Neolo
Tap a star to rate
Neolo is a web hosting, domain and website-builder company, in business since 2002 by its own account, that also sells an email marketing service for newsletters and campaigns. This listing covers the Argentine version of that service, which its page presents as "Plataforma de Email Marketing fácil de usar" (an easy-to-use email marketing platform): senders build newsletters and campaigns from professional templates, send them to their own contacts, and follow the results in full statistics, with support in Spanish. Every plan on the Argentina page is priced in Argentine pesos and sized by the number of contacts, while the number of sends is left unlimited.
What a sender gets
The page describes the service in four short blocks. Under "Cloud Email Marketing" it says the servers always run in the cloud, with no interruptions to sending. "Plantillas profesionales" promises hundreds of templates to choose from, so a sender does not need to hire a designer. "Estadísticas detalladas" (detailed statistics) tells the sender how many emails went out, how many were opened and where readers clicked, "y mucho más" (and much more). "Mobile Friendly" says campaigns will look right on smartphones and tablets.
Each plan card then lists what the plan includes. All six carry the same core: an online template editor ("Editor de templates online"), full statistics ("Estadísticas completas") and "Asesoramiento de campañas", campaign advice from Neolo. The cards of the three smallest plans also name mailing-list upload ("Subida de listas de correo"). Taken together, the workflow the page lays out is short: bring a contact list, choose one of the templates and adjust it in the online editor, send to the list, then read opens and clicks in the statistics, with Neolo's staff on hand for advice on the campaign itself.
The page also makes a volume claim for the service as a whole: "Más de 5 millones de emails por mes", more than 5 million emails a month.
The Argentina page names no automation workflows, segmentation tools, API or integrations for the email service. It presents a newsletter and campaign sender rather than a marketing automation suite.
Plans and prices
The pricing block is headed "Planes de Email Marketing" and states "Precios en pesos argentinos · ARS". Billing is monthly, and the page says a customer can change plan at any time. A toggle offers annual billing marked "Anual 20% OFF". The six monthly plans, as printed:
- Mailing 1K: 1,000 contacts, unlimited sends, $10 a month
- Mailing 2.5K: 2,500 contacts, unlimited sends, $24 a month
- Mailing 5K: 5,000 contacts, unlimited sends, $45 a month
- Mailing 10K: 10,000 contacts, unlimited sends, $75 a month
- Mailing 20K: 20,000 contacts, unlimited sends, $138 a month
- Mailing 50K: 50,000 contacts, unlimited sends, $276 a month
The FAQ fills in the rules around those numbers. Sends are unlimited on every plan up to 100,000 contacts; it is the number of contacts that is capped, according to the plan chosen. There is no minimum contract, and a customer can cancel whenever they like. A sender who goes over the plan's contact limit is not cut off: "En minutos hacemos el upgrade de tu plan y continuás enviando sin problemas", Neolo upgrades the plan within minutes and sending carries on.
Each card carries a "Comprar sin riesgo" (buy without risk) button, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The page says that a customer who is not satisfied within the first 30 days gets the full amount back, "Sin preguntas, sin burocracia" (no questions, no red tape), with no fine print, no hidden charges and the refund made within 24 business hours.
Payment options are wide. The page lists Mercado Pago, Pagofácil, Rapipago, Banco Nación, Banco Galicia, BBVA, Santander, HSBC, Naranja X, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Bitcoin, Tether (USDT), BNB, Zelle and bank transfer, and says Neolo accepts the most popular methods of the region plus cryptocurrencies and international payments.
The company behind it
The email page sums up the company in four figures: "Desde 2002" with 23 years in the market, more than 10,000 active customers, a presence in more than 20 countries, and a Trustpilot score of 4.7 out of 5, labelled verified reputation. The header adds "+10.000 clientes en 79 países", more than 10,000 customers in 79 countries, and a Trustpilot rating of "Excelente". The footer describes Neolo as web hosting, domains and tools for entrepreneurs and companies since 2002.
Neolo runs country sites across the Americas, from Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Brazil to the United States, and in Europe, including Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Ireland, the UK, Romania and Switzerland, plus an international Spanish site priced in USD. The global home page, titled "Domains, Web Hosting & AI Website Builder", gives the legal name SIGMUND LLC with an address in Sheridan, WY, USA.
Email marketing is one product among many. The same menus sell domain registration in more than 300 extensions, shared hosting with cPanel, VPS and dedicated servers, managed WordPress, reseller hosting, an AI website builder and online store, SSL certificates and backups. On the mailbox side Neolo offers professional email on the customer's own domain with unlimited mailboxes, and resells Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Support
Support is advertised as "Soporte 24/7 en español", and the plan section adds "Soporte humano + IA", human support combined with AI. Questions go through a contact form under the line "Escribinos que respondemos rápido" (write to us, we answer fast), and the footer links help guides and a blog. The footer also links terms, privacy and GDPR pages.
Who it suits
Neolo's email marketing fits an Argentine small business or entrepreneur that wants a simple newsletter and campaign sender billed in pesos, paid with the local methods it already uses, and free of a long contract. Because the price follows the list size and sends are unlimited, a shop or association with a stable list can mail it as often as it likes without the bill moving. Hundreds of templates, an online editor and campaign advice included in every plan suit a team without a designer, and the 30-day guarantee lowers the cost of trying it. Customers already hosting a site or a domain with Neolo can keep their email marketing with the same provider and the same Spanish-language support.
It is a weaker fit for a team that needs automated sequences, an API for application mail, or ready-made connections to a store or CRM, since the page presents none of these. Lists above 50,000 contacts sit beyond the largest plan card, even though the FAQ speaks of unlimited sends up to 100,000 contacts.
