What SendMails.io is

SendMails.io is an email marketing and automation platform built around one idea, printed at the top of its homepage: "Bring your own SMTP". Instead of sending through its own servers, it connects to SMTP providers the customer chooses, with native integration for Amazon SES, which the site says costs "only 1$ for every 10,000 emails you send". Around that sending layer it offers what it calls an "All-in-one AI-powered platform to send emails, manage contacts, capture leads and automate your marketing": newsletters, drip campaigns, a contact CRM, popups, web forms and email verification. The footer names the operator as GrowMeOrganic LLC, with an address in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. The site says the platform is available in 24 languages and describes four target uses: agencies boosting client campaigns with email marketing and automation, sales teams driving conversions with targeted campaigns and lead management, schools and colleges engaging students and streamlining admissions, and online stores adding personalized, automated email to lift sales.

Designing emails

The email designer is a drag-and-drop editor with responsive, pre-designed templates, and a campaign can also start from scratch. The homepage says a designer can "Import HTML email template and manage it with fresh new looks in seconds", so existing HTML designs carry over. The feature list adds image and link blocks, plain text and HTML modes, a WYSIWYG editor, Liquid tags for personalization, an AI Writer for copy and a Subject Analyzer for subject lines. Emails are built to be mobile responsive, and no coding is required for any of it.

Contacts, forms and popups

The Contact CRM keeps contacts in one place, with detailed segmentation and quick adding and editing. Lists and subscribers are managed with custom fields, tags and filters, contacts can be imported from CSV, and bounces and unsubscribes are handled by the platform. Integrated email verification, listed as email validation, checks that a list is clean and deliverable before a send.

For list growth there are two tools. The Lead Webform builder creates custom web forms that collect leads from various sources, including embedded forms on a website. The Popup Builder designs popups that capture leads directly on a site. The homepage frames the whole journey as capture, nurture and convert: forms and popups bring contacts in, automated emails build trust, and targeted campaigns turn subscribers into customers.

Automation

The workflow builder uses a visual editor to build workflows triggered by what contacts do, with sign-ups and purchases given as examples. Engagement is tracked through tags, custom fields, analytics and performance reports, so later steps can respond to how a contact behaves. The feature list also names an auto responder and drip emails, and the tutorial playlist includes separate videos on creating a regular campaign and a drip campaign.

Sending through your own SMTP

The sending side is where SendMails.io differs most from an all-in-one ESP. Under "Add Multiple SMTPs", the site says customers can integrate various SMTP providers, including Amazon SES, and the feature list includes a customer SMTP server option, native SMTP support, custom tracking domains, DKIM signatures and outgoing webhooks. A tutorial video shows how to connect any email provider or SMTP server. The homepage headline "SEND EMAILS 100X CHEAPER" rests on the Amazon SES figure of $1 per 10,000 emails, and a free mini course titled "Send 10,000 Emails for $1" walks through the setup. The blog adds a guide to improving deliverability with Amazon SES.

Reporting

The integrated email tracker reports campaign results in real time. The homepage lists opens, clicks, bounces and more, shown in visual reports with charts and graphs, plus detailed analytics and email tracking for each campaign and workflow.

Integrations and API

Four integrations are named. Zapier connects SendMails with thousands of apps, and the Zapier page says the app is on the Zapier Marketplace and automates "all your tedious workflows" with a few clicks. Pabbly offers a second automation route. A WooCommerce add-on syncs store data so customers can be targeted with tailored campaigns. API endpoints, documented in separate API docs, let other systems automate email marketing tasks, and outgoing webhooks pass events on. The tutorial playlist covers both the Zapier and the Pabbly connection.

Account and pricing

The homepage repeats "No Credit Card Required | Forever FREE Account" and invites visitors to create a free account to use email marketing, automation, analytics and integrations. A sign-up box also offers a "$1 Trial Account" with instant access, and a limited-time "Special Early-Bird Offer (Lifetime Deal)" promises an additional lifetime discount through a coupon code. One customer testimonial mentions paying a one-time fee. Plan prices are on a separate pricing page. The legal section links to a refund policy, affiliate terms and a GDPR page, and an affiliate program is open to users.

Support and learning

Help comes through a knowledge base with guides for every feature, an "Ultimate Guide to Launch Your First Campaign", ticket-based support ("Raise Ticket"), documentation and free training. A YouTube playlist, "Get Started With SendMails", has 9 videos covering a demo, contact import, SMTP connection, web forms, popups, regular and drip campaigns, and the Zapier and Pabbly integrations. A Facebook community offers SOPs, blueprints and email marketing tips. The testimonials on the site single out the tutorials, the support and the quick start. One retailer says its first campaign was ready within the hour, another customer describes a support agent joining a video call to fix a DNS setup, and a third calls it "a young platform with lots of great features".

Who it suits

SendMails.io suits senders who are comfortable connecting their own SMTP provider, above all Amazon SES, and want a campaign and automation layer on top of it: agencies running campaigns for clients, sales teams, schools and online stores on WooCommerce. Developers get an API, webhooks and Zapier or Pabbly for connecting other tools, and international teams can work in any of the 24 interface languages. Because sending runs through the customer's own provider, setup involves that provider's account and the domain's DNS records, and the tutorials, ticket support and training are there to help with that step.
