What netSEO is
netSEO is a Romanian digital marketing agency, trading as NET SEO MEDIA SRL, that runs its own email marketing and newsletter sending platform alongside SEO, paid ads, CS-Cart store builds, SMS and WhatsApp services. Its email page describes a "Platformă Email Marketing & trimitere newsletter profesională" (a professional email marketing and newsletter sending platform) used for regular newsletters, automated emails, promotional campaigns, advanced segmentation and detailed reporting. The homepage says the company is in Bragadiru, Ilfov, works with clients across Romania, and collaborates remote-first with online meetings and regular reporting.
What sets it apart from a self-serve tool is the agency layer. Asked whether it offers only sending or strategy too, the FAQ answers with a full package of strategy, copywriting, design, automations, sending and reporting, "sau doar infrastructura tehnică" (or only the technical infrastructure). A customer can therefore buy the platform on its own or hand the whole channel to the team.
What a sender gets
The FAQ says the service runs on netSEO's own platform plus integrations with external systems, with support for SMTP, an API, a template builder and automations. That combination covers both a marketer who wants to design campaigns in a builder and a store or application that needs to hand mail to a relay or an API.
The email page groups the work into five campaign types:
- Regular newsletters: periodic campaigns carrying news, promotions and educational content to keep subscribers engaged.
- Automated emails: welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement and post-purchase flows, described as trigger-based flows.
- Promotional campaigns: limited offers, product launches and seasonal pushes, with responsive design and an optimized call to action.
- Advanced segmentation: dynamic lists built on behavior, RFM (recency, frequency, monetary value) and interests, so each segment gets its own message.
- A/B testing and optimization: tests on subject lines, content and send time to improve open and click rates over time.
The store connection is the part most relevant to online shops. Asked whether it can integrate with an online store, the FAQ answers yes, syncing customers, orders, abandoned carts and RFM segments directly from CS-Cart, WooCommerce "sau alte platforme" (or other platforms). netSEO also builds and hosts CS-Cart stores, so a CS-Cart merchant gets email, store and notifications from one supplier.
The page lays out a six-step process for new customers. It starts with a list and deliverability audit (list quality, bounce rate, spam score, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, segmentation opportunities). Setup follows, covering the sending platform, the store or CRM integration and lead capture forms on the website. Template design comes next: a responsive template matched to the brand, a GDPR compliant legal footer and testing on several devices. The fourth step builds the automations (welcome, abandoned cart and win-back flows, behavioral triggers, dynamic content personalization). Then comes the launch, with an editorial calendar, A/B tests on subject and call to action, and deliverability monitoring. The last step is optimization and scaling, which means analysis of opens, clicks and conversions, refined segments, and growing the list and send frequency.
Other channels sit beside email. The SMS Marketing service covers promotional, transactional and fallback messages. WhatsApp Marketing runs notifications and campaigns on WhatsApp Business through the company's netSEO Connect, including a CS-Cart add-on that maps order statuses to messages. The email page carries two comparison tables that explain the split: email for nurturing and content-rich offers, SMS for flash sales, reminders and critical alerts, WhatsApp for store status updates and conversations where the customer may reply.
Plans and pricing
Pricing is a monthly subscription by send volume ("Abonament lunar trimiteri"). Unused sends do not roll over to the next month. Five plans are listed, each priced in euros plus VAT per month:
- Up to 5,000 sends, 15 €: the newsletter sending platform, delivery reporting and setup support.
- Up to 10,000 sends, 29 €: list segmentation, responsive templates and basic automations.
- Up to 50,000 sends, 49 €, marked "Popular": campaigns and automations, A/B testing and store integration.
- Up to 100,000 sends, 69 €: high volumes, deliverability monitoring and priority support.
- Up to 200,000 sends, 99 €: maximum standard capacity, advanced automations and detailed reporting.
The page states the annual option plainly: "Abonament anual: preț ×2, trimiteri valabile 12 luni (fără reportare în anul următor)", that is, an annual subscription costs twice the monthly price, and the sends are valid for 12 months with nothing carried into the following year. Prices are expressed in euros without VAT and calculated at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) exchange rate on the invoice date unless stated otherwise, which matters for a Romanian company paying in lei.
Two things follow from the table. The feature list grows with the tier, so A/B testing and the store integration appear from the 50,000 plan, and advanced automations and detailed reporting appear on the 200,000 plan. And the annual bundle suits a sender with uneven volume: paying double the monthly price buys a year's validity on the tier's sends rather than a monthly allowance that expires. The page does not describe a free plan or a trial; the call to action is a platform demo and a free consultation.
Deliverability, compliance and track record
Asked how it ensures deliverability, the FAQ lists SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, IP warm-up, list hygiene, bounce and spam monitoring, and CAN-SPAM and GDPR best practices. Asked whether the service complies with GDPR, it answers "Da" (yes) and names double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe, data processing under the privacy policy and documented consent.
The page shows several performance figures. The hero cites an average open rate of 38,2%, and the trust panel lists 38% as the average client open rate, 10+ years of experience in email and automation, 8M+ emails sent per year and 100+ active campaigns. The process panel shows deliverability at 98% and ROI at 42:1. The FAQ is more measured on open rates: they depend on the niche and list quality, and clients reach 30–45% with segmentation and relevant content.
The agency lists certifications that relate to the wider business rather than to email: Meta Business, Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads partner status, Google Partner, and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certificates. The homepage reports a 24h average support response time and a reply within one working day for audit requests, and gives a phone line. The site's structured data lists Romanian as the available language, and the site itself is in Romanian.
Who it suits
netSEO fits a Romanian online store, especially one on CS-Cart or WooCommerce, that wants newsletters, abandoned cart and post-purchase flows fed by live order data, and would rather have an agency set the channel up than learn a tool alone. The send bundles are inexpensive for small and mid-sized lists, and moving from the 50,000 plan at 49 € to the 200,000 plan at 99 € is a modest step. A business that already runs SEO, ads or its store with netSEO gets email from the same team, with SMS and WhatsApp available when a message needs to arrive quickly.
It is a narrower fit for a sender outside Romania, since the site and its support are in Romanian and prices follow the BNR exchange rate. A solo newsletter writer who wants a self-serve account to try before paying will find no free tier, and the lower plans hold back A/B testing and store integration until the 50,000 tier. For a Romanian shop that values a hands-on partner over a do-it-yourself dashboard, those are fair trade-offs.
