What P.A Việt Nam Email Marketing is

P.A Việt Nam is a Vietnamese provider of domain names, web hosting, cloud servers, business email and online marketing services, and Email Marketing is the campaign-sending product in its marketing range. It lets a business send promotional mail, newsletters and customer updates to its own list and pay a fixed monthly fee for a set number of emails. The product page sums up the offer as reaching millions of potential customers at a reasonable cost, and names three goals for a sender: raising online sales, building brand awareness and keeping in regular contact with customers.

The company lists a southern office in Ho Chi Minh City and a northern office in Hanoi, and its homepage presents it as a pioneering domain registrar in Vietnam, proud of 25 years in business, with nearly 200,000 .VN domains under management. The email marketing page adds that the company has spent "Hơn 25 năm trong lĩnh vực tiếp thị qua Email cho hàng triệu khách hàng" (more than 25 years in email marketing for millions of customers) and that it has held the top position for .VN domain registrations for more than two decades, citing figures from VNNIC, the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center.

Email Marketing sits next to SMS Brandname, Google Ads and Facebook Ads management, a digital transformation package, logo and banner design, and a separate Email Server line for business mailboxes. For a Vietnamese company that already buys its domain or hosting from P.A Việt Nam, the newsletter service is one more item on the same account, billed in dong.

What a sender gets on every plan

The plans differ only in how many emails you may send each month. Every tier, from the smallest to the largest custom package, carries the same list of inclusions on the pricing table:

  • one email address
  • unlimited HTML templates
  • unlimited customer information, meaning there is no stated cap on the contact records you store
  • many ready-made samples for tests and surveys
  • detailed statistics

The page describes the interface as easy to use and friendly, built so a user can create, manage and track email campaigns without much technical knowledge. Reporting gets its own point in the list of reasons to choose the company: accurate and detailed results after each campaign, shown through visual statistics tools that let a business evaluate, compare, analyze and adjust its strategy.

Because the limit is on sends rather than on subscribers, a business with a large but rarely mailed list pays the same as one with a small list mailed often, as long as the monthly total fits the plan. The FAQ covers moving up: if you need to send more than your current package allows, you can upgrade at any time, and you pay the difference when the higher plan costs more than the balance left on the current one.

The FAQ also sets out what a customer needs before the first send. You need your own domain name, a good quality email list aimed at a specific audience, and content that is clear, useful and relevant to the people receiving it. The own-domain requirement fits the rest of the company's business, since the domain and the sending account can come from the same provider.

Deliverability and list hygiene guidance

The product FAQ gives short guidance on staying out of spam and junk folders. Collect addresses from people who actively sign up and are interested in your content, avoid buying email lists or collecting data in improper ways, and make sure every email complies with the relevant legal regulations.

Two FAQ entries explain bounce reporting. A hard bounce is an email that failed permanently, caused by an address that is wrong or does not exist, by security restrictions applied by the recipient's ISP or organization, or by a recipient account that has been suspended or disabled; the page calls it the more serious of the two because the message will never reach that address. A soft bounce is a temporary refusal, such as a full inbox or a passing network or mail server error, and the message may go through on a later send. For a sender reading its statistics after a campaign, this tells you which addresses to remove and which to retry.

Plans and prices

The pricing table lists eight packages, each billed per month in Vietnamese dong:

  • Email Marketing #2: 340,000 đ for 10,000 emails a month

  • Email Marketing #Custom: 15,960,000 đ for 1,000,000 emails a month

Two notes sit under the table. Prices do not include VAT, and the company advises registering for at least three months to get the most out of the cost and the campaign. The table shows no free plan or trial for the email marketing product.

Who the product page is written for

The page lists six industries that it says should use email marketing, each with a concrete use:

  • Advertising: announcing new campaigns, products or special services, offers for advertising partners and new technology trends in the field.
  • Insurance: introducing new policies, explaining benefits and reminding customers of important events such as regular health checks, with the aim of closing sales faster.
  • Real estate: announcing new projects or projects under development and keeping in touch with current and prospective buyers.
  • Finance and banking: regular updates on financial markets and key indicators, and advice by email on personal financial planning, debt management and investment.
  • Travel and resorts: promoting new destinations, tour programs and experiences, and announcing discounts and resort packages.
  • Study abroad and postgraduate education: admissions policies, scholarship levels, registration and visa steps, and research opportunities for prospective students.

A news article on the company's site, dated 16 June 2025, adds three more kinds of sender: online shops that email new products, discount codes and after-sales care; training centers and event organizers that send class reminders, course materials and seminar invitations; and retail and distribution businesses that send regular promotions and product newsletters to loyal customers rather than depending on third-party platforms.

The company's own view of good email practice

That article also sets out what P.A Việt Nam considers the strengths of email marketing and the features of a professional sending service. It argues that email costs much less than paid advertising on Google or Facebook, that one campaign can reach thousands of people with detailed control over timing, content and audience, and that personalization by name, transaction history, location or browsing behavior raises engagement. It describes tracking open rates, clicks, unsubscribes and even reading time, automated email sequences triggered by account signup, a completed order, a birthday or a period of inactivity, abandoned cart reminders and birthday offers, and list management with grouping and tagging so the right message reaches the right people. It presents these as the traits of professional email services in general rather than as a feature list for its own plans.

The same piece names the mistakes it sees most: sending too often in a short period, which drives unsubscribes; failing to segment the list, which sends the wrong content to the wrong people; and skipping checks before a send, such as A/B testing subject lines and content or previewing the message on mobile devices.

Other channels and support

SMS Brandname, sold in the same marketing range, sends text messages under a business's brand name, so a company can pair it with email on one supplier account. The homepage also describes P.A Việt Nam as a senior Google partner in Vietnam for its advertising service.

Support is one of the page's main selling points. It names a 24/7 customer support center on 1900 9477 that it says is online and ready to help at any time, including public holidays and Tết. The site also offers a chat with the sales team and separate sales lines for Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, plus a general address at info@pavietnam.vn. The English version of the product page keeps its pricing notes, FAQ and industry sections in Vietnamese.

Who it suits

P.A Việt Nam suits Vietnamese businesses that want a plain, predictable way to send campaigns: a fixed monthly volume, a price in dong, one sending address, unlimited templates and contact storage, and a local support line that answers around the clock. The sectors the page names, from insurance and real estate to travel and study abroad agencies, are the natural fit, as are shops, training centers and retailers that already host their domain or website with the company.

The volume ladder runs from 5,000 to 1,000,000 emails a month, so a small business can start on the smallest package and move up mid-term by paying the difference. The trade-off is that the product page describes a straightforward sending service rather than a deep automation suite, and it is written for Vietnamese speakers. A team that needs a documented API or complex workflow tools should talk to the sales team before signing up for the three months the company recommends.
