What Meser10 is
Meser10 (מסר 10) is an Israeli email marketing system that sends newsletters, SMS, automated message series and transactional mail from one account, with a Hebrew interface, Hebrew support and prices in shekels. The FAQ describes it as an Israeli email system that has operated since 2009, with thousands of business customers and servers in Israel. The home page names four kinds of customers it is built for: people new to email marketing, online store owners, developers and AI builders, and Sabbath-observant audiences who read mail on filtered devices. That last group is unusual and shapes much of the product: embedded attachments, compatibility with content filters, and scheduling that respects Shabbat and Israeli holidays. The same sending system is also offered under three other brand doors, according to the integrations page: Kosher Email for filtered audiences, SMSeser for SMS, and MailMonster as the international entry point.
Building and sending campaigns
The feature menu covers newsletter building and sending, a bank of ready-made templates, automations in the form of message series, A/B tests, segmentation by clicks, attachments, landing pages and email sign-up. The three-step flow on the home page is: open a free account without a credit card and import a list, pick a ready template, edit it and send to the whole list or a segment, then see who opened, who clicked and what interested them.
Attachments are the feature the site pushes hardest. The FAQ says a message can carry up to 22MB inside the email itself (PDFs, flyers, images and audio files), and explains that 22MB is not a system limit but the size above which Gmail starts blocking. The point is that a price list or contract arrives embedded in the message rather than as a download link, which matters for recipients on filtered devices without web browsing. The FAQ names NetFree, Rimon and Etrog as supported content filters and says the system respects Shabbat and Israeli holidays when scheduling.
Deliverability tooling
Under sending and infrastructure the site lists domain warming (the company warms the domain, not the customer), a warmed dedicated server, a managed sending domain, a managed account, an SMTP interface, list cleaning and reports. The FAQ says domain warming takes three to four weeks and is done by the system through real exchanges with active mailboxes, where messages are opened, answered and moved out of spam; it is built in, without an external tool subscription or extra charge. The home page claims its own sending infrastructure, with warming and list cleaning built in.
The FAQ is candid about some limits. Contact export is blocked by default for security and opened by support for a limited time on request. The system does not record who added an individual contact to a list, though it can show the sending history for that contact. Several links on one image are not possible; the advice is to slice the image. Getting from sign-up to the first campaign takes less than 20 minutes, the FAQ says.
SMS and WhatsApp
SMS runs from the same account and the same lists as email. The SMS page lists an API with REST and SOAP support, landing pages linked from SMS at no extra cost, personalization with customer names and custom parameters, and real-time reports on who received, opened and clicked. It claims an open rate above 90% and an average open time of 90 seconds. The FAQ says messages go out from recognized Israeli numbers, a custom sender ID is possible after approval, and the average delivery rate is 98%+ to recipients in Israel, using direct Israeli SMS providers. Replies can be received through a dedicated virtual number, forwarded to email or to your own system by API. Scheduling, automated message series and conditional sending based on a recipient's action are supported. WhatsApp Business appears in the messaging menu.
API, SMTP and integrations
The FAQ counts 61 operations in the API contract, across two separate interfaces, REST/JSON and SOAP, covering single real-time emails or SMS, OTP codes, list and contact management and report retrieval. API access can be restricted to approved IP addresses. The integrations page maps tasks to operations: SendSingleSmsMessage for OTP codes, SendSingleMessage for transactional email (or the SMTP interface), CreateAndSendEMailCampaign to send a whole campaign from code, GetCampaignResultSummary for results, GetBouncedAddresses for cleaning dead addresses, and CreateUser for white label resale.
That page lists 14 ways to connect. Official ones are four WordPress plugins in the wordpress.org directory (Meser10 Mailer, Meser10 Connect, Meser10 for WooCommerce and Meser10 Email Auth Check), an official Wix app, a Contact Form 7 connector, an Elementor webhook connection, and Zapier and Make with three actions each (add a contact with 13 fields, change a recipient's status, check an address status). Google Analytics tracking works through UTM parameters. There is an open-source MCP server under the MIT license, installed with npx -y @meser10/mcp-server, that connects an account to Claude or another AI agent; it starts read-only, with four permission levels and a recipient cap per send. The page also names Salesforce in the menu and tools that run alongside Meser10, such as Warmy, SMSEdge, All In One Email and the Silverbyte PMS hotel system.
Plans and prices
The pricing page quotes shekels before VAT, with no account setup fee. Monthly plans are priced by contacts and allow sending up to 10 times a month, with up to 10 active campaigns at once:
- up to 500 contacts, send limit 5,000, 45 NIS a month
- up to 1,000 contacts, send limit 10,000, 70 NIS
- up to 2,000 contacts, send limit 20,000, 100 NIS (marked popular)
- up to 3,500 contacts, send limit 35,000, 140 NIS
- up to 5,000 contacts, send limit 50,000, 180 NIS
The email bank is the pay-as-you-go option: 1,000 emails for 90 NIS, 2,000 for 150 NIS, 5,000 for 250 NIS, 10,000 for 400 NIS and 20,000 for 750 NIS, from 0.09 down to 0.0375 NIS per email. The balance does not expire, and there is no monthly cost. SMS packages run from 17 NIS for 500 messages to 1,400 NIS for 100,000, and larger volumes are quoted on request. Sending with attachments is priced separately by file size and monthly volume.
A free account needs no credit card and allows newsletters to up to 500 people on the list; SMS testers get 20 free messages. Cancellation of a monthly plan is given in writing under the terms of use, and a purchased mailing bank balance is kept and does not expire.
Support
Support is in Hebrew from Israel on 03-7440020, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00, and the header also shows US and UK numbers. White label resale, a partner program and a municipal offering are in the menu.
Who it suits
Meser10 fits Israeli businesses, nonprofits and institutions that want Hebrew support, shekel billing and SMS from Israeli numbers in the same account as their newsletter. The email bank suits senders who mail irregularly; monthly plans suit regular senders up to 5,000 contacts. WooCommerce and Wix shops get official connectors. Developers get SMTP, two APIs and an MCP server. Organizations reaching Sabbath-observant readers on filtered devices have a rare fit. A sender outside Israel, or one needing lists far above 5,000 contacts at list prices, would be buying a quote.
