouTube videos into campaigns, generate subject lines and analyze results, and a feature called "Chat with email results" lets you question campaign metrics in a chat. The site states that your data is never shared to train AI models.
Contacts come in through imports, signup forms and connected tools. You can create as many signup forms as you need, each with double opt-in, contact tagging and its own automated welcome email, so different audiences, events or campaigns stay separate from the first message. A Google Sheets sync keeps contacts updated from a spreadsheet on autopilot. For landing pages, the site points to building one with the AI coding tool lovable.dev.
Privacy controls are detailed. You can switch off open and click tracking for a campaign, and individual subscribers can choose Do Not Track when they sign up. Sensorpro manages unsubscribes automatically, keeps suppression records so opted-out contacts are not emailed again by accident, and includes tools for handling data access, correction and deletion requests.
API, SMTP and integrations
For developers, the FAQ says Sensorpro provides API endpoints and webhooks for adding contacts, creating campaigns and sending transactional emails, with documentation at sensorpro.net/api and developer guides at dev.sensorpro.net. You can send through Sensorpro's own infrastructure or configure the platform to use your own SMTP service, with SendGrid, Postmark and Mailgun given as examples.
On the ecommerce side, the site lists Shopify and BigCommerce. Installing the Sensorpro Shopify app makes a store's contacts available in the Sensorpro account, and the team offers to convert the flows and email templates you want to keep from Klaviyo at no additional charge. Moving from Mailchimp works through an import wizard that preserves each contact's opt-out status, and the team will add the templates you send them to your account. Epicor, BDO and Epsilon Interactive are listed as partners.
Deliverability help
Beyond account screening and its own infrastructure, the FAQ says Sensorpro monitors sending activity and helps customers configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly. A free email configuration tool checks your domain setup, and if mail still lands in junk, the team asks you to send a test from your current provider and contact them on live chat so they can investigate. A feature note explains how to show your brand logo in Gmail, which the site says takes five minutes.
Plans and pricing
The pricing section's headline is "Store unlimited contacts for free. Only pay for the contacts you email." Plans are named by monthly send volume: Creator (send 5k per month) at 19, Growth (15k) at 29, Pro (50k) at 59 and Business (150k) at 119. The page text shows a /mo label beside the Creator price and no currency symbol. Two add-ons are priced separately, Data At Rest Encryption at 500 and a Dedicated IP and Server at 250. Payment is by credit or debit card or by bank transfer using IBAN. For bigger senders, the FAQ says the platform can handle campaigns of up to one million emails per month and beyond.
Compliance and data location
The data location is stated plainly: Sensorpro is hosted in Dublin, Ireland, so the site says your data stays within the European Union, and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request. The home page says the platform complies with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). The FAQ adds that customers in the United States are supported too, naming Nissan USA, ShoppersVoice and Battery Point Capital.
Support and free tools
Support is by live chat, email or phone, and the site stresses that it comes from people who understand email marketing, deliverability, data protection and the platform itself. Customer quotes on the home page come from Claddagh Credit Union, Capital Credit Union (which says it has more than 50,000 members), InterContinental Hotels, Publicis Groupe, WD40 and a Shopify store.
The site also hosts free tools for email marketers: Liveinboxer to see what other brands are sending, guides on preheader text and RFM scoring, a subject line evaluator powered by ChatGPT, a search of 108 headlines by John Caples, a Black Friday guide with 12 tips and a free countdown timer for Shopify stores, and an Email For Developers section.
Who it suits
Sensorpro fits European organizations that need their email data kept in the EU and want a named Irish vendor behind it: credit unions and other regulated bodies, hotels, universities, public bodies and Shopify or BigCommerce stores with opted-in customers. Pricing by emails sent rather than contacts stored suits a large list that is mailed selectively. Teams moving from Klaviyo or Mailchimp get hands-on migration help. The approval step means a new account is not instant, and cold outreach senders are turned away by design.
