What Marketing Atelier is

Marketing Atelier is an all-in-one marketing platform from France that puts email campaigns, websites, landing pages, forms, a CRM and social media posting in one workspace, with an AI agent called Maia working across all of them. The site describes it as "The all-in-one marketing studio", made in Paris, and the copyright line names Madeleine Agency as the company behind it. The company gives 2024 as its founding year. The homepage description sums up the offer as email, websites, CRM, forms, social and automation, with an AI agent that works in French and learns your brand, built for freelancers, agencies and small and medium businesses.

Email is one module among several, but it is the one this directory cares about, and the platform treats it as a full product: the products menu describes the email side as an AI builder with campaigns and workflows, and a dedicated sending module handles the actual campaign sends.

The modules

Marketing Atelier is organized as a set of named modules, and every plan includes all of them. The FAQ lists MailAtelier for building emails, WebAtelier for websites, CRMAtelier for contacts, DesignAtelier, StudioAtelier, AgentAtelier for the Maia AI agent, FormAtelier and SocialAtelier, with SendAtelier handling campaign sending on paid plans.

  • Email: an AI email builder with campaigns and workflows. A two-line brief is enough for Maia to produce a full email on your brand guidelines, which you then review and adjust.
  • Web: full websites, landing pages and forms, published from the platform.
  • CRM: contacts, pipeline and prospecting in one place.
  • Forms: multi-page, multi-step smart forms with lead scoring.
  • Social: publishing to a LinkedIn profile, with a posting calendar and monitoring. The site says Facebook and Instagram are coming soon.
  • Design: a design system that powers all creations, so emails, pages and posts share one look.

Maia, the AI agent

Maia is the center of the product. The site describes it as an AI agent that learns your brand from its design system and tone of voice and keeps a persistent memory for each project. It writes and lays out a first version of each piece on your brand guidelines, and the guidelines can include anti-patterns as well as tone.

Maia also plans. It proposes strategies in several steps, for example a CRM audience, then a landing page, then a form, then an email campaign, and prepares each step as a draft in the right module. For a product launch you describe the goal, Maia builds the plan and sets up the audience, form, landing page and campaign draft, and you generate and refine the content from there. For a multi-channel acquisition push, it drafts the CRM audience, a landing page in WebAtelier, a qualifying form in FormAtelier, an email campaign and LinkedIn posts in SocialAtelier. When a strategy is finished you can ask Maia for a review, and it adds what it learns to its memory, so the brand picture grows with use.

Maia runs on AI credits. The trial includes 50 credits valid for 30 days, and on team plans the credit balance is shared across the workspace.

Sending, providers and migration

Campaigns can go out through Marketing Atelier's own sending, which the paid plans unlock, and the site also lets you connect your existing provider. The FAQ says Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailjet and SendGrid accounts can be connected to send your campaigns, which suits a team that wants to keep its current sending setup while building emails with Maia.

Moving in is covered in some detail. Contacts import from a CSV file: you map each column to a field, custom fields included once you have created them, and declare the consent basis for the file. The site advises exporting unsubscribed contacts separately so they are not imported again. Existing email templates come in as HTML, a ZIP file or a URL, and the AI rebuilds the design as reusable sections. For a website, you give the address of your current site and the AI extracts your brand and content to generate the new one. The company also offers to help you get started if you write to it about migrating.

Plans and pricing

Pricing is published and simple. Every plan includes all nine modules and Maia, with no module to add later, and the site says there is no commitment.

  • Starter: €29 a month, 1 published website, single user.
  • Pro: €79 a month, 3 published websites, 4 users (you plus 3 guests).
  • Business: €199 a month, 10 published websites, up to 11 users.

On Pro and Business, AI credits, CRM contacts, templates and the design system are shared within the workspace, and each invited member gets their own access.

The free trial runs for 30 days with no credit card. It already gives access to the email builder, a website (published once you subscribe), the CRM with up to 250 contacts, the design and studio modules, the Maia agent with 50 credits, forms and social. What the trial does not include is sending: the paid plans unlock campaign sending and site publishing, and raise the volumes.

Data, security and export

The site says your data is hosted in Paris under the GDPR. The FAQ adds that API keys and Stripe keys you store in the platform are encrypted with AES-256, that contacts can be exported as CSV and emails as HTML at any time, and that a full account export is available on request by email.

Who it suits

The solutions menu names agencies, SaaS companies, SMBs, freelancers, car dealerships, nonprofits and sports clubs. The fit is strongest for a small team or a freelancer who needs email, a website, forms and social posts and would rather have one tool than several, and for an agency that wants one space per client with separate brand guidelines, tone of voice and anti-patterns for each, while Maia applies each client's rules to every piece. Teams already sending through Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailjet or SendGrid can keep that provider and use Marketing Atelier as the building and planning layer.

The trade-offs are clear from the offer itself. Social posting currently covers a LinkedIn profile only, and Starter is limited to one user. For small teams that want AI-assisted marketing with data hosted in Paris, the entry price is low and the whole platform comes with it.
