RuSender is an email campaign service for businesses that sends bulk marketing emails and transactional messages, collects subscribers through signup forms, segments audiences, reports on results, and connects to websites, CRMs and other systems through its API and SMTP. The site describes it as a 100% Russian company ("100% российская компания") and says it is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software. It is aimed, in the FAQ's words, at small and medium businesses, online stores, online schools, SaaS projects and companies that need a convenient tool for email marketing, automated emails and analytics, from a first launch to regular work with a large list. According to the homepage, more than 14,000 companies have chosen RuSender.
On data, the homepage says "Все пользовательские данные хранятся на серверах в Российской Федерации" (all user data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation), and adds that the confidentiality and security of your data are its main concern.
Getting started
The homepage reduces the first campaign to three steps: upload your list, create a campaign, analyze the result. The FAQ fills in the details: you usually confirm your sending domain, upload your contacts and build the email, then segment your audience and send. For teams moving from another tool, RuSender imports recipients from Dashamail, Unisender, SendPulse, Mailchimp, Sendsay and GetResponse, so you can carry on with your list instead of starting from zero, and a step-by-step guide covers the move.
The service is strict about list sources. Campaigns may go only to your own subscribers who have agreed to receive email. Bought lists, lists gathered from open sources and unverified lists are not allowed, because they damage deliverability and raise the risk of spam complaints; the anti-spam policy sets out the rules. The FAQ suggests building a list through signup forms on your website and landing pages, registration, checkout, inquiries, and subscriptions offered for useful content, bonuses or discounts.
The email builder
Emails are built in a drag-and-drop builder where you add and move elements as you like. The homepage lists ready-made templates, personalization, import of HTML of any complexity and built-in AI tools ("Встроенные AI-инструменты"). A block called smart templates promises campaigns on almost any topic in a few minutes.
Images get free hosting: you upload campaign images to RuSender's servers at no cost, with stable access to your files, even on the free plan.
Segmentation, forms and A/B tests
The homepage argues against sending one email to your whole list. Instead you pick out groups of recipients to deliver relevant content to the right people at the right moment, and the site says such emails are opened and clicked more often. Subscription forms come as a set of ready-made forms or a simple, functional builder for your own. A/B tests let you try different kinds of emails to find the one that performs well.
Chains and campaign types
Email chains are automatic emails that go out to a customer at the right moment. The FAQ says trigger chains are available even on the free plan, and that you can build them from scratch in the builder or start from a ready-made scenario template. Every plan also includes several campaign types beyond a regular send: an A/B test, a campaign with a follow-up send to those it missed (рассылка с досылом), a delayed campaign, and a campaign that warms up a new sending domain automatically, along with the full set of trigger features.
Analytics
The homepage promises that email campaign analytics have never been this convenient, and the FAQ points to a separate analytics page that covers the key metrics, reports and ways of tracking results. Transactional sending through the API also reports into its own dashboard.
API, SMTP and transactional email
RuSender has a full API for building your own integrations, plus API and SMTP sending for transactional mail. The FAQ names the use cases: websites, CRMs, online stores, SaaS services and any project where emails have to go out automatically. API access uses keys with configurable permissions and safe key replacement, and webhooks report opens, clicks and unsubscribes.
For products that need to send their own mail, the homepage offers an embeddable email transport: tens of thousands of emails per hour, high deliverability and a convenient API. Connection takes a few minutes, and results appear in a visual analytics dashboard. The menu links to the Email API documentation and an SMTP guide under the heading of transactional emails for your service, and it also lists an email validator and a new MCP feature.
Integrations
For CRMs, website builders and learning systems, the homepage says you do not need a developer: you follow a ready-made instruction, and connecting takes a few minutes. The listed integrations are Bitrix24, amoCRM, Мегаплан (Megaplan) and SberCRM on the CRM side; Tilda and WordPress for websites; Moodle and Customer.io; and uKit websites and WebAsk surveys. Anything else can be built through the API.
Plans and the free tier
RuSender has a free plan for small lists and paid plans for more active sending and extended use. The homepage headline reads "500 подписчиков бесплатно" (500 subscribers free): if your list has fewer than 500 contacts, you can use every feature of the service at no cost. The FAQ adds the sending limit: with up to 500 contacts and no more than 2000 emails a month, the service is free, which it says is enough to test the platform, run your first campaigns and judge what it can do. Separate options exist for API and SMTP sending, and the right plan depends on the size of your list, your email volume and your business tasks. Prices and terms are on the tariffs page.
Setup service and support
If you would rather not build the campaign yourself, RuSender offers to set it up for you. The service covers uploading the email, uploading the contact list, setting up the domain, creating a unique email design and writing the copy, and it is ordered from the homepage.
Support is listed as available 24/7. For self-help there is a knowledge base with detailed instructions for working in the service, a glossary of internet marketing terms, a blog of marketing ideas and tips, and an official Telegram channel for news, plus a Telegram discussion group. The footer also links to a partner program, the license agreement, the anti-spam policy and the privacy policy.
Who it suits
RuSender suits businesses that write to customers in Russian and want campaigns, trigger chains and transactional email in one service, with the stated guarantee on where user data is stored. The free plan covers a list of up to 500 contacts and 2000 emails a month with every feature, which makes it a low-risk start for small businesses and new online schools, while the API, SMTP and embeddable transport serve SaaS teams that need product email at volume. The main caveat is the strict list policy: only opted-in, self-collected contacts may be mailed, so anyone planning to use a purchased list will not be able to.
