What Migomail is
Migomail is an email marketing and deliverability platform that sends campaign email, lifecycle automation and transactional messages from one account. The home page calls it an "Enterprise Email Marketing Platform" and says it gives "marketing, product, and engineering teams" one place for sending, with the deliverability, attribution and compliance controls that larger operations need. The footer names Rackwave Technologies Pvt. Ltd as the company behind the product. The site's own headline figures are "10,000+ marketers across 40+ countries", "5B+" emails sent, "100+" integrations and a 4.9-star customer rating, which it says rests on 400+ reviews. Its compliance list names India's DPDP Act next to GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL.
Campaigns, templates and lists
Campaigns are built in a drag-and-drop builder that, in the site's words, lets you "Design beautiful emails visually", with no coding required. A template library holds "100+ professionally designed, conversion-ready templates", and personalization runs through dynamic content blocks fed by subscriber data. A/B testing covers subject lines, content and send times. Bulk sending is described as able to "Send millions of emails with high-speed, reliable delivery."
List management covers importing, cleaning and managing subscriber lists, and segmentation works through precision list filters. Before a send, an inbox preview shows how the email renders across 70+ clients and devices, and spam score testing checks the message first. Unsubscribes are one-click, with suppression lists handled automatically. The compliance section adds RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe headers, global suppression lists and subscriber preference centers.
Automation
Automation runs on a visual workflow canvas where you map whole customer journeys by drag and drop. Emails can fire on opens, clicks, purchases or custom events, and the site says the engine takes in real-time behavior, purchase signals and changes in CRM lifecycle stage. Drip campaigns send time-based sequences to nurture leads. Ready-made flow types include welcome series for new subscribers, re-engagement campaigns for dormant ones and sunset flows for the inactive. Conditional logic branches a workflow on subscriber behavior and data, and A/B path testing compares branches. Journeys can also start from REST API triggers, webhook events, custom events, Shopify data, and HubSpot or Salesforce sync.
Deliverability and email security
Deliverability sits at the center of the pitch. The feature list includes one-click DKIM, SPF and DMARC setup, dedicated IPs ("Own your sender reputation with a dedicated IP pool"), guided IP warm-up plans, bounce management that detects and suppresses hard and soft bounces, and blacklist monitoring with a "50+ RBL continuous watch" plus delisting guidance. Tags on the home page also name MX validation, feedback loop integration, BIMI support and Postmaster tools.
The site describes a four-layer stack that it says Migomail builds and operates. The sending layer covers dedicated IP pools, throttling per mailbox provider and feedback loop registration with Gmail, Yahoo and AOL, and the company says it manages the Gmail Postmaster, Yahoo Postmaster and Microsoft SNDS relationships on the customer's behalf. The reputation layer handles bounce suppression, spam trap detection, engagement-based sunset flows and sender score monitoring. In the application layer, campaigns, drip automation and transactional mail run on separate sending streams with independent IP pools, so a weak campaign does not drag down the delivery of receipts, alerts and one-time passwords. The intelligence layer holds attribution, compliance dashboards and reports.
A separate email security line covers hosted DMARC (managed policy, aggregate report processing and phishing visibility), DMARC forensic reports with per-email failure data, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT to enforce encrypted SMTP delivery and flag TLS failures, and threat intelligence alerts when a domain is used for phishing or spoofing. The site offers a free deliverability audit of your domain, covering inbox placement, a DMARC review and a blacklist check, and a migration audit before you switch from another ESP.
On results, the home page claims "99.2% Inbox Placement" and describes a "99.2% Inbox Placement SLA" that it says is backed by a contractual inbox placement SLA. It also says transactional and triggered emails "exit our MTA in under 2 seconds." These are the company's own figures.
Transactional email, API and integrations
Transactional mail such as receipts, alerts and notifications goes out via SMTP or API. The REST API is described as documented and versioned, with official SDKs for Node, Python, PHP, Ruby and Java, a sandbox environment and a "guaranteed API uptime SLA for production integrations." The integrations section also lists staging environments, bidirectional webhook events and an API rate limit SLA, and SMTP relay handles transactional and triggered sends.
The home page claims 100+ native connectors and sets out the main ones in a table. Shopify is a native connector that syncs orders, products and customers for abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back emails. WooCommerce connects by plugin and webhook for order triggers and product recommendations. HubSpot and Salesforce connect through native OAuth for two-way contact sync, deal stage triggers, lead nurture and opportunity alerts. Zapier offers "5,000+ app connections, no-code", and a WordPress plugin captures leads with embedded opt-in forms.
Analytics and compliance
The site says every campaign is tracked from send through open, click, session and purchase. The analytics section lists session-level revenue attribution, multi-touch email contribution, click heat maps per campaign, cohort open and click trends, subscriber lifetime value tracking and automated scheduled reports. Named tools there are a GA4 integration, Shopify revenue tracking, custom UTMs, PDF and CSV export and API reporting.
On compliance, the site says Migomail handles GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and India's DPDP Act, with consent audit trails, double opt-in workflows, data residency controls and GDPR and CAN-SPAM audit dashboards, and a "SOC 2 Ready" tag appears in the same section. The company's GDPR checklist post says a "GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement" is "available on all plans", together with real-time unsubscribe processing and erasure workflow support.
Plans, trial and support
No plan prices appear on the home page; pricing sits on a separate page. The consultation form offers an enterprise plan enquiry, custom pricing for high volume, a white-label solution and an agency partnership as topics, and the footer describes the service as including "Unlimited sends". There is a "Start Free Trial" button next to the free consultation. The consultation form asks for your monthly subscriber count, what you need help with and whether you prefer a call, WhatsApp or email, and it promises: "No credit card. No commitment. We respond within 4 business hours."
The home page says every enterprise account gets "a named deliverability specialist" who monitors sender reputation, reviews warm-up schedules and guides the program as it grows. Self-help material includes a help center, API docs, case studies, the Migomail Academy, a free deliverability course in 7 modules, an RFM segmentation masterclass, an email warm-up calculator that builds a week-by-week IP warm-up schedule and a spam trigger checker that scans subject lines against 500+ trigger words.
Who it suits
Migomail fits e-commerce and SaaS teams sending at real volume who care about inbox placement and want campaigns, automation and transactional mail on one platform with separate sending streams. Shopify and WooCommerce stores get native order and cart triggers, and a sales team working in HubSpot or Salesforce gets two-way sync. Developers get SMTP relay, a versioned REST API and SDKs in five languages. Agencies can ask about white-label and partnership terms, and senders who answer to GDPR, CASL or the DPDP Act will find those rules named on the home page. The caveat is scope: the product is pitched at enterprise operations, with consultations, audits and specialist support at its center, so a small sender who wants a simple newsletter tool with a posted price may find more platform than they need and will have to open the pricing page or talk to sales to see what it costs.
