What Mindbaz is

Mindbaz is a French email platform for media companies and businesses that send email in volume. Its English blog describes it as "the solution for media and companies that send mass emails, with a customer support team specialized in email deliverability." The French home page sums up the pitch as starting quickly and sending for the long run ("Démarrez rapidement, envoyez durablement"), with a made-to-measure "canon à emails", an email cannon, as the promise. Besides email, the solutions menu lists Mindbaz SMS, a set of deliverability features, email training and email audits. The footer gives two offices, one in Lille, France, and a coworking address in Barcelona, and the site runs in French, English, Spanish and Italian. The home page says its email marketing experts have been supporting customers since 2013 and that 15 billion emails are sent each year ("15 milliards d’emails envoyés chaque année").

Media roots

Coralie Ladent, co-founder and managing director, explains on the home page that the team's past in media shapes the product. Before working as an email campaign router, she writes, the company took part in monetizing digital media such as CuisineAZ, Météocity, Passeport Santé, Radins.com, Deezer.com, Promovacances and Maximiles, and the team comes from several corners of email marketing. She says the result is a solution that media companies and advertising agencies can both use. That background runs through the feature set: the home page talks about monetizing your email audience and your databases, and about automating the creation of profitable newsletters to drive more traffic.

Sending and targeting

The home page stresses how easy the platform is to pick up. It says you can send your first campaigns without trouble and monetize your email audience, and that since its platform was rebuilt Mindbaz stands out for how quickly new users find their way around it. Six headline promises frame the offer: tailored support and services, simple connections to your own tools, dedicated deliverability features, a GDPR-compliant French tool, efficient content management for your email strategy, and a targeting and segmentation engine described as "puissant, rapide et intuitif" (powerful, fast and intuitive).

Targeting is the feature the site singles out. It says the targeting module is particularly appreciated by customers for improving their results and that you can master it quickly. Mindbaz also lets you insert dynamic editorial and advertising content into your emails, which suits a publisher that sells ad space inside its newsletters.

A tourism article on the blog shows what the company means by segmentation in practice. It replaces a single unfiltered list with segments built on season, destination and behavior, swaps a generic subject line for a specific one, and adds inspiring content with a clear call to action. The article's before and after table puts the open rate at 11% before and 27% after optimizing with Mindbaz, and the click rate at 1.2% before and 6.8% after, as an illustration of that approach rather than an average.

AI subject lines

One AI feature is named: subject line generation. The home page says you can create personalized subject lines for your audience with artificial intelligence without leaving your campaign, and describes the feature as "Sécurisée, gratuite et intuitive" (secure, free and intuitive). The footer carries a separate page on AI at Mindbaz ("IA et Mindbaz").

Deliverability

Deliverability is the thread of the whole site, down to a home page title that promises an email solution to boost your deliverability ("booster votre délivrabilité"). The home page says the teams have ties of more than 10 years with French mailbox providers and want to share their good practices with customers. Three promises sit in the monetization section: send campaigns only to valid addresses, keep control of your deliverability and your reputation, and automate profitable newsletters. The footer lists a list cleaning service ("Nettoyage de fichiers") and an email shield product ("Bouclier emailing") next to the email and SMS products, and the solutions menu adds email audits and a page of deliverability features. The English blog adds that the team "has also developed specific features to help you optimize the number of emails that reach your inbox."

The home page also points to the company's standing in the trade: it says its presence in bodies such as Signal, DMA (Alliance Digitale) and CPA strengthens the expertise it brings to customers. The blog follows the same line. Its double opt-in article recommends a confirmation email as a practice that improves list quality, reduces complaints and helps long-term deliverability, notes that the confirmation step is mandatory in the specific case of Germany, and suggests pairing it with a preference center where subscribers pick the type, topics and frequency of the email they receive.

Data location and compliance

The home page calls Mindbaz "Un outil RGPD compliant et français", a GDPR-compliant French tool, and says its French data centers are monitored around the clock ("Des datacenters français monitorés 24h/24 et 7j/7"). The footer links pages on GDPR and data protection. For a European sender that wants its subscriber data handled by a French provider in French data centers, those are the statements the site makes.

Integrations and migration

The home page says you can connect your tools to Mindbaz easily so that it becomes your email cannon, retrieve all your statistics to follow your results, and count on its teams to guide your migration so the switch stays simple for your staff. A link asks which tools are already connected to Mindbaz ("Quels outils sont déjà connectés à Mindbaz ?"), though the home page itself names none.

Support, training and customers

Support is built around advice. A testimonial from Rémy Fertin, CTO of Mes Opinions, says his team is advised all year round with fixed meetings plus others on request, which lets it adjust very quickly; he reports signature rates between 30% and 50% and a newsletter open rate that climbs to 50%. The heading above it says customers have used Mindbaz for their emails for 10 years. The footer links customer reviews from The Value Factory, Fomento, MeilleurTaux, MesOpinions and Croq de Prisma Digital. Resources include a blog, ebooks, recap sheets, a podcast, case studies and an email glossary, and email training is offered as its own service.

The home page shows no prices. It invites you to request a demo or talk about your project, promises "Sans engagement" (no commitment), and its contact form asks when the team can call you.

Who it suits

Mindbaz suits media companies, publishers and advertising agencies that send newsletters to large audiences, want to earn from them with editorial and advertising content, and care most about reaching the inbox at French mailbox providers. A team that wants hands-on advice through regular meetings, with training and audits on top, gets a service model built around exactly that, and senders who want their email tool to be French and GDPR compliant will find it stated plainly. An SMS product sits alongside for teams that want a second channel from the same provider. The trade-off is that buying starts with a conversation: prices come through a demo or a call, so a small business that wants to compare plans and sign up on its own should expect to talk to the team first.
