What Sendora is
Sendora is a French email marketing tool for creating, sending and analyzing newsletters and email campaigns. Its homepage headline calls it "Le logiciel emailing français pour créer vos newsletters simplement", the French email software for creating newsletters simply, and it is built for "TPE, PME et associations", very small and small to mid-sized businesses and associations, plus freelancers. The company's comparison post describes Sendora as an independent email marketing platform created and developed in France since 2026, serving small businesses, nonprofits, freelancers and small teams that want to send campaigns "without mastering a complex marketing suite". Three promises sit under the sign-up button: no bank card needed, hosting in France and GDPR compliance.
The scope is deliberately narrow. According to the same post, Sendora focuses on email campaigns and newsletters, "does not aim to replace a full CRM and does not currently offer SMS or WhatsApp campaigns". What it offers instead is a short path from a contact file to a sent campaign.
From contact file to campaign
The homepage lays out the workflow in three steps. First, contacts are imported by dropping a CSV or Excel file (.csv, .xlsx or .xls) onto the page, and the site says they are imported and ready to use within seconds. Contacts can then be organized into lists. Second, the campaign is built in "un éditeur visuel simple, des blocs prêts à l'emploi" (a simple visual editor with ready-to-use blocks), with no technical skills required. The page aimed at users of a larger international suite adds that emails can be built from the visual editor, from templates or from the sender's own HTML, so an existing design can be reused. Third, the results: the homepage says a sender can "Suivez en temps réel ouvertures, clics et conversions" (track opens, clicks and conversions in real time), then adjust and send again.
The comparison post lists the rest of the working set: a drag-and-drop editor, templates, contact import and organization, campaign scheduling and "the essential analytics needed to monitor performance". It adds that Sendora "assists with sending-domain configuration and email address verification", which matters for a small organization sending from its own domain for the first time and wanting a clean list before it does. For list growth, "Shareable or embeddable signup forms and the API can also add new contacts automatically".
Reporting
The dashboard shown on the homepage reports sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces and spam complaints for each campaign, with a chart of how opens evolved over the last week or month. The alternative-suite page describes the same loop: follow opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and spam reports to improve the next send. The emphasis is on reading a few numbers clearly rather than on deep analytics, which fits the audience the site describes.
Who it is built for
The site addresses three groups, each with its own page:
- TPE and PME (small businesses): keep in touch with customers and prospects, announce offers and measure the interest a campaign generates, "sans vous perdre dans une plateforme marketing complexe" (without getting lost in a complex marketing platform).
- Associations: inform members, mobilize volunteers and promote events.
- Indépendants (freelancers): send a professional newsletter to clients or a community without paying for features they do not use.
The homepage's reasons to choose Sendora follow the same line. Onboarding is immediate, with no training required, and the site says a first campaign can be created and sent within minutes. Pricing is presented as among the most affordable on the market, with "Des plans clairs, sans frais cachés ni engagement" (clear plans, no hidden fees and no commitment).
Pricing
Sign-up is free: every page carries a "Commencer gratuitement" (start for free) button, and the homepage adds that no bank card is needed. Paid pricing is set by volume. The homepage calculator asks how many emails a sender plans to send per month, offers monthly or annual billing with 10% off for annual, and says its comparisons are based on equivalent plans. The comparison post explains that its calculator uses both the number of contacts and the total emails sent each month, and gives one worked example: for 2,000 contacts and 10,000 emails a month, it shows €9 a month for Sendora. It notes that such figures are indicative, exclude VAT, add-ons and temporary promotions, and were checked on September 5, 2026. The footer links to a dedicated email pricing page and a savings calculator.
Hosting, compliance and support
Under "Conforme RGPD, hébergé en France", the homepage states that Sendora is hosted in France and that every send carries an automatic unsubscribe link. The closing call to action of the comparison post sums up the basics as "Domain verification, newsletters, statistics: everything you need to communicate well by email."
Support is a stated priority. The homepage promises "Nous répondons à chaque message. Pas de bot, pas de ticket sans réponse." (We answer every message. No bot, no unanswered ticket.) The alternative-suite page speaks of a French interface that is clear and quick to learn and of support closer to a customer's daily work. A help center, an FAQ and a blog sit in the resources menu, and the company runs a partner program and an affiliate program.
Where its scope ends
Sendora is open about the cases where a bigger platform fits better. Its alternative-suite page lists them: a team that needs many integrations or advanced ecommerce functions, one that runs complex marketing automations with deep personalization, or one already built around another tool's ecosystem. It closes with "Le bon outil est celui qui correspond à votre besoin. Nous préférons être transparents plutôt que de promettre une solution universelle", the right tool is the one that matches your need, and the company would rather be transparent than promise a universal solution.
Who it suits
Sendora suits French-speaking small businesses, associations and freelancers whose main need is a regular newsletter or campaign to their own contacts: import a spreadsheet, build an email from blocks or HTML, schedule it and read the results, with data hosted in France and a person answering support questions. Associations get a tool pitched at informing members and mobilizing volunteers, and small shops a simple way to announce offers. Senders who also need SMS or WhatsApp, a full CRM or elaborate automation will want to add another tool, as the company itself says.
