Responder is a Hebrew-language email marketing system that its own site calls רב מסר. The homepage title describes it as "דיוור אלקטרוני ודפי נחיתה" (email marketing and landing pages), and the product has grown around that core: it sends email campaigns and SMS messages to mailing lists, builds landing pages and forms that collect leads, runs automated customer journeys, hosts digital courses through a module called Schooler, and tracks leads and deals in a CRM called Kesher. The site speaks to growing businesses and organizations, and the whole offer is presented in Hebrew.
The homepage frames the product around one idea: the right communication at the right moment is the key to good customer relationships, which the site calls the growth engine of every business or organization. Its headline promises email and marketing tools "למרחקים ארוכים" (for the long haul), meant to help a customer build an audience and take it as far as possible.
Email and SMS to mailing lists
Email is the first module in the product menu, summed up as distributing your content and building a relationship with your customers. The homepage feature list names it "דיוור לרשימות תפוצה" (mailing to distribution lists) and describes it as sending emails and SMS messages to build relationships with customers. SMS therefore sits inside the same mailing module rather than in a separate product, so one contact base can receive a newsletter by email and a short update by text message from the same account.
The site presents this module as the center of the system, describing it as an email system for managing meaningful communication with customers. The other modules are built around it: landing pages exist to grow the list, and automations exist to send to it on a schedule of their own.
Landing pages and forms
The second module is landing pages. The site says they grow the mailing list and collect leads from campaigns, and the feature list pairs them with forms ("דפי נחיתה וטפסים", landing pages and forms) whose job is collecting leads from campaigns to grow the list easily. The homepage calls them converting landing pages for lead collection. This is the part of the product a campaign sends visitors to: the page is built in Responder, the form on it adds the visitor to a list, and the email, SMS and automation tools take over from there.
Automations
Automation is the third module, pitched as delivering the right message at the right time, easily. The feature list goes further, promising "יצירת מסעות לקוח מתקדמים לשיווק ושימור שעובדים כל הזמן", which translates as creating advanced customer journeys for marketing and retention that work all the time. The mention of retention says something about how the product is meant to be used. Responder is not pitched only as a tool for one-off campaigns, but as a way to keep a planned series of messages running for customers over time, covering both winning new business and keeping existing customers engaged.
Schooler, the course platform
Schooler is Responder's own platform for digital courses, described on the homepage as "הבית של הקורסים הדיגיטליים" (the home of digital courses), a place to inspire, spread knowledge and earn. It sits in the main product menu next to email and landing pages, and the homepage says the course platform is built to fit your audience exactly. When the site sums up everything the system can do for a business, it lists email, landing pages, digital courses and CRM together.
Among the customer testimonials, an architect known as "איש הרוויט" (the Revit man) says of the course module "סקולר היא נכס מטורף לעסק!" (Schooler is an amazing asset for the business). For coaches, trainers and experts who sell what they know, this is the main reason to look at Responder rather than a pure email tool: the course, the landing page that sells it and the mailing list that follows up all sit in one system.
Kesher, the CRM
Kesher is the CRM module. The site describes it as a customer relationship management system to manage the lead and close the deal, and the feature list adds tracking and lead management to that job. With Kesher in the same product as the landing pages and mailing lists, a lead collected on a Responder page can be followed through to a closed sale without moving between separate tools.
Add-ons and integrations
The product menu has a section for add-ons (תוספים), which the site describes as smart tools the company developed to make your work more efficient. The feature list describes the same section as connecting external systems to Responder so you can work smart and save time and money. A separate integrations page is linked from the main navigation, next to the pricing page and a section of courses and information.
Plans and getting started
The homepage invites new users to "להרשמה והתנסות חינם" (sign up and try it free), and the header carries a sign-up link next to the login. Pricing is by subscription. The pricing teaser reads "משלמים רק על מה שבאמת צריכים" (you pay only for what you really need) and promises all the details on the subscription that suits you best, what it includes and how much it costs, with a link to the subscription types and prices. The footer repeats that link under the heading "כמה זה עולה?" (how much does it cost?). The navigation also shows two entry points to the product: the current system and "רב מסר הישנה" (the old Responder), an earlier version of the software that is still linked from the site.
Support, training and security
Service is the part of the offer the homepage spends the most words on. It quotes a member of the technical support team: "לא משנה מה קרה, אני לא עוזב את הלקוח עד שהכל פתור" (no matter what happened, I don't leave the customer until everything is solved). The company says it decided to invest in service on the day it founded Responder, and that its service team is carefully selected. Customers can reach that team by phone, email, WhatsApp and chat; in the site's words, "אנחנו זמינים בטלפון, במייל, בווטסאפ ובצ'אט" (we are available by phone, email, WhatsApp and chat). The contact block gives service hours of Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00, and Friday and holiday eves, 08:00 to 12:00.
For self-service there is a knowledge center, an FAQ page that promises an answer to every question about Responder's email, content and marketing tools, and live training sessions. The homepage lists a session called "תשובות בזמן אמת" (real-time answers), a one-hour meeting in which a trainer demonstrates the main uses of the system and answers questions about operating it, and it invites visitors to subscribe for notice of new trainings.
On security, the footer links to ISO 27001, the information security standard, next to the terms of use, the privacy policy and an accessibility statement.
What customers say
The testimonials lean on service and long relationships. An actress who founded the mindfulness app mymedi calls the service excellent, professional, available and patient, with always someone to talk to. The CEO and owner of another customer business praises the combination of the system with personal, available service. The founder of a business school says Responder has been the school's marketing partner for 15 years, and a business consultancy calls the company more than just another technology vendor. The CEO's own message on the homepage says Responder will help customers rise above the noise of information, trends and channels, market with elegance and build a strong brand that people love.
Who it suits
Responder suits businesses and organizations that work in Hebrew and want email, SMS, landing pages and automations in one account, backed by a support team they can phone or message on WhatsApp. It fits creators, coaches and educators especially well, because Schooler lets them sell and deliver courses from the same system that builds their list, and Kesher adds lead tracking for those who sell services rather than courses. The main caveat is language: the site is written entirely in Hebrew, and so are its training announcements, so it is aimed at teams comfortable working in Hebrew. Plan details sit on a separate pricing page, so budgeting starts there.
