What Message34 is
Message34 is a Turkish email marketing and multi-channel messaging platform that sends campaigns, newsletters, bulk mail and transactional email, alongside SMS, WhatsApp and Web Push, from one panel. Its email marketing page says the first version of the system was developed in 2013, with the aim of building something that users without technical knowledge could run on their own. Today the company offers two ways to work: run the platform yourself, with support on hand, or let the Message34 team handle design, HTML coding and sending for you. The home page describes the company as an IYS and Meta business partner, and the site is in Turkish with an English version. Its customers, judging by the testimonials, are Turkish institutions and companies, including a government ministry, a capital markets association, a training company and a certification body.
What a sender gets
Campaigns and bulk mail. The email page frames the product as corporate bulk sending to a permission-based list, explicitly not personal Gmail or Outlook sending. Campaigns, reports and IYS checks sit on the same infrastructure. The sending flow it gives is: import the list, choose a template, check IYS compliance and start the send. Campaigns can be sent immediately or scheduled for a later hour. The page separates plain bulk mail (reaching the whole list at once) from email marketing, which adds segments, automation, templates and reporting, and says Message34 offers both.
Editor and templates. The home page promises drag-and-drop design for email, and the email page lists "100+ Hazır Mailing Tasarımı", more than 100 ready-made mailing designs. Personalization uses dynamic fields to tailor each mailing to the recipient.
Segmentation. The home page describes demographic, behavioral and transaction-based filters, and says each segment can get its own channel strategy, so one group might be reached by email and another by SMS or WhatsApp. Lists can be uploaded, split into segments and tagged.
Automation. Marketing automation uses behavioral triggers to send the right message on the right channel at the right time, and a flow builder sets up complex scenarios by drag and drop. The platform menu also lists smart recommendations ("Akıllı Öneriler") and segmentation and grouping.
Reporting. Real-time reports show opens, clicks, conversions and unsubscribes for all channels on one screen, with CSV and API export. The email page adds that the system provides more than 100 reports online after a campaign, and that the team will interpret them with you as a free service.
Delivery options. The menu separates transactional sending, announcements and campaigns, SMTP and OTP. For high-volume output the email page points to the SMTP Relay infrastructure.
Other channels
SMS covers campaigns, announcements, OTP verification, reminders and notifications; the email page says bulk SMS can be managed from the same web system under your organization's own sender title. WhatsApp messages can carry media and buttons, and Message34 describes itself as a Meta Technology Provider partner giving businesses access to the WhatsApp Business API. Web Push sends instant browser notifications to site visitors without an app.
IYS and permissions
IYS (İleti Yönetim Sistemi) is Turkey's commercial electronic message management system. The home page says that for email and SMS sent through Message34, all approvals and rejections run synchronized with IYS, so a brand's permission status stays aligned with the national system. The services menu adds tools for KVKK, ETK and explicit consent management ("KVKK-ETK-Açık Rıza Yönetimi") and a cookie policy tool, and the home page says these tools handle legal compliance automatically.
Certifications
The home page lists four certificates held by Message34, each with a certificate number: ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy information management, ISO 22301:2019 for business continuity, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 for IT service management and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security.
API and integrations
The home page lists a RESTful API, webhook support and "175+ hazır entegrasyon" (175+ ready integrations), with SDKs for PHP, Node.js and .NET. Named partner platforms on the page are Meta, for WhatsApp, and IYS.
Services around the platform
Much of the offer is service. After you upload your list, setup and consulting are free until your first bulk send, and a customer representative stays with you during sending. The optional design service has the Message34 graphic design team build newsletters that display correctly in all mail services and on mobile devices. The premium "Ebülten Hazırlık" (newsletter preparation) service goes further: a dedicated representative manages the whole process, and you only approve the coded newsletter and read the reports. Email validation, an optional service, cleans a list you have not mailed for a long time without sending to it, and the page claims deliverability rises by 25% with it. The company also offers Return Path certification consulting in Turkey. Under digital transformation the services menu also lists software and web development, integration and topology work, UI/UX design and newsletter design and coding, so larger clients can buy the surrounding build work from the same supplier. The home page adds that no installation is required and sending is instant.
Scale, claims and support
The email page claims 1200+ active customers, more than 3M emails a day sent through the system (transactional or bulk), and a delivery rate above 95% for all mailings. The home page says more than 1000 brands have run campaigns with it and shows "10.000+ kullanıcı" (10,000+ users). Support is 24/7, with live chat, and the page says technical support requests are answered within 20 minutes.
Plans and pricing
The pages quote no prices. Pricing is by quote: the contact form asks for your subscriber count in brackets (1 to 5.000, 5.001 to 10.000, 10.001 to 15.000, 15.001 to 25.000, 25.001 to 35.000) and your country, and the page has a "Teklif Al" (get a quote) button beside a "Ücretsiz Başla" (start free) call to action.
Who it suits
Message34 suits Turkish companies and institutions that send regular newsletters and bulk mail and must keep permissions in line with IYS and KVKK, especially those that want a vendor to design, code and send for them. Teams that also need SMS with their own sender title, WhatsApp Business messaging or OTP codes get them from the same panel, and developers get SMTP relay, a REST API and SDKs. It suits less a small sender who wants to sign up and see a price, since every plan is quoted, or a business outside Turkey that has no use for IYS.
