What Mtalkz is
Mtalkz is a cloud communications company from Noida, India, trading as Mtalkz Mobility Services (P) Ltd., and bulk email is one of the channels it sells alongside SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and voice. Its email page is headed "India's Trusted Email Marketing Service Provider" and promises "Targeted Bulk Emails: High Open Rates, Timely Updates & Personalized Campaigns". Three uses are named up front: customized bulk email campaigns for engagement, automated bulk emails for timely reminders, and transactional bulk email to improve the customer experience.
The company's FAQ describes its portfolio as "Bulk SMS, Voice Call, Bulk Email Marketing, WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp Chatbot, RCS Messaging, and Marketing Automation", and elsewhere adds Truecaller messaging and IVR. The email page says Mtalkz is "Trusted by 2000+ Businesses", and the FAQ names its client base as fintech start-ups, e-commerce companies, manufacturing firms, digital marketing agencies and SaaS aggregators.
Two ways to send: panel and API
The email page splits the service into two modes. "Panel-based Services" are for teams sending from a web interface: the example given is education, managing communication with students, parents and faculty, sending newsletters, schedules and invitations and tracking engagement, with finance and real estate communications also named. "API Integration" is for systems that send on their own: "Automate transactional emails for e-commerce orders, send travel updates, and healthcare reminders using personalized API integration."
In the panel, the FAQ says you can use pre-designed templates or "use the drag-and-drop feature to design and upload your HTML file and start sending the bulk emails." The feature list describes ready-made designs "you can tweak fast" to keep the look and feel consistent across campaigns.
Segmentation, personalization and scheduling
Segmentation is described in practical terms: "You can group your students, prospects, or subscribers by things like course, interest, geography, or engagement." The FAQ adds demographics, behavior and previous interactions as criteria, and location and user activity for targeted campaigns. Personalization covers "names, course details, past interactions", so each email reads as written for its reader rather than as a mass blast.
Scheduling lets you set reminders, follow-ups, newsletters "(or fee alerts!)" that the service sends automatically on the date and time you choose.
Automation and testing
The page says Mtalkz "offers robust automation for welcome emails, abandoned carts, and follow-ups", and the FAQ describes automation that sends "based on customer behavior or predefined schedules." A/B testing is named among the features in the cost section, alongside segmentation and automated workflows. The FAQ also confirms that campaigns can carry attachments, "documents, images, or other files".
Deliverability and reporting
The feature list names deliverability tools that "help your email avoid spam folders, manage bounces, ensure proper sender authentication (so that your domain looks trusted), and maintain good inbox placement." When emails bounce or fail, "you get alerts", so a sender can fix a bad address or a broken campaign quickly. The FAQ advises obtaining explicit consent, using verified lists and including an unsubscribe option, and says Mtalkz sends through "secure, compliant servers".
Reporting covers "Open rates, click rates, unsubscribes, and heat maps" in real time, and the FAQ adds click-through, bounce and unsubscribe rates as built-in analytics. The benefits list in the FAQ mentions tracking opens, links clicked, unsubscribes, bounced emails and replies.
SMTP server and email API
For volume senders, Mtalkz runs an "SMTP Server for Bulk Emails". The page says it handles "promotional offers, newsletters, or transactional emails" at high volume and says it integrates with existing platforms, so an existing application or mailing tool can relay through it.
The "Email APIs by Mtalkz" section shows the developer side in code: a JSON POST to a sendEmail endpoint, with samples in cURL, PHP, Python and JavaScript. The request carries a user name and password, a customer reference, HTML and plain-text bodies, subject, from address and name, reply-to, recipient, an option to include a footer, and attachments sent as Base64. The sample itself is a salary slip with a PDF attached, which makes clear the API is meant for transactional documents as much as for marketing mail. The FAQ adds that the APIs "are designed for easy integration with CRM, ERP, and other business tools", and the company says its platform integrates with e-commerce platforms, CRMs and plugins, without naming them on these pages.
Pricing, credits and trial
The pricing block on the email page shows a channel switcher (transactional SMS, OTP SMS, promotional SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS, email, IVR) with monthly or yearly billing and "Save 10%" on yearly. The plans it prints are SMS plans: Starter at ₹ 5750 /month for 50,000 SMS (₹ 0.115 per message), Growth at ₹ 11000 /month for 100,000 SMS (₹ 0.11 per message) and Enterprise at ₹ 50000 /month for 500,000 SMS (₹ 0.1 per message). The email tab's prices are not printed, and the FAQ answers the cost question with "Contact our sales team for customized plans based on your messaging needs."
Every plan, the page says, includes access to the API, documentation and basic support, and custom plans get volume-based pricing. The complimentary benefits listed with every plan are free SMS DLT registration, 1000 free OTP SMS, and free RCS and WhatsApp Business (WABA) onboarding.
For email specifically, the page speaks of "free bulk email tools" and a "free trial free bulk email sender" for sending mass emails. The risk-free offer lists up to 50,000 free credits for SMS, WhatsApp and RCS (terms apply), free trial access to its messaging services, API integration and 24×7 support.
Security, support and company claims
The FAQ says "We are ISO 27001, 9001, VAPT and CERTIN certified" and that the company complies with industry standards for data security. The home page prints marketing figures for the company as a whole, most of them about SMS: a "99.9% Uptime Guarantee", "2,000 +" happy customers, "1 B+" messages sent daily and "8 +" years of excellence. These are the company's claims, not audited figures.
Support is 24/7: the FAQ says "Our team provides 24×7 assistance to help you integrate and optimize our services", starter SMS plans list 24/7 email support, and higher plans add phone and priority support and a dedicated account manager. The FAQ also says the platform offers "a degree of customization" for specific business needs. The company sits at 91 Springboard, Sector 1, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Who it suits
Mtalkz suits an Indian business that already sends, or plans to send, SMS, WhatsApp or OTP messages and wants bulk and transactional email from the same vendor: a school sending fee alerts and schedules, a fintech company sending payment reminders and alerts, a logistics or D2C company sending order and delivery updates. The JSON email API with attachments suits a developer sending payslips and other documents from an in-house system, and the SMTP server covers applications that already speak SMTP. The panel with templates, drag-and-drop design and HTML upload covers marketers who want to send newsletters without code.
It suits less a sender outside India, since the whole offer, from rupee pricing to DLT registration support, is built around the Indian market, or a buyer who wants a published email price list before talking to sales.
