What Send Inbox Mail is

Send Inbox Mail is a pay-as-you-go service for bulk email campaigns, transactional email sent through an API, and email address verification. The English homepage calls it a "Multiple platform solution for your bulk submissions, transactional emails, email verification needs", and each of the three products has its own login: E-Mail Marketing, Transactional E-Mail and E-mail Verify. A fourth area, reporting and analytics, covers what happens after a send. The site runs in English and Turkish, prices its credit packs in US dollars on the English page and in Turkish lira on the Turkish one, and its footer reads "Since 2006". The homepage lists five reasons to choose it: unlimited contacts, pay as you go, list verification, a drag-and-drop editor, and "No documents required" for signing up.

Campaigns and the editor

Campaigns are prepared either from a ready-made template or in the drag-and-drop editor, and the homepage says content can be put together "in a modern and fast way". Every credit pack lists free templates, the drag-and-drop editor, reporting and analytics, multiple sender identities and authorized sending, so the whole feature set comes with the smallest pack as well as the largest. The panel works from a phone, a tablet or a computer, both for sending and for reviewing the post-delivery reports.

The Turkish homepage adds that the panel was developed in-house, and describes it as clear, easy to use and strong on reporting and analysis, so that sends and their follow-up can be managed from one place. Contacts are unlimited on every pack, listed as "Unlimited Contacts" in English and "Sınırsız kişi listesi" (unlimited contact list) in Turkish. Because billing runs on sending credits, an account pays for what it sends rather than for how many addresses it stores.

Signup forms and list building

A ready-made newsletter form can be integrated into a website to grow what the homepage calls an "e-newsletter permitted database". The point, in the homepage's words, is that "you quickly solve the permitted database problem": a sender collects its own opt-in list instead of mailing addresses it has no permission for. The Turkish menu also carries a section of frequently asked questions about İYS, the İleti Yönetim Sistemi (message management system).

Reporting and follow-up

After a send, the panel shows opens, clicks, unsubscribes and more. The Turkish homepage goes into detail on how to use them. An open can mean a reader wants to know more, so the system can automatically move everyone who opened a campaign into a separate list, and the next email to that list can carry content suited to a warmer audience. Link reports show who clicked, which links they clicked and how many times, so a sender can measure which product or piece of information drew interest and from whom. Reports also list any invalid addresses and any messages that were not delivered, with the recipients concerned, so that each later send goes to a cleaner list. The English page sums up the reporting as a way to carry out "corporate, sales and information" strategies.

Transactional email and verification

The transactional product sends messages through an API and has its own login beside the campaign tool. The verification product offers "Bulk and Single Email verification": a whole list can be checked before a campaign, or a single address on its own. Verification is bundled into every credit pack at the same quantity as the sending credits, so 5.000 credits come with 5.000 verification checks. The Turkish page presents this as "Listenizi Temizleyin" (clean your list), and together with the undelivered and invalid address reports it gives a sender two ways to keep a list tidy.

Pricing

Pricing is pay-as-you-go, "Gönderdiğin Kadar Öde" (pay as much as you send) on the Turkish page. The homepage shows three credit packs:

  • Credits 5.000: $25, or TL 962,5 on the Turkish page, with 5.000 email verifications
  • Credits 10.000: $40, or TL 1.575, with 10.000 email verifications
  • Credits 20.000: $68, or TL 2.625, with 20.000 email verifications

Each pack also includes unlimited contacts, free templates, the drag-and-drop editor, reporting and analytics, multiple sender identities and authorized sending, and each carries "The period of validity 1 year": credits stay usable for a year from purchase. A link under the packs leads to other pricing for further packages. Sign-up is free, with "GET STARTED FREE" on the English page and "Ücretsiz Dene" (try free) and "Tüm özellikler ile Hemen Başla" (start now with all features) on the Turkish one.

Legal and support

The Turkish homepage invites users to send "KVKK uyumlu alt yapı ile" (on KVKK-compliant infrastructure), and the footer links to a KVKK disclosure text alongside the terms of use and a privacy and security page. Under the heading "Yasal Koruma" (legal protection), the site says an unsubscribe link is added automatically to every send.

For help, the Turkish page says reaching the team and getting support is "çok kolay" (very easy), with live support on the site answering questions about using the system or about bulk sending "anında" (instantly). Email, phone and WhatsApp support are also listed. The site has a blog that includes a guide to lowering the spam rate, a clients page and a page on the sectors that use the service.

Who it suits

Send Inbox Mail suits senders who keep sizable lists but mail on an irregular schedule: contacts cost nothing, credits are bought only when needed and stay valid for a year, and the smallest pack costs $25. Shops and organizations that want list cleaning with their sending get verification checks bundled into every pack at no extra charge, and teams that also need application email can run transactional sends through the API on the same service. The panel's automatic list of openers and its per-link click reports give a simple way to follow up with the readers who showed interest.

Turkish-speaking teams can work in Turkish, pay in lira and point to the KVKK statement. The service is built around campaigns, verification and reporting, so a team planning multi-step automated journeys should look at the workflow side closely before buying a large pack, since unused credits lapse after the year.
