What SendExpert is
SendExpert is an email and SMS mailing service. Its homepage presents it as "Персональний асистент, який допоможе Вам розіслати Email- і SMS-повідомлення мільйонам адресатів", a personal assistant that helps you send email and SMS messages to millions of recipients. The service covers four areas: email newsletters, SMS campaigns, transactional letters sent from a customer's own software, and email marketing services in which the SendExpert team runs a campaign for the client. The site is written in Ukrainian with a Russian version, and it pitches email as a way to raise a company's recognition, shorten the path to purchase and keep customers loyal. A free plan lets new users send up to 3000 letters a month to 300 contacts, and paid plans are priced by subscriber count and letter volume.
Building and sending email campaigns
The homepage describes the email service as a way to build a marketing campaign out of newsletters, personal letters and hot offers, and the email page says SendExpert helps set up a mailing system for maximum results from advertising campaigns, with an effect "вже після перших листів" (from the very first letters).
The letter builder offers a large choice of editor tools plus ready-made templates, so letters can carry brand elements such as images, buttons and links, and every letter is adapted for reading on any device. Ready thematic templates sit beside the option of building adaptive letters in the built-in editor. The testimonial on the homepage adds a practical detail: the customer says a mailing can be loaded into the system straight from Word, without bringing in a designer.
Personalization works through special tags that fill in each letter automatically, so a message addresses the reader by name. The email page says this has a positive effect on loyalty and, above all, on the opens and conversion of each letter. Trigger letters run on pre-configured sending scenarios that react automatically to user actions, so that customers receive only the offers most relevant to them. The email page's slogan states the idea plainly: each letter is a separate sales manager, and a thousand letters are a thousand professionals working with customers one to one.
Reports show who opened a message and when, which links were clicked and why a subscriber left the list. The site frames them as the basis for planning the next campaign and cutting costs through analytics, and says SendExpert presents them in a clear, visual form so that the results of earlier campaigns can feed the next one.
Contacts, forms and segmentation
Existing lists can be imported with little effort, and subscribers can be exported again. New contacts come in through subscription forms made in a dedicated form builder, which the homepage describes as "яскравих" (bright, eye-catching). Segmentation works by projects, groups and filters, and the homepage describes a flexible filter system for isolating the subscriber groups a mailing should reach. A search function is there to shorten the time it takes to put a mailing together. The testimonial singles out projects: several projects can run inside one account, with no need to open a separate account for each.
SMS, transactional mail and the API
The SMS service is presented as a set of mobile marketing tools for announcing news, promotions and sales. The homepage says messages go out through different communication channels combined in one system, so email and SMS are handled in the same account. Transactional letters are email notifications sent to individual recipients from the customer's own applications, CRM or CMS.
The API, according to the email page, integrates SendExpert with a customer's software "швидко і легко" (quickly and easily) and makes the whole set of tools for database management, mailings and reporting available directly from the customer's applications, CRM or CMS. API documentation is part of the help center.
Managed email marketing
For companies that would rather not run campaigns themselves, SendExpert sells email marketing services. The homepage invites clients to entrust a marketing campaign to professionals with extensive experience and save their own time. The support promise points the same way: under "Допомога і підтримка" (help and support), the team says it will teach, advise, protect customers from mistakes and go the whole way with them from launching a campaign to earning from its results.
Plans and the free offer
The email page advertises "максимально вигідні" (the most favorable) rates for sending newsletters and says customers choose a plan according to the number of subscribers and the volume of letters, with a link through to the plans page. The free offer is stated in a heading: "Надсилайте до 3000 листів на місяць на 300 контактів абсолютно безкоштовно!", send up to 3000 letters a month to 300 contacts absolutely free. The homepage's main button invites visitors to try the service free of charge.
Delivery, interface and support
On deliverability, the homepage says under the heading "Гарантована доставка" (guaranteed delivery) that the company carefully monitors the reputation of its servers and can assure customers that 98% of their messages will reach the recipient. The interface is described as intuitive enough for a computer beginner to master. Help comes through a video overview, a questions-and-answers section, API documentation, a feedback form, training materials and a blog, and a separate link lets anyone report spam. The site publishes a privacy policy, terms and conditions and an anti-spam policy, and its copyright notice runs from 2013.
The one testimonial comes from Iryna Lylyk, general director of the Ukrainian Marketing Association. She writes that her team took a long time choosing a mailing service, that SendExpert came out best on every parameter, and that "Все, що необхідно, зібрано в одній системі" (everything necessary is gathered in one system), with enough functionality for every type of mailing while staying very simple to use.
Who it suits
SendExpert suits small and mid-sized companies that work in Ukrainian or Russian and want email and SMS in one account without hiring a designer: the builder, templates and Word import cover the design side, and the free plan covers a first list of 300 contacts. Marketing teams handling several brands or product lines can keep them as projects in one account and segment each by group and filter. Developers can send transactional notifications and drive the contact database through the API. Businesses that prefer to hand the work over can buy the managed email marketing service instead of learning the tool. Paid plans scale with list size and monthly letter volume.
