SendX is email marketing software for sending newsletters, drip sequences and automated campaigns, with transactional email available as an add-on. Its own description is software "to send campaigns, build lists, and automate marketing", and the pitch rests on two points: unlimited sends on every plan, with pricing that scales only by contact count, and a managed approach to deliverability. The security page names the operator as SendPost, LLC (DBA SendX), calls it a small, bootstrapped company, and says the same company runs SendPost, a sister product sold as an email API and SMTP relay. The About page says SendX was founded in 2017. Its industry pages cover newsletter creators, publishers, authors and bloggers, ecommerce stores, SaaS companies, local businesses, and casino and iGaming operators.
What a sender gets
SendX offers three email editors rather than one. You can design visually with drag and drop, write a plain personal newsletter in a rich text editor, or hand-code the whole message in HTML, and the targeting works the same whichever you pick. The newsletter feature page mentions an AI-assisted editor and 400+ ready-to-send templates, and Brand Settings stamps your logo, fonts and colors onto every email and workflow once they are set. The home page lists responsive templates, personalization beyond first names, smart send times based on recipient behavior and spam testing before a campaign goes out.
Campaigns come in five types. Besides regular newsletters there is an A/B split test, where you write two or more subject lines, send them to a slice of the list and let the winner go to everyone else; the home page adds that content and send times can be tested too. RSS campaigns share new blog posts automatically. Drip campaigns run from 2 to 200+ steps, wait minutes, hours or days between emails, and can hold off at weekends.
Visual Workflows is the automation canvas. You drag out the path a contact takes: what starts it, what the contact receives, how long to wait and where it branches. The features page says workflows run on 48+ triggers across 15 providers, so a sequence can start from a form submission, a Shopify cart left behind or a failed Stripe charge. Custom Events let you track any action in your own app or site and send a message when it happens.
Audience tools cover unlimited custom fields and behavior-based tags on every plan. The segment builder combines lists, tags, custom fields and engagement history with AND/OR logic and keeps each segment current as contact data changes, and bulk actions apply changes across lists, tags or segments in one step.
List growth runs through embedded forms, popups and landing pages built inside SendX. An embedded form adds anyone who fills it in to a SendX list; the page says it takes one snippet and no plugin, and works the same on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or a site you built yourself. Popups can be triggered by behavior or exit intent. Landing pages are built in SendX, fill a list you choose, and support custom domains, SSL certificates and A/B tests.
Reporting is split by campaigns, contacts, lists, tags, forms, workflows and drips, so you can see which part of your sending moved a number. The home page adds revenue attribution, and says the native Shopify and WooCommerce integrations tie campaigns to purchases.
Deliverability
Deliverability is the headline claim. The home page says an AI sending engine monitors sender reputation and adjusts throttling, and that customers achieve 95–98% inbox placement across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Apple Mail; that range is the company's own figure. New senders go through a managed IP warmup that ramps volume over 30–45 days. Paid add-ons include Auto Warmup, Domain and IP Reputation Tracking, Inbox Testing, MX Routing, Spread Sending, a Bot Open/Click Tracker that filters out security scanners, and Email List Cleaning at $10 a month plus $0.003 per validation. The casino and iGaming pages mention dedicated IPs.
Transactional email, API and integrations
The Transactional Email add-on triggers registration confirmations, password resets and order receipts through the SendX API or over SMTP, on shared or separate IP pools, with delivery analytics and a log of every message, at $10 a month plus $0.003 per email. The Email API is a REST API covering 12+ resources, with native SDKs for Python, Go, Ruby, Java, PHP and JavaScript, and webhooks send events to your own apps in real time.
The integrations page lists Shopify (abandoned cart recovery, order follow-ups, purchase-based segments), WooCommerce, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Intercom, Stripe, Twilio for adding SMS to campaigns, MetaLeads for Facebook Lead Ads, and Zapier, which it says connects SendX with 5,000+ apps. Connectors for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo and SendGrid are described as ways to import lists, segments and workflows when you move over.
Plans and pricing
There is one plan with every feature, priced by the number of contacts. The pricing FAQ says SendX starts at $9.99 a month for up to 1,000 contacts with unlimited sends, annual billing saves 25%, and custom pricing is available above 500,000 contacts. Contacts are counted once however many lists they sit on, and unsubscribes and spam complainers are not charged. If you go over your tier, the pricing FAQ says the account keeps working for up to 48 hours while you upgrade or trim the list. The site offers a 14-day free trial without a credit card and charges no setup fee, and the pricing page promises a 60-day money-back guarantee for accounts with fewer than 100,000 contacts and fewer than 100,000 emails sent. Qualified high-volume senders get free migration help; everyone else gets guides and self-service import tools.
Support is 24/7 by live chat and email on every plan. SendX Elevated Support costs $225 a month on paid plans and adds 3 expert calls a month, help with warmup, bounces and delistings, campaign setup and team training, and human monitoring of campaigns. The home page lists GDPR tools and single sign-on for enterprise users. The site does not say where customer data is hosted.
Who it suits
SendX fits senders who want every feature at the entry price and who mail often enough that unlimited sends matter: newsletter writers, publishers, ecommerce stores on Shopify or WooCommerce, and SaaS teams using custom events and the API. A multi-location franchise can give each location its own team and contacts while sharing templates, tags and segments. The pricing page cites a 4.6/5 rating on G2 and Capterra. The trade-off is that deliverability services, transactional sending and hands-on support are paid add-ons on top of the base plan.
