What Newsleopard is
Newsleopard (電子豹) is a Taiwanese email marketing and SMS platform run by 快豹科技有限公司 (Kuaibao Technology Co., Ltd.). It sends newsletters, promotional campaigns and automated member communications, and adds SMS, a one-page landing page builder, AI content generation and email and SMS APIs for developers. The site's structured data gives an address in 台北市信義區, and the homepage says the company has handled email sending for 15,000 domestic and international businesses, well-known online retailers and international associations.
The homepage calls the service "企業首選的 AI 數位溝通服務" (the AI digital communication service businesses choose first) and pitches one interface that runs from web page design, list collection and member management through AI brand content, automated marketing and performance tracking. The site is in Traditional Chinese, and the support contact in the structured data lists Chinese and English as available languages.
What a sender gets
Email campaigns and the editor. The email product is described as enterprise newsletter marketing for precise remarketing and member loyalty. Campaigns are built in a no-code drag-and-drop design tool backed by a template and asset library, and the homepage promises a simple interface for sending both email and SMS to members.
AI generation. The AI features are central to how the site presents itself. The "AI 生成 EDM" feature reads the brand first, then generates a complete newsletter from one sentence, including subject line, copy, product images and layout, which the sender can edit in the AI email editor and send directly. The homepage walks through the flow: pick the brand and content context, describe the email or apply a scenario template such as a limited-time flash discount or a new product launch, and press generate. A separate AI content optimization assistant takes pasted email content and suggests several improvements from the subject and preview text through to the call to action. For teams that work with AI agents, an "AI Agent 擴充套件" (AI agent extension) offers MCP and an API Skill so that a conversation in an AI tool can drive Newsleopard's functions.
Automation. A visual marketing automation designer lets a sender place content at each touchpoint of the customer journey, with the aim of raising conversions, repeat purchases and retention. The company's blog post on remarketing describes the uses it has in mind: re-engagement emails for lapsed customers, transactional notices such as registration confirmations, orders and invoices, welcome series, birthday and holiday greetings, product launches and feedback surveys.
Forms, landing pages and list quality. The one-page landing page tool builds campaign and subscription pages that can be published at once. The blog recommends pairing a dedicated subscription page with a form and automation, so a new subscriber receives a welcome email as soon as they sign up. An email list check ("Email 名單健檢") tests list validity and filters out high-risk invalid addresses to lower bounces. The homepage adds that a blacklist and whitelist database and an invalid-address filter maintain list quality automatically.
SMS and APIs. SMS marketing sits beside email in the same account, and the blog post frames the two as a dual-channel approach for campaigns, important notices and appointment reminders. The Email API and SMS API are "專為開發者設計" (designed for developers), for sending email and SMS in bulk through an API and integrating with any system, and the site publishes API documentation. The blog also mentions A/B testing of subject lines, copy and image design, and segmenting lists by campaign activity or list fields.
Sending performance and add-on services
The homepage makes three delivery claims under the heading about poor sending quality. It says the system can send a single campaign to a list of 500 萬 (five million) addresses without splitting it, that its long-built sender reputation lets it send ten thousand emails in one minute ("1 分鐘寄送一萬封"), and that its filtering gives a "99 % 成功到達率" (99% successful delivery rate).
Three paid add-on services sit on top of the software. A branded email service registers a domain and handles the technical setup and sender authentication. The blog links this to the sender authentication, spam rate and one-click unsubscribe rules that Google and Yahoo introduced, and says the team helps customers without their own domain complete authentication. A newsletter consulting service offers strategy, optimization advice and in-house corporate training, and an EDM design service produces custom newsletter designs.
Pricing and the free credits
Pricing is a prepaid send package model ("封數方案"). The pricing FAQ on the homepage explains that a customer opens the "購買" (purchase) page in the Newsleopard back end, picks a package, fills in the required details and pays, and the credit is added automatically within 10 minutes. Two payment methods are offered, online credit card and bank ATM transfer. Buyers who need more than the listed prices can ask for a project quote. The homepage FAQ does not reproduce the package prices themselves, and the footer links to a discounted plan for nonprofit organizations.
The free trial is credit-based rather than time-based. Registering an account, passing KYC data verification and activating the email service gives 50 free emails. SMS needs separate real-name verification, with a copy of the company registration form and the responsible person's ID, and then gives 50 free text messages.
The terms around unused credit matter for occasional senders. Packages have no expiry as long as the account keeps sending, but if an account has no sending record for a full year, its remaining send credits are reclaimed. Purchased packages are not refundable. The company also states that it suspends accounts suspected of impersonation, spam, violent or pornographic content, or breaches of personal data or intellectual property law.
Support and track record
The homepage describes a customer success department as its point of pride, running two free seminars each month, and cites an average satisfaction survey score of 4.5. The structured data gives support hours of 09:30 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. The resources menu lists a blog, an FAQ, video tutorials, the API documentation and free ebooks.
Case studies on the homepage include a wedding magazine that serves content to 100,000 couples a year, 貝克街 (Baker Street), a chocolate cake online store with annual sales of 5000 萬 (50 million), WeMo Scooter with a 65% open rate, and justfont, whose typeface crowdfunding the site credits with a 640-fold return from newsletters. The site says 15+ media outlets have covered the company, naming 數位時代 (Business Next), 今周刊 (Business Today) and 未來商務 (Future Commerce), and states its aim of being the leading brand for email marketing in Taiwan.
Who it suits
Newsleopard fits Taiwanese businesses that want email and SMS in one Chinese-language account: online retailers running member marketing, brands that send large lists and value fast sending, and teams without a designer who want the AI generator to produce a first draft. The prepaid package model suits senders with irregular volume, since credits do not lapse while the account stays active, and the 50 free emails and 50 free texts let a team test before buying. Developers get email and SMS APIs, and teams working with AI agents get MCP access.
The limits are practical. The purchase terms rule out refunds and reclaim credits after a year without sending, so a buyer should size the package to real volume. Both the free trial and SMS require company verification, which suits a registered business better than a hobby newsletter. A team that works only in English will find the site and its materials written in Traditional Chinese.
