What Send Mailing is
Send Mailing is a Spanish-language email marketing service for newsletters, bulk campaigns, notices and other communications to a subscriber list. Its homepage invites customers to "CREÁ Y ENVIÁ CAMPAÑAS DE EMAILS INTELIGENTES, EFECTIVAS Y SEGURAS" (create and send smart, effective and secure email campaigns), and the site describes the product as an email marketing system that gives total control over campaigns, for managing subscriber lists and creating email campaigns quickly and simply. The company says it focuses on solutions for mass email sending "cuidando la reputación de tu dominio", while protecting the reputation of the customer's domain.
What sets it apart is its split into "Dos sistemas, dos necesidades", two systems for two needs. Send Mailing Premium is "un sistema pensado para obtener un alto grado de delivery", a system designed for a high delivery rate, and sends through Amazon SES. Send Mailing Lite sends from the company's own IPs and is presented as an email marketing sending system "para usar cuando quieras" (to use whenever you want). Every plan is a 30-day package of emails priced in Argentine pesos.
Which system to choose
The pricing page is explicit about the difference. Premium is only for writing to readers or customers the sender already has. The page warns: "no contrates el sistema premium si tu intención es captar nuevos clientes o lectores, usando bases desconocidas (si este es el caso, usá Send Mailing Lite)", do not buy Premium if you intend to win new customers or readers from unknown lists, and use Lite in that case. It adds that using Premium any other way will send the customer's domain to spam and onto blacklists. So a shop mailing its own buyers or a publication mailing its readers belongs on Premium, and a campaign to a list the sender has not mailed before belongs on Lite. The homepage tagline, "Fidelizá clientes, conseguí nuevos" (keep your customers, win new ones), follows the same division: Premium for keeping the customers a business already has, Lite for reaching new ones.
What each system includes
On both systems, according to the pricing page, "Todas las funciones del sistema de envío están activas en los planes, lo único que varía es la cantidad de emails": every sending feature is active on every plan, and only the number of emails changes.
Premium lists sending through Amazon SES, a drag-and-drop editor, free templates, responsive designs, an image repository, file attachments, full reports, unlimited custom fields, campaign scheduling, unlimited contacts, list segmentation, list export, blacklist creation, a bounce manager, automatic behavior rules, the ability to stop a send in progress, subscription forms and autoresponders.
Lite lists sending through the company's own IPs, a drag-and-drop editor and a WYSIWYG editor, free templates, an image repository, full reports, unlimited custom fields, campaign scheduling, list segmentation, list export, a bounce manager, subscription forms, stopping a send in progress, automatic behavior rules and an "API para integrar en tu sistema", an API for integrating with the customer's own system.
In practice both give a sender the same working core: design a campaign in the editor from a free template, keep contacts in segmented lists with custom fields, schedule the send, collect new subscribers through forms, let bounces be handled automatically and read the reports afterwards. Premium adds attachments, autoresponders and blacklists, while Lite is the system with the API and the extra WYSIWYG editor.
Plans and prices
All plans last 30 days. The FAQ says contracted emails do not accumulate: they expire 30 days after purchase, at which point the plan has to be paid again to renew them. A customer who needs more emails within the period can pick another plan and add it to the one already bought, and larger volumes than the biggest plan are available by contacting the company.

There is no contract to sign and no minimum term: the FAQ says a customer can buy one month, skip the next and come back two months later, and that the company keeps the account's data for up to a year. Customers pay on the website, through any wallet or banking app, or by bank transfer or deposit; after a transfer, Send Mailing creates the account on receipt of the payment slip and sends the login details so the service can be used at once. An "AVISAR PAGO" (report a payment) button on every page lets a customer tell the company about a payment made by transfer, wallet or banking app. Before buying, anyone can log in to a public demo account from the login page to try the system.
Domain setup and list rules
To use either system, the pricing page says, a customer needs "un dominio propio y el acceso a tu hosting para colocar nuestros registros de envío", its own domain and access to its hosting to add Send Mailing's sending records, which the page says is what keeps messages out of spam. Send Mailing does not sell databases and advises customers against buying any, because such lists generally contain hidden addresses that get the sender's domain marked as spam.
Who it suits
Send Mailing suits Spanish-speaking businesses, shops, publications and organizations that want a straightforward newsletter tool on short 30-day plans with no contract. Premium, with Amazon SES delivery, unlimited contacts and autoresponders, fits senders mailing their own customers and readers every month, and its plans start at 1,800 pesos a month for 2,500 emails. Lite is the route for campaigns to new audiences and for teams that want to connect their own system through the API. Buyers should plan around the 30-day expiry, since unused emails do not carry over, and around the need for their own domain with access to its hosting.
