What NutHost's email marketing is

NutHost is a web hosting company, and email marketing is one of the services in its catalog, next to domain registration, web, WordPress, Moodle and PrestaShop hosting, cloud servers and VPS, SSL certificates and a dedicated SMTP service called Cloud SMTP. Its email marketing page sums the product up in one line: "Crea relaciones comerciales a través de campañas de Email Marketing de manera simple" (build business relationships through email marketing campaigns, simply). The service covers campaigns built from templates or a drag-and-drop editor, event-triggered automation, segmentation, website subscription forms, sender management and campaign reports. It is sold two ways: a monthly plan priced by the number of sends, or prepaid credits.

The site is in Spanish and lets a visitor choose a country and currency: Argentina (ARS), Bolivia (USD), Chile (CLP), Colombia (COP), Ecuador (USD), Spain (España, EUR), Mexico (MXN), Paraguay (USD), Peru (PEN), Uruguay (UYU), plus an international version in USD. The Argentine page quotes its plans in pesos. The company's mission statement speaks of supporting "emprendedores y empresas" (entrepreneurs and businesses) with digital services, quality technical assistance and continuous technical development, and its copyright line runs from 2003 to 2026.

Templates and the editor

Campaigns start from NutHost's template library. The page says a sender can customize "más de 100 Plantillas de Email en diferentes categorías" (more than 100 email templates in different categories), and the FAQ describes them as editable and sorted by purpose. A sender who wants their own look can also create their own templates in the drag-and-drop editor, which works by dragging and dropping pre-formatted modules. The FAQ says the editor needs no technical knowledge.

Personalization goes down to the individual subscriber. The FAQ says emails can carry a subscriber's first name, last name or other custom data through dynamic tags ("etiquetas dinámicas"), which it says makes messages more relevant and more likely to be opened. A separate feature, listed simply as Plantillas, lets the sender customize the emails that subscribers receive when they join a list, so the first message a new sign-up gets carries the sender's own wording and design.

Automation, segmentation and forms

Automation is event-based. The page says a sender can schedule "infinidad de tareas" (countless tasks) that run automatically on six events: subscription, unsubscription, an anniversary, an email open, a click, and a web event. A subscription trigger covers the classic welcome message, an anniversary trigger covers a yearly date, and open and click triggers let a follow-up respond to what a subscriber did with the previous email. The features list describes the aim as strengthening customer relationships by automating sending tasks from events.

Segmentation lets the sender create criteria to manage lists or carry out actions on the subscribers that match, so a campaign or an automation can go to part of a list instead of all of it.

Forms connect a website to the lists. NutHost generates a subscription form that the sender copies and pastes into their site as code, and the FAQ frames it as a way to grow the subscriber list: a visitor who signs up on the site lands in the sender's list.

Moving an existing list over is covered in the FAQ too: subscribers can be imported from a CSV file or through an API connection.

Senders, reports and support

Under sender management ("Manejo de Remitentes") a customer creates and administers the sender addresses it mails from, and the page says SPF and DKIM are verified automatically. For a business sending from several addresses or brands, that means each new sender is checked without a separate manual step. NutHost also publishes an anti-spam policy and a form for reporting abuse, and the email marketing page carries articles on writing campaign copy, avoiding spam filters, and raising open and click rates.

Campaign reports cover deliverability, opens, clicks and conversions for each send. The page frames them as a learning tool: the data from one campaign report shows what to change in the next.

For senders who need a relay rather than a campaign tool, the same page points to Cloud SMTP, NutHost's dedicated SMTP service, which is a separate product in its catalog.

Support is listed as "Soporte Profesional 7x24x365", with "Asistencia técnica real y en tu Idioma" (real technical assistance, in your language), and the FAQ lists that support among the features of every email marketing plan. The site also offers a contact form, contact by WhatsApp and a help center.

Plans priced by monthly sends

The first model is a monthly plan by number of sends. The FAQ says it lets a customer send a set number of emails per month to an unlimited subscriber list, and a separate answer confirms there is no limit on list size with the monthly plans. On the Argentine page the tiers are:

  • 1,000 sends: "Gratis 30 días!" (free for 30 days)
  • 1,500 sends: ARS 6,800 a month
  • 2,500 sends: ARS 9,800 a month
  • 6,000 sends: ARS 19,500 a month
  • 10,000 sends: ARS 24,800 a month
  • 20,000 sends: ARS 42,000 a month
  • 50,000 sends: ARS 66,000 a month
  • 100,000 sends: ARS 126,000 a month
  • 150,000 sends: ARS 169,000 a month
  • 200,000 sends: ARS 225,000 a month
  • 500,000 sends: ARS 410,000 a month

Above that, the page invites larger senders to get in touch ("¿Necesita más envíos? Consultar"). The 1,000-send tier is the way to try the service: the page marks it free for 30 days, which makes it a trial rather than a permanent free plan.

Prepaid credit packs

The second model is prepaid credits, which the FAQ says a customer buys and spends on sends whenever needed. With credits, the FAQ adds, the number of subscribers a customer can keep depends on the amount of credits bought. The Argentine price list:

  • 5,000 credits: ARS 24,000
  • 10,000 credits: ARS 30,000
  • 25,000 credits: ARS 60,000
  • 50,000 credits: ARS 78,000
  • 100,000 credits: ARS 150,000
  • 250,000 credits: ARS 330,000
  • 500,000 credits: ARS 480,000
  • 1,000,000 credits: ARS 915,000
  • 1,500,000 credits: ARS 1,200,000
  • 2,500,000 credits: ARS 1,920,000
  • 3,000,000 credits: ARS 2,190,000

Larger quantities are quoted on request ("¿Necesita más créditos? Consultar"). The FAQ says every email marketing plan includes the same feature set: the professional templates, the drag-and-drop editor, event automation, segmentation, subscription forms, sender management with automatic SPF and DKIM verification, and professional support. A customer choosing between the two models is choosing a billing rhythm, not a feature tier.

Who it suits

NutHost's email marketing fits a small or mid-sized business that already buys its domain or hosting from NutHost, or that wants one Spanish-speaking provider for its website and its newsletters. The monthly send plans suit a sender with a steady rhythm and a growing list, since list size is unlimited and the price follows the number of sends. Credits suit a business that mails a few times a year and would rather buy a pack than pay every month. A shop or service business gets welcome and anniversary automation, open and click follow-ups and a copy-and-paste subscription form without any development work, and a customer with several brands or departments can run them from separate verified senders.

The feature descriptions on the page are short, one or two lines each, so a team planning elaborate multi-step journeys will want to use the free 30-day tier to see how far the event automation goes before committing to a larger plan.
