What Mailneo is
Mailneo is a web-based email marketing platform for campaigns, newsletters and automated sequences, aimed at small and growing businesses that want to send without a long setup. The homepage sums up its pitch as "Enterprise power. Startup pricing. Zero learning curve." and promises that anyone who can write an email can run a campaign, with a clean interface and sensible defaults that get results in minutes. The site's organization details give an address in Hyderabad, Telangana, and a founding year of 2024, and the footer names the company as Mailneo, Inc. The blog is written by Sohail Hussain, who signs as founder and CEO and describes the product as AI-powered email marketing for growing businesses.
The product areas the site names are a dashboard, campaigns, analytics, a unified inbox and contacts. Around them sits a large set of free resources: libraries of subject lines, campaign examples, email flows and interactive AMP emails, a send-time study, industry benchmarks, calculators, checklists and a row of free deliverability tools. The paid offer is the sending platform itself, sold in four tiers with contact and monthly email limits printed on each.
Campaigns, AI writing and sending
The homepage says campaigns, automations and newsletters can be set up in minutes rather than days. Scheduled sends are included from the entry plan, and the product preview shows a scheduled product-launch campaign personalized per segment, with exclusions applied to the recipient list and projected open, click and revenue figures displayed before it goes out.
Mailneo leans on AI for the writing. The site says its AI is trained for email marketing, writes on-brand subject lines, body copy and calls to action in seconds, picks send times and shows what is driving revenue. In the homepage example, a one-line prompt asking for a conversion-focused welcome sequence for trial users produces the first of three drafted welcome emails. The company claims a 27% average open lift on AI-assisted sends and sets that against its statement that average open rates sit around 20%; both are Mailneo's own figures. The pricing section ties the core AI features to the Business plan, where the AI Assistant comes with 500 requests a month, and Enterprise makes the assistant unlimited.
The site's feature list includes a Gmail sending integration, and its description of the product advertises Gmail sending alongside smart automation, deliverability tools and real-time analytics. Starter already allows unlimited email accounts, and Professional adds multi-account management and the unified inbox. Reporting runs from basic analytics on Starter to advanced analytics from Professional up, with a real-time analytics dashboard named in the feature list.
Automation, lists and segmentation
Automation is built in a visual builder that the site says needs no technical skills. The examples it names are welcome sequences, cart recovery and nurture flows, and the feature list mentions behavior-triggered email sequences. The flow preview on the homepage starts from a signup trigger fired by a form or the API, sends a welcome email, waits two days and then queues a tips-and-tricks email. Professional moves up to advanced automation, and Business adds drip campaigns and A/B testing.
On the list side, the site promises to auto-clean dead contacts, suppress inactive subscribers and grow the list with forms that convert. It pushes segmentation hard, arguing that sending the same message to everyone kills conversions, and offers segments by behavior, purchases or engagement so each email feels personal. In the plan table, segments and custom fields are listed from Professional up, while Starter includes lead scoring.
For content, the libraries hold 150 scored subject line examples, a swipe file of 200+ real campaigns, 30 email flow sequences sorted by industry and 50 AMP templates for interactive email. The reference section adds a 2026 guide to AMP for email, a send-times heatmap by industry, industry benchmarks and more than 90 free calculators. The blog also points SaaS teams to a SaaS email flows library and a welcome sequence swipe file as starting points.
Deliverability and free tools
For inbox placement, the homepage says built-in SPF, DKIM and DMARC keep mail out of spam, and it backs the point with its own claim that 1 in 6 emails never reach the inbox. Deliverability tools are part of Starter and therefore of every plan above it, and the feature list names email deliverability monitoring and SPF, DKIM and DMARC tools. The free tools section adds a spam checker, subject line tester, signature generator, header analyzer, MJML converter, responsive tester and AMP validator, and the checklists cover marketing, deliverability and compliance.
The company's blog advice for anyone moving a list onto a new platform is practical: publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain before the first send, using the site's SPF and DKIM generators, keep dormant contacts out of the first sends, and warm up in stages, starting with the most engaged 5 to 10% of the list.
Plans and prices
Mailneo prices by contacts and monthly emails, with a Monthly and Yearly toggle; the site says yearly billing saves 15%. On yearly billing the pricing section lists four plans.
- Starter costs $16 a month, billed at $192 a year, for 5,000 contacts and 15,000 emails a month. It includes unlimited email accounts, deliverability tools, scheduled sends, lead scoring, email support and basic analytics.
- Professional, marked most popular, costs $25 a month, billed at $300 a year, for 10,000 contacts and 50,000 emails a month. It adds the newsletter feature, the unified inbox, advanced automation, segments and custom fields, multi-account management, advanced analytics and priority support.
- Business costs $84 a month, billed at $1,008 a year, for 50,000 contacts and 500,000 emails a month. It adds the AI Assistant with 500 requests a month, drip campaigns, A/B testing, and the public API with webhooks.
- Enterprise is priced on request, with unlimited contacts and emails, an unlimited AI assistant, audit logs and compliance features, dedicated support, an SLA guarantee, custom training and advanced security.
Elsewhere on the site, the three self-serve plans carry monthly prices of $19 for Starter, $29 for Professional and $99 for Business, with the same contact and email limits. Mailneo also offers custom plans for enterprises and special pricing for nonprofits, educational institutions and high-volume senders through its sales team, which also schedules demos.
New accounts start with a 3-day free trial, and the homepage says no credit card is required. The pricing copy says to start free and upgrade as you grow, but the plan table shows no permanent free plan.
Annual subscribers on Professional or Business also get six other software tools, which the site values at $684+ in total and says are mostly lifetime with no rebilling: PicBolt Pro for screenshot mockups ($199 value), the Gubb productivity workspace ($49), UtilBolt with 115+ browser utilities ($99), the Picify AI design tool ($49), SmartSpreadsheets for Google Sheets automation ($239) and the ScreenBolt macOS screen recorder ($49). Redemption details arrive by email within 1 business day.
Developers and integrations
Developers get a public API and webhooks on the Business plan and above, and the flow builder can start a sequence from an API call as well as from a form. Beyond Gmail sending, the site names no specific third-party integrations.
Compliance, security and support
The compliance section says Mailneo is CASA Tier 2 certified, independently assessed against the App Defense Alliance standard and accepted by Google for restricted Gmail access. The site says it is GDPR compliant, with consent, erasure and export rights built into the platform and a signed DPA available for every customer, and the pricing copy says GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance are built in. It states that every connection is encrypted in transit with TLS and that data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and it claims 99.9% uptime, monitored around the clock on redundant AWS infrastructure, with a live status page. The footer links to security, GDPR, DPA, subprocessor, CCPA, CAN-SPAM and refund policy pages.
Support scales with the plan: email support on Starter, priority support from Professional and dedicated support on Enterprise. The site also runs a help center, documentation, an FAQ, a contact page, a Slack community and a changelog, and it offers a way to talk to a human before signing up.
Who it suits
Mailneo fits small and growing teams that want campaigns, automated sequences and newsletters in one place at a modest monthly cost, and that are happy to let AI draft the copy. A SaaS company can start from the industry email flows and a welcome sequence fired by a signup; a small online shop gets cart recovery and segments by purchases; a team sending from several mailboxes gets unlimited email accounts and, from Professional, a unified inbox. Developers who need the API and webhooks, and anyone who wants A/B testing or the AI Assistant, should budget for Business.
Mailneo's own blog draws a clear line on newsletters. When the newsletter is itself the product, it points writers to a publishing-first tool; when the newsletter feeds leads, retention and revenue, a marketing email platform like Mailneo is the fit, with a separate CMS alongside it if long-form publishing matters. The caveats are that the company is young, with 2024 as its stated founding year, and that several of its most distinctive features, the AI Assistant, A/B testing and the API among them, sit in the higher tiers.
